These shoes are now a totally different fit. They are made in india instead of previous china. Apparently shoe sizes have different standards in different countries. These used to be my favorite shoes. Now I will have to search for a new favorite:( My foot runs on the narrow side of medium. I could not even get my foot in the shoe of the same size. I even ordered another to see if it was just a sizing fluke, but no they are different. Shoes that fit me well are Naot and Addidas

Usually Keens fit me fine, but I couldn't even get my foot in these to try them on due to the very narrow opening. So disappointing. I'll be sending these back.

size is way too small.

Very disappointed. I've worn these shoes for many years. I recently purchased a pair to replace my old ones. Keen must have changed their supplier, as now these shoes are very tight across the top and the area where you slip your foot in. I even purchased the next size larger, which was too long, but the opening of the shoe was still very narrow and tight. I contacted Keen and found they won't be offering a wide width in this style. Unfortunately I had to send these back and will no longer be able to wear this shoe again.

I own several pairs of Keen shoes and really like them. This pair, however, has such a small opening, I could not even get my foot into it. I have never had this problem with any shoe I have ever tried.

I was ready to love these shoes. Keens are always a favorite of mine. Unfortunately these shoes are so tight over the instep I could not get my feet down in them even with a shoe horn. You need to have very narrow feet for these to work.

This shoe runs small and narrow. I've had several pairs of keens and I am disappointed with these. Sending back.

Although the actual shoe is great on width, I couldn't get my foot through the top opening! I even ordered a half-size larger than I usually wear. Don't get it. Oh well, cute shoes, but have to return them.

This item is horrible! The craftsmanship is ridiculous or maybe it's the pair that I got. The grey color is not consistent throughout the entire surface area, it is light in some areas and dark in other and then there are some spots that look worn out or there was some sticker that was attached and then ripped off, even though shoe/sole is brand new. Also there is some kind of a number tag that is sticking out (so weird!). Perhaps the most disappointed aspect is that there are some kind of "stretch-marks" on the shoe, as it someone was trying to rip the leather/fabric part of the shoe from the sole/black part of the shoe. Ridiculous!

This shoe doesn't fit to size. I have always had size 7 1/2 Keens and they fit fine. This pair is very loose. Disappointed.

I am returning these shoes for various reasons.These Kaci shoes run bigger than the pair I purchased 3 years ago. Also the left shoe seemed larger than the right one, and the top straps seemed loose.The insole did not have as good as support as my original pair. I am dissapointed as I have been waiting to purchase a new pair.

I struggled significantly to get this shoe on because the opening is small/tight. Once on, it felt okay but I can't keep a shoe that takes 30-60 seconds just to get on my foot! The strap across the top is not adjustable, though there is some elastic that is supposed to stretch -- I guess it didn't stretch enough for me. I've owned 10+ pairs of Keen shoes. I'm sending these back!
