Very comfortable and stylish shoes. I liked that there was more room in the toe box. I've had other Merrell shoes where this was not the case. I have two other pairs of "Dassie" shoes and these are a great addition.

I have chronic plantar fasciitis, so finding shoes that I can walk around in, and stand up all day in, is difficult. I have another pair of Merrell slip-on shoes that are quite comfortable, so I thought I'd give these a try. They are really comfortable! The arch support is good, they look nice with dress pants, corduroys, or jeans, and I think they're going to hold up for a long time. I'm very pleased!

I wear a 10.5 in Merrell. I have a high arch and Merrell shoes usually have a supportive arch. This shoe had little arch support. Plus, because my arch is so high the top of the shoe was too tight—making it difficult to add an arch support. That said, the shoe is beautiful and light weight. I would have liked to keep them.

I am a dog Walker so good shoes are a must have. These are cute and offer moderate arch support. I do wish they offered a black version without suede. I love Merrells! One shoe was tighter but it was because the buckles were adjusted differently.

I got these right before a sudden trip to Argentina where lots of walking on uneven surfaces was involved. They were comfortable right out of the box, as other reviewers have stated, and worked well for my trip in which I logged 4-5 miles per day. They tend to make my feet rather warm, and I'll probably switch out the arch support for something more substantial, but these did the trick. They are nice enough looking to blend in, but comfortable enough for serious walking.

Nice - just not as comfortable as other Merrell's I have purchased.

Overall, this is a very good shoe. I have high arches and needed to add extra arch support but this did not bother me.

Unable to find dassie moc in black so ordered this...very uncomfortable...my walking was unbalanced and made my hip bursitis act up so am returning them...it looks the same as lassie mod but there is a difference...thank you!

Quick shipment. I was able to try on two sizes and return larger pair. The shoes are comfortable and stylish. They could be high along ankle bone for some wearers.

I love the look and feel of my foot in this shoes, expect....it has NO arch support. When I am on my feet all day the arch support saves me. Unfortunately this is being returned.

This shoe looks exactly as it does in the picture. It is made sturdy. I found the shoe to be a half size larger and without much arch support. I placed my Dr. Scholls orthotic in my shoe and it feels like a custom made shoe. I was going to return them but now they are the most comfortable shoes I own.

Oh Merrell, why can you not make wides? Each pair of Merrells that I have owned feel narrow in the toe box and these are no exception. My feet are not wide in any brand of shoes. I am always a size 7 and I had to go up a size in these for width. The 7 feels tight around the toes but the 7½ feels too long, especially in my left foot. I cannot decide what to do - keep the 7 and try to stretch them out a little or go with the bigger ones which may become too big if they stretch out over time. It seems a 7W would fit perfectly.

My podiatrist recommended Merrell shoes, especially because the inserts are removable so that customized inserts can be used. These shoes worked well with my orthotic inserts and are comfortable and durable. I am very satisfied. Some reviews said that they ran large, but I did not find this to be the case. One foot is slightly tighter because of my foot issues, but it stretched out as I broke them in.

I liked the style. I have many Merrell shoes that are great. These shoes didn't seem to bend on the top of the foot properly and pinched the top of the toe area when I walked. Would have kept them if that wasn't the case.

The shoe fit well, did not like the overall appearance.

Nice looking on. Little support or cushioning in the bottom. Length was good. Returning because the heel is way too wide. I walk right out of it.

Right out of the box, these shoes were comfortable and wore easily with no breaking in. Unfortunately, they also started to break down pretty quickly. The minimal support is almost gone, and the sole has broken, causing a tripping hazard. I'm sad - these looked great with jeans and with my slacks. I got a lot of compliments on them, and they are pretty water resistant. But $100 for shoes that don't even last a year? Boo.

These felt really tight across the top of my foot, even when I loosed the strap which seems to be more decorative than anything. I like the style and the shoe bed felt comfortable, but I'm sending them back.

This shoe did not have the support or cushion I expected. I'm looking for a black casual shoe that has as much support/impact absorption as a running shoe, and this shoe feels less supportive than my croc flip-flops. (To be fair, I'm asking a lot, and will probably end up with a professional shoe like Klog or Alegria). It's not what I hoped from Merrell, especially for $100! Hardly performance wear. However, it is a very lightweight comfortable shoe with a roomy enough toe box, and it would be great to wear if you were sitting down all day and didn't need support for a lot of walking/standing.

I loved the way these shoes look, they just did not fit my feet - strangely, they pressed on the top of my toes. I do have weird feet, but that was a new experience. Darn!

I have other Merrells in size 6 that fit well; ordered these in size 6 and they're too tight. They don't seem to have much arch support, they felt almost flat. My Merrell Encores have nice arch support, so I expected similar with these. Also didn't like how they looked on my feet, they reminded me of Mary Janes.

The colors of the shoe were lighter than I expected from the picture, more of a chocolate than java color for the base. I am not sure how other Merrells fit, but these reminded me a lot of my Keens which were too wide for me, especially in the heel, causing me to step out of it. I am going to try a half size smaller and see if that fixes the problem. I have pretty narrow feet, so it is possible that this brand is too wide for me. There was a lot less arch support than I expected. Keens have better arch support. I am looking for shoes that I can stand in all day at the hospital and I just did not feel like these were going to make the cut, at least not in the size I got. I am returning them for another size.

Spiffy, runs a little small. More stylish than other Merrell clogs, but not as much "wiggle room."

Not as comfortable as I expected it to be. I have other Merrell clogs which have more padding in the bottom making them much more comfortable. I was disappointed as this is a really cute shoe!

This shoe was not comfortable. I also ordered the Clarks Ashland Alpine and the Naturalizer Clarissa. All in an 11 medium. The Naturalizer is narrower, but still fits nicely, with no socks or with tights. The Clarks fits well with heavier socks. The Merrell is much wider, and the inside is rough so it is hard to get on with a pair of socks. I returned the Merrell but kept the Clarks and the Naturalizer.
