Not happy with item

I have purchased this boots last year with great quality and I exchanged it to worse quality I should have not trust u guy Very unhappy I will tell all my family and friends about it as well

Horrible!! Shoes look nothing like picture. Returned mine and still have not received refund. Waited three hours on hold at customer service and still nobody came to the phone. Go to a store do not buy online

This was my first time ordering a more "leather" type of boot. I've always had the same size since I can remember, but that was with the suede styles. These were too small and I sent them back. I have tried on numerous occasions to call to get information on how fast I can get the correct ones sent back to me, but I haven't been able to talk to a Customer Service rep in 3 days. It's very frustrating. You would think, with all the money Ive spent, I would at least get some kind of response in a timely manner.

I returned the product because the inside of one of the boots was not completed. The inside of the fur was on the outside, it was very scratchy and I couldn't remove it, so I returned the item
