They looked super cute online. I ordered a size up like others recommended. I wear a size 9 I ordered a size 10. They arrived, there were some dark spots on one and I was not sure if it was the natural materials or a stain. That withstanding I tried them on. As far as fit I probably could have gotten a 9 because they buckled at the ankles and my small narrow feet looked like I was wearing gigantic brown boats. Very uncute! Sadly they have to go back.

Yay? I just received these boots in the mail. They are so dang cute and warm. I am a size 9 and I'm glad I didn't get a bigger size like people say, they slip right on and fit fab? Also bought the care kit as well though they are waterproof?

If you are an Ugg fan, this is the next generation. I took delivery of these just as Spring finally melted the last flake of snow in the Midwest, but I will be living in these next winter, just as I lived in my first pair of fur lined suede ones.

Very nice quality & color. A little stiff at first, but hoping they will loosen up more with wear. Usually wear 8.5-9, purchased the 9, after reading other reviews, and find little room to spare. Looking forward to next winter!

FABULOUS!!! I have very thin feet and thin ankles so the adjustable strap will help my heels not to lift so much as the wool lining compresses.

I love these boots, but I'm glad I tried them on first at a local store. With the regular sheep skin UGGs I wear a size 9 but with the leather boots I was a size 10. The leather doesn't stretch at all really so I couldn't get my foot in the size 9. The size 10 boots fit perfect though!

This is a very comfortable boot plus the fleece lining makes it very comfortable, no socks necessary!

The Ugg Sutter is a warm, stylish boot. I'm happy I decided on these rather than the classic Uggs. Read many reviews on Zappos and other sites that suggested ordering one size larger than normal, but I ordered my regular size and they fit just right. I don't have any trouble putting on or taking off these boots. The toast color can be worn with black or brown, which is great. Would give these 5 stars for comfort if there was more arch support.

I usually wear 8-8.5 but always get 7 in Uggs. The heel is stiff in this style (vs the soft classic Uggs) so it's a bit of a struggle to get my foot in but once it's on it's super comfortable and not tight at all. Got these to replace the Kensington I had since 2007 -- it's pretty much the same shoe. Haven't stepped in huge puddles but the leather holds up in rain and snow.

These Uggs are prefect! It fits like the classic but changes up the look. The black does rub off a bit on your skin, still I love them. I got my shoe size and that was just fine.

I love Ugg boots, this makes my third pair but the first I have purchased from an online source. The boots arrived in good condition the leather feels almost "creamy" which worries me they might scuff up easily. I bought the toast colored boots and they do seem a bit darker in person than in the picture, not that this is a problem. I was worried that the boots were initially damaged by water because as I was taking them out of the Ugg shoe box the tissue paper seemed to have wet spots or oily areas. The cardboard inside the shaft of the boots also had "wet" spots; however, after looking/feelings/smelling (yes, smelling for that moldy water damage smell) the boots I couldn't find any actual water damage on or in the boots themselves. Anyone who has owned Ugg boots knows that the wool interior is so thick that until the boot is worn in, the boot will fit a bit tight. However, I did notice that it was pretty difficult to get my foot all the way into the bottom of the boot but once I got it on, it was super comfortable and fit "true to size." I attribute the difficulty to the type of leather used, it seems to have less give than the traditional boots. It might seem that I am being too picky in my review of these boots, but I feel when you pay this much for a quality boot, you should get what you pay for. Overall, I love these boots and my only issue was the difficulty in slipping them on.

I love this boot. After ordering and returning 4 pairs of Uggs in the last week finally. These are comfy, hug the calf, warm and cute. Now, I have a big foot (size 9.5 but I get a 9 in Ugg) so Ugg does not always work out for me. Sometimes I get "duck foot" when I wear Ugg (especially brown ones -- they seem to "look" bigger). These do not look big-maybe because they are a bit taller and the buckle distracts the eye a bit. These are a must have if you want waterproof comfort and warmth with Ugg style.

I love these boots! I just ordered another pair for my daughter. I have thin ankles but have no trouble with these boots and also wear boot socks with them. They are very durable as I have worn them in the snow and on the farm and they clean up very nicely. I have received many compliments on them when I wear them with jeans as well as skirts with leggings. Highly recommend them!

These are a different style UGG from what I usually wear. They are a bit stiff and not as comfy as their other styles. I still like them because they are more stylish and look great with skinny pants. They are very warm like the othe UGG styles.

This is a nice pair of boots. My only problem was the calf size. If you have smaller calf's this will work for you.

I am normally a 6.5 - 7. I ordered an 8 after reading reviews. They were way too big. I loved the style.

I love Uggs, just got these in one size larger and I'm hoping they don't stretch out too much. All of my other Uggs are a 5, these are a 6. I tried these on last year in a 5 and I couldn't come close to getting them on, I have high arches and didn't want to size up but this year I decided to try it in the 6. Keeping my fingers crossed they continue to fit after wearing as well as they do now.

I love these! It did take a LOT to break them in and I had to have my kids help me take them off for the first couple times of wear, but they are awesome and give a little different look also!

I love how these boots look, but I should have ordered a size up. Ugg has a good amount of padding inside, and a size 9, my size, is a bit tight. I know the boots will stretch, but it takes 15 minutes to squeeze my foot in! Next time I'll go a size up. Otherwise, the boots are very well made and really cute!

I have purchased 3 pairs of Uggs thru the years and they all fit great. I love this style and was very excited about the sale price yet they do not fit the same. I assume that Uggs has changed their template because I have tried on other styles as well and they all seem too baggy around the foot and, my foot slides forward so my toes are completely smashed against the toe area. So disappointed.

These boots feel like classic Uggs, soft and warm inside and so stylish. Unfortunately for me, they are just tall enough that they don't fit over my large calves so I had to return them. I wish Uggs had a wide calf boot

Super cute, my first pair of UGGS. I'm not sure how much support these boots will have but they are so warm! I love that they just slip on, nice and easy.

Heavenly if you can get them on....Wore them a day after spending five minutes trying to get them on and getting a workout. They are warm, comfortable and stylish; and unfortunately I am returning them because it is too hard to get on; and a size bigger will look too big for me to handle.

Love these boots they are very cute and cozy. They definitely run small though. I'm always a 6 and technically I can get into these but the one foot it very hard to get past the buckles and they are both quite snug. If they came in 1/2 sizes I would definitely go up but I was scared to get a 7 and it be huge. I'm hoping they get roomier the more I wear them. Still in love though.
