I really wanted these boots! I normally wear a size 6 or 6½ shoe and had ordered these in the 6½ to begin with. Well I could not even get my feet into them in spite of the fact that there is a zipper on the side. So back to square one and I reread the reviews and I decided to reorder both a 7 and a 7½ just to be on the safe side. Keep in mind these are winter boots and I want to be able to wear socks with them. In order to get my foot into the shaft with socks on, I have to buy the 7½ but then the boot is so sloppy I could fit another foot in there. Either way I cannot win. I feel like I am wearing clown shoes. From the reviews that I have read these appear to be really popular. I am disappointed because they sure looked cute. I ordered both the solid black leather and the black leather with grey felt trim. My husband preferred the solid leather while I liked the two tone better. Personal taste there.

I have a small size 5 foot, usually buy children's Ugg's, but went with my normal size 5 to try because I loved these boots. Fit is perfect. They are very comfy and have a nice waterproof rubber soul and toe area. There is sherpa in the ankle area but not the footbed. I got the black with the gray on top. I get lots of compliments on them!

I love Uggs and I'm not into these boots. I read the reviews, I watched the videos, I compared them to other boots that were similar, and I have to say that when I received them I was disappointed. The shearling is only on the footbed and the top cuff of the boot. The shaft of the boot is oddly tight and then poofs out at the top where the shearling is, so it feels cramped. For a lot of money, I also felt these looked rougher than anticipated. They definitely come "distressed." I bought them right before a trip and had to wear them out, otherwise I would have returned them.

Love this boot! I'm hard to fit because of a wide foot so I'm always afraid a M size won't fit. I ordered an 8M and these boots fit perfectly. They were comfortable all day the first day I wore them. Some of the other reviewers said they were hard to get on. You do have to give them a tug, but they are not hard to get on. They are warm, look great with jeans or casual slacks. I highly recommend these good quality boots and will probably order another pair in brown.

I love these boots! They were comfortable to wear right out of the box, keep my feet super warm, and they look great!! I wanted a more relaxed looking black boot for everyday that would keep my always-cold feet warm and that would look really good with skinny jeans - these are it!! Shearling footbed inserts are the best, I'd highly recommend these.

Nice boots, hard to get on, though. I would have liked them a little roomier, but I think they will stretch a bit with wear. They are much tidier than the pictures depict - the pictures make the tubes look loose but they are not. Very comfy.

These boots are stylish, but the instep is low and since I have a high arch, I was not able to fit my foot into the boot, even after sizing up a size.

This is my second pair of these boots. That's how much I like them. When I got my first pair, they were kind of hard to get on initially, and snug but not tight in the foot (I like room for my toes). Both of these things loosened to where the boots were perfectly comfortable but never loose, and easy enough to put on (for a pair of boots) so that I stopped thinking about it. I have a medium width foot. The boots fit great with normal socks, including regular "lifestyle" wool socks, but I find them too snug to wear with the padded wool socks. But the boots themselves have fleecy wool lining, so they are quite warm even in very cold (single-digit degree) weather. I wore these boots as my everyday shoes through two New England winters, around town and lots of woods walking with the dog. I love how they are waterproof, and also more trim than my other Ugg boots. I don't like molded arch support, and these don't have that. At the same time, they are quite supportive for everyday walking on rocky trails. After two years of heavy cold-season wear, the rubber sole shows slight pealing away from the boot (only on the waterproof seal, not the sole itself), so I ordered another pair. I hope they keep making this style for many years. I read one comment saying the "stout" color is purple. It is definitely brown, with maybe a leaning in the purple direction (you know, how you can have a green grey or blue grey...), but most definitely plain old brown. The wool part is a dull olive, not bright olive green.

I absolutely love these boots! I have been searching for boots that are this height, casual but appropriate for work. Minutes after they arrived I wore them for a trip into New York City. The one thing I was concerned about was the warmth. I can only wear my Ugg boots when it is well below freezing. (I run super hot!). My feet did not sweat at all (40° weather). This is now my new favorite pair of boots!

If you have a high arch, this boot is not for you. Love Ugg products, but this boot is so tight across the arch I could only get into the boot (and barely that) barefoot. Too bad, I like the styling and the fleece insole.

I saw these boots online and I thought they were super cute! I have a few pairs of the classic Uggs, but I loved how much dressier and stylish these looked. I wasn't sure about the sizing though since I usually wear a 9 in the classics, but I know those run bigger. I waited until I could go to an Ugg store and try them on in person. They are just as cute in person, but the fit was way off for me. The 9s fit ok, but the width was tight so I tried the 10s. They were a bit big in length (which I wasn't worried about since I could always wear thicker socks), but they were still so narrow. I felt like the boot was rubbing uncomfortably on the sides of my foot and my ankle. They were also very difficult to get on, even in the larger size. I don't have wide feet at all, so I feel like this might be a concern for many people. The look of these boots is great, they seem to have quality construction, but the fit just didn't work.
