I actually think the style is cute, but am having a hard time with the fit. I find that I need different sizes in different Keen styles, but mainly 8.5 to 9. I can't even get the 9 on - not even close. I can get the 9.5 on with a shoe horn, but can tell is it slightly too large. I am going to try another pair in 9 and see if I can get them on. I can tell they will be really comfortable. I do have narrow heels, but overall medium to wide feet, so most heels slip a little on me, as do these.

I wanted to like these shoes because Keen's are very comfortable for me, but these were just so wide looking I felt like Minnie Mouse (in a size 9). They just looked too funny on me, so I returned them.

These shoes were scuffed a lot and the fit inside the shoe seemed to have a foot impression in them as if they had been worn before. I love Keens and was disappointed in the fit and comfort of these shoes.

These shoes are okay. I read the reviews and, although they take a little work to get on--I am able to get my foot into them. The toe box is exaggerated and I feel a little like mini mouse wearing them. However, they are suitable for wearing to the fire department and for walks.

The shoe was really hard to “slip on”. Definitely, needed a shoehorn. Very tight across the top of the shoe. The arch support was great. The toe box was roomy.

I wanted to like this shoe because it seemed like it could last a while. I work in the schools and scuff up my shoes all the time, these seem like they could have been comfortable and durable. However, the style was a little too extreme with the big toe area on the shoe. I don’t think I could adjust to wearing them. If they were a little more refined they would be perfect. Unfortunately they have to go back.

Kaci is a good looking shoe, but difficult as a slip-on for my foot. I was hoping to find a Keen model to replace the former loafer that was discontinued a few years ago. This shoe is too tight, and the enclosed vamp fits very high on the foot. Unfortunately I must return it. I would love to see the loafer come back. No shoe equals the comfort and style of it.

This is a cute shoe, but it seems extra wide and heavy. I have several other pairs of Keen shoes, but I will send this one back.

I normally wear a 9.5 and one foot is half a size smaller than the other as a result of bunion surgery. The length of those shoes was fine and the arch felt great. But they are extremely wide. I can't believe that the medium is really a medium! My feet were sliding around too much. Going down a size would make them too small so I will have to return them and try something else.

Love the footbed, which is the same as an old pair of keen mules I wore for years. Too bad these are the ugliest shoes, not to mention hard to get off and on.

I have had these shoes for a year. They have not held up at all. They look pretty worn out. They have stretched out quite a bit. They are no longer comfortable or provide arch support. I am disappointed as I have a pair of Keen winter boots that I love, that I have had for years. It does not make sense that these shoes have worn out so quickly.

As one who is constantly in motion, my ten pairs of Keens of every shape and size have kept me running like a champ over the years. But like others, I am very disappointed in the downgrades in the Kaci. This is the second time I've ordered them in hopes that they would work because it is such a darling shoe. The leather is high-quality and so is the rubber sole. Unfortunately, the arch support which I've loved about Keens is non-existent in this shoe. As soon as Keen brings back the inserts from 5-10 years ago (or any quality insert at all), I'll be first in line for this style. So cute. So sad.

I wanted these shoes to work so much, but I couldn't even get them on. When I finally did with a shoehorn, they were very comfortable with lots of toe room and they looked great. But, I am not going to struggle like I did to get them on. Keen needs to re-design the opening so getting them on would be easier. Sorry to say, they had to be returned.

I am sadly disappointed in the quality and sizing of Keen shoes. The sizing is at least 1/2 size larger than it should be. I have returned/reordered 3 pair in different sizes and they are still too wide and floppy in the heel. The sizing is inconsistent.

Certainly, personal taste plays into these reviews. That said, I have several pairs of Keens in three different styles and have found the sizing/fit to be consistent. This is not the case with this shoe. As a few other reviews stated (I should have listened!) this shoe runs about a half size larger and has a wider toe box than other comparable Keens. When I initially put them on I thought the fit was good: snug enough to stay on, but not so snug as to have trouble putting them on. After wearing them for the day,they have stretched out just a bit, but just enough that they are now slipping on my foot. And what can I say, with that wider toe box, I look like I have on duck feet! Sadly, I did wear them, and am unsure about a return, but I will try. At this price this shoe should fit and Keen should be more consistent with their sizing and design.

Love the looks of this shoe, and it seems like it'd be comfortable, but the design is silly. It's a really big hassle to get into these -- there's no pull tab on the back, and the opening for a foot is very small. Had to sit down and pull and tug and wished I had a shoe horn. Rather defeats the purpose of a slip-on shoe.

Like many others I have worn Keens for years and am disappointed that they have changed the amount of support in their shoes. These, like most others that Keens have made in the last couple of years, have less arch and overall support. They are not flat, just not like the old Keens. I do not know why they changed when that is what we all loved about our Keens. The fit of these is also odd. They are a little longer than the size indicates and really wide even for a person with wide feet. I went down half a size to compensate. It is ok, and perhaps I should have stuck with the bigger size and used extra thick socks or added insoles. Thanks to Zappos, I was able to try out a couple of sizes. I wear them. I love how they look (the green ones are really nice looking). But they are not perfect like the old Keens were.

Love the shoe but the silver clip fell off after wearing only twice. I would expect more from Keen.

This is the second pair of these shoes I've owned. Loved the first pair - wore them regularly for 2 years. Unfortunately, the quality of the second pair was not the same. They squeak when I walk, and after only 4 months they look worse than the 2 year old pair. The stitching has come loose in several places. The soles seem to have already compressed flat and are very uncomfortable. I've heard similar complaints from other Keen-obsessed friends. I hope Keen fixes the quality problems they seem to be having across the board because I have loved the brand for years.

I have the Kaci Zinfindel in an 8.5 and I thoughtt the one I ordered would be the same fit. Sadly, the fit is totally off.

I am so sorry to give a negative review, but I was disappointed on a lot of levels with this "shoe." First of all, it appeared like a very clunky snow boot rather than a sturdy, casual "around town" type of shoe. The toe was so bulbuous that it looked like clown shoes on my feet. I had a lot of difficulty getting my foot through the opening to get them on, even though there were were a couple of very small and tight elastic gores. Once I finally got my feet into the shoes, there was so much toe room that I could have fit two sets of toes into one shoe! I was also not impressed by the quality of the leather. I had to check the description to see if these were vegan, because that is what they looked like. This was a size 11 medium. Returning these.

These are probably the first Keens that I hated. They look like slip-ons, but it is a tough painful squeeze to get your feet into these. It is so not worth it.

Well in order to get my foot in this shoe I had to use a show horn and had much difficulty. That being said once my foot was in the shoe it fit get and had get support. I returned because I did not want to struggle each and every time to put the shoe on. So much for being a slip on...NOT even close!

I have an arch and couldn't get my foot into the shoe.

This shoe is quite attractive, but I couldn't event get my foot in. It's the same size I always wear in every brand, including Keen. It just didn't allow my foot into the shoe. Quite sad. I was looking forward to wearing it.
