I absolutely love these boots. I did call about my size and I had to order a full size higher which is fine because they fit perfectly. They are stylish and great for the snow. I got them just in time for the blizzard this year and I loved them.

This is a great warm cold weather boot for snow. I wore it on my ski trip & it was perfect. Kept my feet warm, good grip on snow, but was still a bit slippery on ice despite ice grip on soles. Was perfect transition to ski boots. Was cute & stylish for the practical functional benefit of the boot. Got lots of complements. Can wear around town on snow days. Fit seemed a bit small initially, but settled & expanded after walking a bit. No need to size up, or maybe half up at most--will settle & fit comfortably. Love these boots!

These boots are just as described - warm, waterproof, good on ice and snow, and I am very happy with them. They're heavy, but I just moved to New Hampshire and I know now that boots that aren't heavy duty are just not warm enough to deal with the weather. I am extremely happy with this purchase. I would recommend buying one half size up if you want to wear very heavy socks.
I'd also recommend:
Don't buy UGGs for this purpose. I did that and bought these because the waterproof UGGs were pretty but freezing in the snow.

These are the best! I read reviews that they run small and I think it's because of all the padding in the boots. I'm typically a size 7.5-8 depending on the shoe and I ordered an 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I prefer them without socks because they're so comfy and snug. Well worth the price!

These boots are Awesome! Ordered overnight shipping after hearing about Blizzard 2016 coming. Definitely impulsive buy, but did not own snowboots and freaked out. Sooo worth the money. I was out for like 5 hours shoveling and my feet... were Totally dry and so Warm and cozy. These boots are Great!!! I love them. I ordered the taupe and they are so cute as well. Very very comfortable. My feet and shins felt like they were in one big cloud. I wear a 7.5/ ordered an 8. Perfect for me. ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE them!

My husband gave me those boots as a Christmas gift, my shoes size are 8. So I order this size, the beginning was kind tight but after 2 uses it was perfect, super comfortable and really warm, for those who watch the news Boston is really cold and a lot of snow during the winter I'm 100% sure those boots will make the all winter warm and comfortable. I really recommend. I love the north face.

I love these boots. I live in Minnesota and walk my dog 3-5 miles a day no matter what the weather is like. It is cold here! My feet stay so warm in these boots. I also find them very comfortable and super supportive for walking many miles a week. No boots are completely slip proof, but these boots are close. Even after icy snowy weather, I am not slipping all over like I would be in many boots. I know some people have said they are tight or small but it is really just the cushioning I believe. Once my feet are in the boots I like all the cushioning and they seem to fit true to size at least for me.
I cried when my dog ate my older pair and I had these delivered overnight because I couldn't stand the thought of the cold weather without them.

These boots are warm and comfortable, but definitely bulky. I followed other customer recommendations and ordered a half size up. There is extra padding or insulation on the interior of this shoe that makes the size adjustment necessary. We haven't had snow yet, but I'm eager to test the boots out in Colorado next month.

I wear these in Canadian Arctic temperatures -30 without wind chill, so these are warm. I bought my regular size and found once I wore them in a couple days they were worked in (as they are quite puffy on the inside).
