This Softwalk Rocklin in Black Tumbled Leather is perfect for my needs, however it seems to run about 1/2 size too long. I can almost wear it with a very thick sock, but then it cramps the pinkie toe on my wider foot. I ordered a 9.0 WW, and the extra wide width is perfect, but there is 1/4" to 1/2" extra length behind my heel once my foot settles into the shoe. So, I would say that this shoe runs LONG, but NOT Large in it's sizing. I usually need a 9.0 W, but in this shoe I need an 8.5 WW, which I should be able to wear with thin socks. I loved the black leather with the brown sole, but that does give it a more casual vibe. I love the simplicity of the style and the high vamp in the front. Also Really Love the STEEL shank!

I loved the feel of these. They were very comfortable. I have two other pairs of Soft Walk booties, both are size 71/2, but I needed an 8 in these. The only reason I returned them was because I wanted a darker grey color, so I chose the vionic.

Loved these boots when I bought them. Wore them into Manhattan and not too bad, but some width issues after couple hours. Wore them again today to an event and disappointed. I am usually medium-wide, depends on the brand. I ordered these in wide for heavier socks in winter. Folks, these are NOT wide, even with thin, fall socks. Order the double wide! I have very difficult feet....very high arch and wear a 10 1/2, which most manufacturers don't even make. The leather feels like butter, which I love..........but, regrettfully, I am ordering AGAIN, this time in DOUBLE WIDE and donating my recent purchase. I've tried 15 different boots from Zappos....surprised they haven't tossed me as a customer. Love u Zappos, and hope I love the double wides!!! (I WILL FIND BOOTS!)

This is the perfect bootie but what the heck with the so-called arch support? There is a foam, semi-circle "pad" inside the shoe that sticks up so much I almost couldn't get my foot in the bootie. And then when I had them on? It felt like a hard marble hitting my arches. Ouch. I'd actually ordered this bootie in two colors so hoped that maybe the other color would fit differently. Nope. Same exact hard marble feeling in my arch. Otherwise, these fit great. Roomy in front, snug in the back so I didn't walk out of the boots. If I could take the arch "thing" out, I would have kept them. Oh, well, they are going back.

Funny-I ordered size 8w but received 7.5w. Decided to try it before returning. It fits perfectly. So that’s why I said it runs 1/2 size large- because it does! The bootie itself is FABULOUS! I hope I can keep the black dude looking great because it’s so classy. So happy it doesn’t have a pointy toe box but still looks chic. I have lots of foot issues and this booty is comfy right out of the box.

Excellent booties. Perfect heel height and classy black suede. They are extremely comfortable. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is after 6 months of wear the heel is crumbling a bit. Otherwise excellent bootie.

These are great looking booties but could not find a size too fit. I first ordered my normal size 6M. It was too small in both directions. I reordered in 6.5 W and they were huge.

The boot looks nice, however, the manufacturer uses the same sole as a medium on a wide shoe. The toe Bo’s was not wide enough and the heel was too loose.

The leather is so stiff it bit into the ankle bone on my right foot. Had to send back.

No real padding in the inside.

Though I ordered the wide, they still felt too narrow and I ended up returning them.

I really liked the boot, but the color wan't true to what the picture showed. I ordered the saddle color and thought it would be a soft brown but it had much more yellow in the brown, not the color I wanted

This is my second pair. I love these shoes. They are super comfortable and beautiful!The only problem I have is they don't last for too long. The heel looks destroyed and suade a bit worn out after only 6-10months of wearing them. I really wish they were more durable.

The boots are shorter and not the quality I expected for $150 boots.

These weren’t quiet as cute or as comfortable as I wanted them to. As others have noted the arch support seems to hit at an odd spot. If I liked the look better, I might try sizing up because this isn’t a very generous 9 (sometime I wear an 8.5). However, the color is a little more brown grey rather than true gray (mushroom comes to mind). Also, the shoes show signs they’ve been worn and that makes me wonder about longevity.

So cute but even the wide didn't fit my wide foot.

These were very comfortable when I first tried them on, however, I have worn the boots twice now, and they stretched a lot. Also, after just two days wearing them there is already wear on the sole and heel. I am not confident these will last very long, and for the price, I expect more.

The fit and size were spot on. I loved this boot but unfortunately they developed holes in the soles pretty quickly. For the money I expect better quality. This is particularly disappointing because of how difficult it is to find cute wide width shoes.

If you are looking for a very comfortable everyday looking shoe, these boots could work. I was hoping for something more exciting and sexy, and the no-nonsense grip and soft heel just made these not fit that bill. Heel is not wooden, boots don't make the boot "clack" when you walk. Very soft leather though and luxurious footbed.

I have been wearing these every day since I got them. I live in New York City and walk a lot every day. At first I was delighted with the shoes because they were so comfortable right away -- no wear-in required. And they were pretty cute. Unfortunately after that I have reevaluated some because the heel is such low quality that when they got wet they actually got squished. The other thing that happened is that the zipper is not working as well anymore. It is hard to unzip the boots.

These boots were extremely comfortable but with 5 wears the heel was already showing signs of poor manufacturing. The rubber heel is peeling off every day. I'm torn because they are comfortable but for $150 I'm not sure I can justify or recommend these boots.

I like the look of the she, but just very uncomfortable for me.

Unfortunately, boots made in China have the same sole no matter the width, heel area was too large.

The bottom had a cheap, smooth, synthetic bottom with no protection from slippery surfaces. I returned them. Very disappointing that for the price they were made very cheaply.
