The boots are very stylish and comfortable. I usually order a 9 narrow in a shoe or boot, but with this boot, I had to go up a half size. The best part of the boot is that it actually is a narrow fit. So often I order narrow boots or shoes and they are too wide. Also, the arch support in the boot is wonderful. Always a plus in a SoftWalk shoe.

I have two pairs of these boots. They are one of the best walking boots I have ever had. Very comfortable. Gets lots of compliments on the look of the boot. Very pleased with this brand and style.

The shoes are beautifully made and arrived two days after I ordered them. I found that I need one size smaller and am exchanging the pair I bought. This is my second order from Zappos and I am very impressed with their operation. I took the return to UPS on my way home, after work, and found the refund in my checking account when I got home. I was astounded at this quality of customer service. Now I do not mind experimenting to see what works for me and what does not.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I purchased it in another color because I like the fit.

The fit and size were perfect. Love the style and the leather is soft and subtle and a great color. The arch was excellent and the bootie is really quite comfortable. Very nice shoe.

I loved the feel of these boots! They were super comfortable, true to size, etc. I sent them back because I was looking for something a little dressier. The brown sole and heel, the rounded toe, and the grain leather made them a little more casual than I was looking for.

I ordered size 6WW to accommodate my wide feet and a high instep - they are perfect! I wish grey was still available so I could get another pair.

I'm extremely pleased with this purchase and given the price I was not going to settle for anything less than perfect. They fit wonderfully right out of the box, no breaking in necessary. The heel is just right for a little height and sturdy enough for stability. Love the rubber sole so I don't need to worry about slipping. I got the black suede and hoping that no problems arise with the heel that others experienced.

I decided not to return this shoe after I prepared the label for the two other shoes and these shoes were not returned although label had been prepared.

The soft walk rocking bootie is wonderful. Fits perfectly and extremely comfortable. No break in needed, wore them on trip to U.K. Everyday and they felt great. Highly recommend.

I bought these almost a year ago and they have become my favorite go to work black shoes. They're very comfortable and a little cute. They're basic but the leather is soft and has molded to my foot over time.

They were so comfortable right out of the box that I wore them the same day they were delivered!

I wear a 6.5 Narrow shoe, and this Softwalk Rocklin fits perfectly. The first time I wore them, I walked several blocks and I had no problems! No breakin needed. They are gorgeous on. Great arch support. I'm very happy with them and hope to find more Softwalk in my size.

I love these boots! I bought them in the wine color and they look so great. I wear an 11 Narrow and it is impossible to find shoes that actually fit. All of my shoes are regular width and they flop around on my feet all day. Not these shoes! They are so stylish and comfortable, too. I get lots of compliments when I wear them. They aren’t too loud, either, which I like. I work in a hospital and hate it when people can hear me coming down the hall. These boots fit so great I’m going to buy them in other colors!

I have an EE foot. I pulled them out of the box and looked at the bottom and said there is no way. But AMAZING lots of room, very supportive. Right out of the box I wore them for an 8 hr shift walking on concrete. LOVE these.

These boots fit my wide fit perfectly. No breaking them in! Very comfortable to wear all day and into the night.

This is my 2nd pair. The first one lasted for 3 years and then my dog chewed it up :( I absolutely LOVE these ankle boots! They are very comfortable, no need to break them in, look good, and stylish! Both my 1st and 2nd pair I got in Black Tumbled Leather, the wooden heels and black leather is just s beautiful!
