Lovely boot but ran at least a full size too large. I didn’t know what size I was — to try to exchange the boot. Too bad.

Disappointed. I thought this would be perfect, but it doesn't match the picture. Guessing it is last year's shoe, as it has a brown sole on the black shoe. The pictures all show black soles on the black leather shoes. Also, just be aware it is like a cowboy bootie with the back of the heel angled in, rather than being straight.

These are beautiful booties. But it is very difficult to get my foot into it. I do have a narrow foot and a high arch, but it is ridiculous. That's too bad, because they are really nice looking.

I ordered at 7 1/2 W and received a 6 1/2 wide. they are way too small!

Might not be able to keep them as they are definitely not a WW...................very, very disappointed. I am desperate for a pair of shoes.

It was too wide. I have purchased 5 boots from Zappos and they all fit super. I just went and bought 2 heel pads and 1 ball of the foot pad to help these fit. I expect more from Zappos. I have been a very happy customer for at least 3-4 years! Someone must have had these before and worn them and they must have had a larger/wider foot!

I own these boots and love them I bought these to replace the pair I already have. Unfortunately, because of the way they are made they look like they have been worn. Both the front of the toe area and the back of the boot already looks like someone has worn them for a couple of years. If you look on your site, you can tell what I am talking about especially with the color "saddle" and "brown chestnut leather". I don't want to spend $149 on boots that look like they have been worn for a couple of years. So disappointed.

I wish I could tell you about these shoes, but Zappos sent the wrong color three times, so I finally gave up on trying to get the right shoes with them.

The boots were narrow-couldn't get foot in them. They looked as if they had been worn and had several spots on them. They also had a smell.

The quality is terrible. They arrived with the black paint coming off the heel and the side of the shoe looked scuffed. Very disappointed. I will be returning. Other than that they fit great are very comfortable, and are a nice looking style.

I ordered size 10 N through another vendor. The length is more like a 10.5, the foot bed is actually a bit too narrow for N, however the overall fit inside is too loose. I'm disappointed because I really like the style.

booties are defective, just like the previous pair I had to return! The suede covering is missing ob both the toe or heel area.

Runs very small

Stylish, comfy, nice fit. I'm returning due to the poor quality. These are suede and the shoes are "bald" in spots, especially the toes but also the heel area. I'm returning them. It looks like the suede was sprayed on and my hand have black residue from handling the shoe.

Disappointed ... I have this boots in other colors and have been pleased. Unfortunately, this boot's color is definitely not as pictured on the website. .. . It is more orange than tan. Will be returning.

Runs smaller than other styles, color not as pictured (saddle), overpriced

unfortunately they didn't look anything like the pictures, the burnished toe and darker color were not true to the pair I received. I ordered 2 pairs from the same brand and the other boot fit perfect in the same size and looked exactly like the picture. So back these go.

The fit was considerably more narrow than I expected. But the worst of all, I was sent noticeably used shoes. The soles were worn with trash attached. The toes of both shoes were worn and suede was shiny. So sad for a Zappos product ?

These boots are so cute but they appeared to have been worn or returned. The suede is worn off on the toes and on the heels. The bottom also looks like they have been worn. These boots should not have been sold as new. Very disappointing....
