I wish I could have kept these boots. They fit my requirements of a flat sole, soft leather, attractive, and comfortable. Unfortunately, my right foot with a bunion was too wide for the boot. The left boot fit perfectly.

I love these boots! I bought a pair in a different color and Medium width last year and fell in love with them. The only black leather version available in my size this year was a Wide so I figured I'd give them a try. I absolutely love them. They're not terribly wider than my Medium width ones, just a bit comfier. They are great when there's a light dusting of snow in terms of traction. They are so comfortable (both pairs) and an absolute staple for me during the winter months. Can't say enough good things about these boots.

Happy with this purchase. I normally have trouble getting shoes wide enough, got the EE and am ok with the width. Very comfortable from day 1.

I wear a 9.5 but got a 10M and it worked great. The 9.5 (I also ordered) was a big snug, and the 9.5 W was a bit loose. I love the soft leather, and these are super comfy for lots of walking/standing as well as stylish with straight leg jeans.

I ordered these in Brown. I have long, narrow feet (gunboat). From other reviews, they seemed to run narrow, so I gambled on the medium width. With booties, I can usually slosh around in them being a little wide. I ordered an 8.5 and a 9 in the medium width and the width was perfect, so be aware that they do run narrow. I kept the 8.5 and returned the 9, and then ordered 8.5 in black. They are very comfortable. I can wear these all day at the office. I love the arch support and cushy insole. I wanted a bootie with a bit of a heel for dressier occasions, but did not find a style that I liked with the right heel height in the SoftWalk brand. I will try SoftWalk for shoes, but I am sure they will have to be in a narrow width. My heel is really narrow and I have a high arch. I did find a bootie with 1.5'" heel in the Rockport Cobb Hill collection. The 9N Rockport worked great for me. I live in a small town and narrow widths are hard to find in stores anymore without driving a long trip. I love Zappos because of the free shipping both ways and I can try several sizes and return what doesn't work. They are a bit pricey, but well worth the comfort.

These seem like they will be comfortable but run small. I recommend ordering a 1/2 size up.

I bought these boots to wear to work on colder days when my snow boots when appropriate, but it was too cold for flats. Today was the first cold day we’ve had. Wearing these boots was like a warm hug on my feet. I wore them all day, walking for many miles, and they felt very comfortable and supportive. I bought these in size 12 wide. I find it very hard to find boots that work for me because of my shoe size, but these were very comfortable with my normal socks. I spent a lot of time reading reviews about boots on Zappos, so I’m very glad to have found these and to share that information with you.

I have very wide feet and often styles that say they are EE aren't wide enough. These are. I was looking for low heeled ankle boots that didn't look too casual. These fit the bill. They are stylish and comfortable.

I needed a boot that I could walk in over some dirt paths, some sidewalks, for about two hours a day on my commute to and from work. Something that would also look nice, when dusted off, for my office job. These fit the bill. Super comfortable. I did order half size larger than my usual, and they are just right. I only wish there was a little more detailing to make them more stylish, but overall they are terrific and I would happily recommend.

I first purchased these boots two years ago after suffering a broken collarbone from a fall. At that time, I wanted boots that were flat/low heels, comfortable and easy to get on/off. Style wasn't a priority. I fell in love with these boots and wore them out. I just purchased them again. To clarify, the style is perfect for my needs. They are a great casual boot with pants and skirts/tights. They are sleek and lightweight. (I hate any footwear that feels like bricks on my feet.) And they are probably the most comfortable pair of boots ever. One note of caution: they may be a bit tight when you first put them on but they do stretch. These are not high-fashion boots. If you want a comfortable, practical and great looking boot for the winter, buy them.

I love these shoes. They fit true to size and are very comfortable and stylish! They look great with skinny jeans.

Originally I ordered a "wide" version which was way too ample...ordered a medium which fit much more comfortably. Have only tested them in the house...will begin using them outdoors in preparation for a trip to Europe. Should be perfect to wear both for daytime and evening.

I just received these boots and I love them! The leather is soooo soft and they are sooo comfortable. I wear a 9 1/2 M, but that size was sold out, so I took a chance and bought a 9 1/2 W. I've never ordered a wide shoe before, but these fit great. I will say that I'm 65 now, and I do think my feet have gotten a little flatter, maybe. I've noticed some of my other shoes are a little tight, so maybe it's just one more thing about your body that changes as you age. At any rate, I'm going to love wearing these boots with jeans this winter, but they are so sleek and classic that they'll probably look great with dressier pants as well. Very happy with my purchase!

I have super narrow feet and trouble finding shoes that are narrow enough for me without being too short and pinching off my toes. I bought these in narrow (AA) and they are a perfect fit and are comfortable besides. Often I choose narrow width and the shoes aren't narrow enough unless I buy a size down, but these are great. They might be too narrow for people who choose medium width - those people might want to go up in size a bit. Plus I love that they are flat, with no heel, and have cushy insides. I can wear these all day, walk a mile to and from work, and feel no pain.

These are the only shoes a person really needs. Have bought 3 pairs already. Basic & beautiful.

Love this boot! I have x-wide size 9 feet with many foot and toes issues. I need shoes that are soft, roomy, but supportive. Two surgeries, many rotations with a plastic boot on one foot or the other, I love these boots. It’s like being barefoot. I spend a lot of my day walking on concrete between buildings on my work campus. I’m considering buying a second pair ... just in case!

Most slipper-like comfortable shoes I own and most often worn on weekends. I have short toes, wide flat feet. Many shoes feel loose because they assume average size or even long toes. These are great if you find you often slip around due to a shoe that’s too long because you too have short but wide feet.

This is a really nice boot but just didn't fit. I normally am size 11 medium but I ordered them in wide after reading other reviews. They wwere still a little snug around the toe area but I felt that it would stretch to fit. Unfortunately they were a bit short in length and I could feel my toes hitting the end of the boot. I am disappointed as they were just what I was looking for. With the right fit these would be great boots, the leather is soft and they look good.

These shoes have very soft leather and nice arch support. I ordered the wide width. They actually fit with my bunions and my heel didn't slip. I really wanted them to work. Unfortunately the large arch support hit me in the wrong spot so I had to return them. Hopefully they will work for you!

These booties are attractive and the upper is very soft leather. The foot bed is comfortable. Unfortunately the right foot just wouldn't accommodate my bunion and I don't have the patience to break it in through the pain. Try these if you have wide feet, they might work for you!

Lightweight leather, but this boot is for a skinny ankle! I could barely zip the boots up in the ankle area.
