Love these boots! Due to a lack of snow in Wisconsin, I have only been able to wear them once to a snowy swim meet, so I haven't been hiking in them yet. They look fabulous and feel great. Happy with my purchase!

These boot feel snug when I wear them but my feet feel like they have clouds attached to them. The insides are devine!

Living in Colorado requires sturdy and warm boots that hold up well to lots of use. I have had a previous version of the Chilkat for over 10 years and decided to upgrade. The old boots were still very serviceable and probably would go another 10 years. However, the ice sensitive sole was getting less grippy and the lining was pretty packed out. So..I decided to get another pair. These boots are warm, comfortable and just keep on trucking along. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs an exceptional pair of snow boots.

I ordered these boots a half size bigger based on the reviews I read and they were right! I typically wear a 9.5 but ordered a 10 and they fit great! The best part about these boots is that there was NO BREAKING IN period where you can only wear a few hours at a time before your feet hurt or something is rubbing/irritating your feet. I put these boots on from day 1 and wore them all day/night without a single issue. THESE BOOTS ARE PERFECT in every way. I highly recommend.

This boot is great quality. Thick, durable and warm. I am normally a size 8.5 in boots and I bought a size 10. My toes touched the front of the boot in size 9.5. Size up!!

Super comfy and warm! These are perfect for when I have to stand outside for an hour in the snow, in below zero temps, to cheer on my daughter's cross country ski team! My other boots would have my toes frozen, but these kept my feet warm.

These boots are the warmest, rugged and comfortable boots ever. Maine winters are icy cold and these boots are cozy warm and performed well on icy surfaces. I used them for hiking in the White Mountains and they pairs well with micro spikes. I would buy these again!

These boots have been really comfortable since the first time I put them on. I was concerned they would feel heavy and be challenging to walk in but they feel light and walking feels very comfortable.

So warm and always dry. 2nd pair of northface boots in 10 years. They are durable to stand winter after winter! My first pair would have gone longer if it weren't for the zipper. Can't go wrong with laces!

Love these boots! I live in Alaska and I need something warm and comfy to wear often. I read reviews and sized up half a size (normally an 8, purchased an 8.5)- that was the right choice and they fit perfectly with thick socks. Tried on a size 9 and they were way too big. You won't be disappointed in these, folks!

The Chilkat boots were a winner for me while visiting interior Alaska. I went snowshoeing, walked reindeer, and even completed an ice hike. I took a trip on the Alaskan Railway as well. The train stopped in Talkeetna, Alaska for a few minutes break so passengers could exit. Guess what? My Chilkat boots were put to the test and the boots didn't fail me. The boots kept my feet warm, dry, and I was always comfortable. NorthFace has become my go to brand for cold weather gear. I definitely appreciated having a quality product on my feet while visiting Alaska during the winter season. Just a tip..Buy one size up if you plan to wear thick socks.

Love these shoes. Had the earlier version, but they were too heavy. This new revised version is comfortable while still giving the security of temperature sensitive soles there are essential on the ice.

She enjoys this boot with half socks on because they are so warm wish she would have gotten them last year.

These are just what I was looking for to use ski-shoing!

I wore these boots in 0 degree weather in Maine and they kept my feet warm. The fit is true to size and so comfortable!
