These boots are very comfortable. I tried a lot of different brands in similar styles, and this one was by far the most comfortable. They're cute, too. I wasn't totally thrilled with the flap in the front, so I took off one star for style; but the comfort more than makes up for it!

Love love love these boots! They look great with everything. They do have less arch support than other born boots I've owned.

Very nice boot. Ordered the suede taupe color. I have a narrow foot, and wear a size 9 1/2. Ordered the 9 1/2 M and it fits perfect. Insole is cushioned and comfortable. I wanted a boot that I could wear with jeans, sort of a western boot look. I also like that the top of the boot does not gap. Originally ordered the Born Himilia, but it was slightly to big and wide.

This fit well and was true to size. It did rub a bit on my ankles, which was uncomfortable and the pointed toe was too cowboy-boot-look for what I wanted.

Super comfortable boot. Can walk in all day. Most other boots I have tried are narrow. I usually have to get 1/2 size bigger. These fit great!

This boot is very cute comfortable and stylish. I always worry if a bootie will rub my ankle but this one does not. The 9 1/2 fits me well and I have three pairs of different Born booties in that size. The 9 1/2 fits just like Naturalizer 9 1/2 if that helps anyone. I do have an average width foot and don't like when toe boxes are too narrow but these are fine. I also tried the fit of the Born Kerri ( returned) but it actually ran a little large in the heel--not like the Jem which fits perfectly. This Jem boot has soft leather, good styling, a very solid and comfortable heel and I could wear them right away. I bought it in black and the leather finish looks great. Love Zappos.

I don't usually write reviews, but this shoe was so very comfortable from the very minute I put it on, I just had to share! Stylish and comfortable! I put it on while on a vacation for the first time and went on a walking/shopping excursion. No regrets!

Love the boot, but the color was very different than pictured. Looks light brown in pic and arrived very dark brown. I wanted a light colored boot.

I love these boots. I have them in tan, too. I bought the black pair to wear to a business-casual event and they were comfortable right out of the box! I can't say enough about how great they look and feel!

Loved these booties! Wore all winter for work where I'm on my feet the whole time and these felt better than sneakers! Loved oil grey, but leaning towards tan for spring for my next pair! Hope they keep making this great shoe.

I bought these boots for a 9 day trip to Italy where I knew I'd be doing a ton of walking (I'm not a jeans and tennis shoes type of person). They were always comfortable, even after 20,000 step days, and look cute with jeans (I'm usually in heels so for me to say something flat looked cute is a lot!) My only complaint is the heel-the rubber scrapped off on part of the heel, revealing the white plastic internal heel structure (I must have hit a rock on one of those ltalian cobblestones!) but nothing that took away from the boot. I'll probably just put some dark gray paint or crayon on it and call it a day. I would definitely purchase these boots again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish boot for lots of walking.

I just got these and I love them! I bought my usual size and they are so comfortable. I do have narrow heels and they fit me perfectly so they might be a little snug for some.

These look like cowboy boots under jeans if you are into that look. I am not but these are seriously some of the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I wish I liked the look more. The color taupe is really nice, though.

Great quality. A little tight across wide part of my foot at first but now they feel good. Best leather!

Exceptional bootie! Great style, excellent fit, and very comfortable. I have high arches, but had no problem getting the boot on once I loosened the buckle.

Very comfortable boot. I liked the profile and the height of the heel. A bit too casual for the purpose I need. I think this would be great for an everyday boot. Wish I had ordered when there was a bigger selection of colors in my size!

I love Born shoes and have never bought a pair that hurt me or fit incorrectly. These booties are wonderful, I have them in black also. Also, Zappos has to be the easiest and least complicated website to order from and everything I order comes so quickly.

They are great boots. They're incredibly comfortable right out of the box and look awesome with jeans or a skirt. They do seem to scuff a little more easily than I would like though. After reading the reviews that said they ran large, I ordered a 7.5 instead of my usual 8 and they fit perfectly even with thicker winter socks.

A friend of mine has these, and I loved them. I have problems with my feet, so it was worth the money because they are so comfortable. I am a 9 or a 9 1/2. The 9 is perfect, so if you are between sizes order down.

These boots came on the day we expected snow. Although they are not snow boots they did pretty well in the snow and ice. I wore them to a party that night and i had no fatigue or pain at all. They are very comfortable. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. I would highly recommend them!

These booties are comfortable, but the best thing about them is that they can be worn with skinny jeans and look cute or with a wider leg pant and look cute. I believe every Born shoe I have ever purchased are worth the money. I recommend them!
