Love them!!

Very cute and comfy! I typically am a size 6.5 - 7. In boots I tend to order a size 7 because I do not like it when my shoes are tight, and I like the option for thicker socks. The size 6.5 felt good--but were a smidge tight. The size 7 feel a smidge too loose, and maybe look a tiny bit big on my feet but I kept them. The soles are cushy and so far I really like them.

Love the style and fit BUT the Zappos photo showed a black heel when in reality it is tan wood color.

I love the Softwalk Rocklin boot, so much that I ordered it in two colors. The Navy Blue (Nubuck?) fits perfectly, and I wore it out of the house almost immediately upon receiving it. I have hard to fit feet, and these worked. They are comfortable, simple in style but on-trend, and look great with jeggings. I also had ordered them in Grey Leather, which is a great color. I love that the leather means that I can waterproof them with mink oil to protect the color and the integrity of the leather. However, the grey fits differently, and they feel 1/2 size too small. I need an 8.5 WW in this bootie. The 9.0 WW is too big in all colors, and the 9.0 W is too narrow for my left foot. Therefore, I will return the grey in the 8.5 WW, sadly. I took off one star for the overall rating based on the different fits from one color to the next, but I do like them and recommend them.

The boot is really cute, but it hit my ankle at a very uncomfortable spot and was too long and too wide. I ordered the 9.5w, which was actually much larger and wider than a typical 9.5 w on my foot. But you didn't have the 9w in stock, so I wasn't able to exchange it.

I really like this shoe...but for over $100, the quality is terrible. The stitching came off after TWO 8hr work days.

I loved the look of these but they didn't seem a true W. Am waiting for the WW to see if it's better fit.

The ankle area was much too wide, I could not keep my heel from slipping. I have these in black suede purchased a few years ago and that pair fit great and was made much better.

Unfortunately these hit right at my ankle bone. Very uncomfortable.

SOLE HAS CHANGED between 2018 and 2022. *Note: this is for the Black Tumbled Leather. Description is no longer accurate. See below. These boots WERE so great that I bought them a 2nd time! (in Black Tumbled Leather with a BROWN rubber sole) The first pair orig purchased in 2018 lasted 3+ years . Now in 2022 I am on my 2nd pair BUT SOLE MATERIAL HAS CHANGED - from brown to black and is now STIFF, NOT flexible, feels CHEAP. (I should have known when the price was marked down from $144... to $83... argh!!). The listing still says that it has a "RUBBER OUTSOLE" but this is FALSE, at least for the pair I received. Rather than brown rubber, it is now black plastic/hard foam. Before/during 2018, multiple reviewers complained about the sole, how it was soft and wore through too quickly so I think perhaps this change was an attempt to improve the sole (?!) but this sole - in my opinion - is MUCH WORSE - no flex, feels cheap like it will eventually crack. I am returning. Also, the shape of the leather around the ankle has changed, it’s higher and stiffer, rubs the ankle bone too much and will cause blisters. So sad. Please bring back the old sole!!! I wish I didn't have to leave a negative review, because I LOVED my first pair; I walked everywhere in them, as if they were sneakers. What I loved most was the soft flexible rubber sole and soft leather - so comfy like wearing slippers. The rubber sole did show wear after 6mos/1yr of wear, there was wear on the fake wood grain but nothing too noticeable (I didn't have the peeling issues other reviewers had), and I knew (thanks to prior reviews) from the start that I would need to have them re-soled. But that was worth it to me for the amazing comfort, right out of the box. Key word: WAS. In the meantime, I am going to try get my old pair re-soled because they were so much better. I'm also going to try ordering another color that has a brown sole, not black, to see if I can get the RUBBER SOLE. ***Also, I think Zappos should update this listing to reflect the actual sole material.***

I have WW feet but my ankles are slender so finding a pair of shoes that fits is incredibly difficulty. These fit the bill perfectly with excellent arch support as well. I think they are beautiful booties but after my first day of wearing them, the rubber started to peel away from the sole at the toe. So disappointing - seems like I should have spent my $140 elsewhere.

I was excited to find these shoes in a 10.5 narrow. Sadly, the heel of the shoe is not a narrow. When taking a step, my heels slipped and would have rubbed had I kept the shoes. Sending them back today.

The boot rubs my ankle bone.

Wore these 1 day in the city. Did not hold up. Sole is destroyed at the toe. Don't buy these.

This is a great bootie, but I couldn't get it on over my bunion. Wish it had fit as I really liked it.

Excellent even with a broken toe the new shoes did not hurt!

My need for a wide width presents challenges in purchasing attractive shoes. These boots do not look wide, are stylish and are very comfortable.

These boots are worth every penny. I am a size 12 wide with hammer toes and have excruciating trouble finding shoes that fit. I wear these at work 11 hours a day and my feet don’t hurt a bit!

Love them and Zappos you guys are great. Boots leather soft and love the insole… might have to break them in cuz the top of the boot might rub against skin…

True to size and comfy

I bought these for my sister, who is very hard to fit. She's an 8EE. She loves them!
