Super comfortable, ordered half size larger and the fit is perfect. Build quality appears to be excellent - time will tell.

These are incredibly comfortable walking/hiking shoes. They are lightweight, waterproof, stylish, and very cushiony on the inside, and provided excellent ankle and arch support. The quality is outstanding. I walked around Japan in my new pair right out of the box all day, and they were remarkably comfortable. The shoes provided excellent traction in the snow and on a dirt trail of a local mountain that I hiked. I have ordered a second pair for the future. The size fit true to my feet.

Great looking boot. Well built. Becoming much more comfortable now that it's getting broken in. A little snug for the size.

These appear to be good shoes for me. I have wide feet and they fit well. I needed, however, 1½ sizes larger than my regular size. Zappos was great with returns until I found the right size for me. I would buy these shoes from Zappos again.

My husband loves these boots now that he has the correct size. He should have paid attention to the reviews that said they seem to run 1/2 size small. That was definitely the case for him. Had to return his "normal" size for a half size larger.

These shoes fit me very well, I have a short wide foot (3E) and they are a good fit for me. A nice improvement would be a vibram sole.

I have not had a chance to hike in them yet but tried a dozen or so boots and for my flat feet with orthotics, these were my far the most comfortable and sturdy. However they fit really small - I am normally a 10½ and these required an 11½.

Good shoe fits my feet. It took several boots to find the right one and this was it. Couple problems Toe crusher! The laces frayed and ripped within a couple months for a shoe this price I wouldn't think that would be a problem. Keen needs to research better laces. Very unfortunate.

It's an acceptable shoe. It doesn't feel amazing but kept my feet in pretty good shape over a four day hike, after being broken in for a month. One of the shoelaces broke exactly 2 months after I bought it, and overall it is difficult to lace tightly (laces don't hold enough tension while you're knotting them). It's sufficiently water resistant. Not as breathable as I'd like.
