I ordered these boots as well as some others and decided on a different pair to buy. My reasons for getting them was why I chose something else. These were just a bit too clunky and big looking. I wanted a boot for snow but also for running errands and these just felt to big and heavy for that. But they are cute and somewhat comfortable for a boot.

Adorable bright red boot. As soon as I put my foot in the boot, it felt like the insole was wavy and wrinkly, plus my toe was up against the front of the boot. I ALWAYS wear a size 7.5 in all shoesand then order a half size up for boots, which is what I did with this boot (ordered an 8). I definitely need an 8.5 for the front of this boot, but the heel area will be flopping around a bit as it is already very roomy. So I will order a WHOLE size bigger and hope that the insole in smooth and that my toe has more room. Otherwise, this is one adorable boot!

Thanks to other reviewers, I knew this ran small so I went up half a size to a 7. I tried these on wearing dress socks and they're snug - not uncomfortable, but snug - especially below the arch. ( For reference I have other boots size 7 and they're too big on me. ) I'd say this runs a full size small especially for boots. If I were going to wear winter socks, I'd pick size 8. But I'm returning them because I don't like the way the tops are constructed. You CAN turn up the cuff, but the liner and tongue are short - the laces end up being suspended in the air. The style doesnt really let you add any usable height or warmth to the boot even though you can flip up part of the cuff. If you're okay with a shorter boot, and you intend to have the red and gray plaid showing all the time, the Sugarloaf is very cute. Just go up an entire size.

I received my boots today, tried on and it doesn't feel comfortable especially in the front. My toes feel pinched from above, I feel that they have no room. I have narrow feet, I ordered regular width. Something doesn't feel right. Maybe I need half size bigger, I am disappointed, I won't exchanged them, will be returning them back :(. I am afraid they won't fit right. They looked so sweet in the video.

Great style. Very comfortable. I especially like the thick liner. BUT: My feet are very narrow. The boot was snug width-wise when I wore thick wool socks. The laces are also cumbersome to tighten. Other Kamik boot styles are much easier to lace up.

Nice boot but it runs very small. I could barely get my foot into it and I had on very light weight socks.

I liked this boot, but it was WAY too narrow on my (narrow) foot, wearing a thin sock.

These are so cute, but they need half sizes. I am normally a size 7, sometimes 7.5, so based on reviews I ordered the 8, which was way too big, so I ordered the 7 and my feet felt jammed in there. Returning both pairs, unfortunately.

I normally wear a ten sometimes eleven if they run small. After reading the reviews I ordered the eleven. They were very snug

After reading reviews I ordered one and two sizes up (I am usu a 7/7.5) so I ordered an 8 and a 9. The 9s were way too big. The 8s were just about right except the workmanship on the right boot was off. Something made it very narrow in the front of the foot which was quite uncomfortable. In addition, there was some poor stitching work where the rubber meets the fabric on that boot which didnt give me high hopes for its longevity. That said, they were quite cute and the tops were flexible enough to stuff your jeans into.. or not. They have removable replaceable liners AND you can buy the replacement liners (Ive run into a lot of boots that have removable liners, but the manufacturers don't sell the replacement liners - whats the point). Bottom line...If you're going for looks with some winter utility these will work, but if your looking for a high quality boot with longevity I'd keep looking.

These boots were so didappointing. Extremely chunky and bulky. Just too much. Also the reviews said they run small... this is incorrect. They run NARROW and are difficult to get into, however they run HUGE in size. I'm a 9.5 and ordered the 10 based on reviews and I had an extra 3 inches in the toe box. The style is just quite manly and way too heavy. Also the insert is a scratchy felt material. No good.

I am sorry to say that I must return these. I ordered a size larger than normal like many of the other reviewers recommended. I recently had knee replacement surgery and wanted something very sturdy and easy to put on. I thought the lace up would make them easier to get on. That was not the case. The shoes were also very narrow.

After reading the reviews I selected a full size larger than my normal and was excited to receive these boots. Unfortunately, they were extremely narrow. I have never had a problem with shoes being too narrow and I think my feet are fairly average. I think the length would have been okay with the larger size that I ordered but they only felt comfortable with bare feet, not even thin socks. This does seem to defeat the purpose of having winter boots.

These were so cute that when I got them and my normal size didn't fit, I returned them for the next size up. A size I have never worn and they were still tight. It pained me to return them because they were so cute. I got the Sorel boots instead, which were far more comfortable.

These boots are heavy and felt clunky on my normally size 10 feet. I ordered a size up - 11 - and with socks my toes hit the end. They would be cute on someone who has a smaller foot and might weigh less. I wanted them for walking the dog, but they're so inflexible and heavy they won't work for my personal uses.

I currently have the Kamik Brooklyn that I've had for 7 years finally needing a replacement, (toe area starting to rip)they have lasted forever. also these are not waterproof. So, this time i ordered the Sugarloaf. Love the style and the idea of the insert keeping you warm. I wear a 10 so i ordered a 10. I had to return them. the insert is sooo very tight once you put your foot in. Then tried taking the insert out and the boot was too big all around. I also wear orthotics - this in not the boot for orthotics! they fit great in the Brooklyn. This boot also felt heavier than the brooklyn as should be expected the bottom heavy duty rubber gives the sugarloaf some weight. was bummed - love the style. was looking for something waterproof and stylish for walking the dog. Not sure sizing up would make the boot less tight.

It's a winter boot! Make them roomier!

Ordered two pairs of these, one for me and one for my daughter. We each normally wear a size 8 and 9 respectively. Received the order and neither pair fit us as expected. She tried on my size 9's in red and they fit her perfectly. Returned them both and ordered a size up in our respective color preferences and now we both have a pair that fit us. Trying out next week in winter wonderland, don't know yet but hoping that the other reviews saying they are warm are true for us as well. They are super cute on with the plaid top edging!

There is no footbed under the flimsy removable inner liner. These boots run much smaller and more narrow than advertised (and yes, ordered my correct size) . They're being returned and will not try a large size because of overall poor quality.

I first ordered the 8 as all the reviews said more or less true to size, NOT. So i returned them for a 9. They actually felt smaller than the 8. How is that? Returning, very disappointed as they seemed like they were going to be my boot for a few years. Don't pay attention to my star rating, this review wouldn't allow my submission with filling them in.

Online these looked cute. In person they’re hideous.. a bit like someone sewed a canvas bag to a pair of low profile galoshes. They also make my feet look enormous. Not very comfortable either- liner feels bunched up around my toes. Probably the only pro is that they are easy to get on and off. Definitely returning.

These are so cute, and they would be comfortable if the sizing was correct, unfortunately I have to send them back as the reviews are correct they run at least one size too small.

I bought these boots in a size 7 for my daughter. She usually fits 6 or 6 1/2 and like a lot of the other reviewers mentioned, they do run small. I was hoping the her skinny little narrow feet would be the exception but unfortunately they were not. I will be returning these boots.
