Love these boots! The moment I put them on, I didn't want to take them off. Slightly narrower and snug if you have a high arch but not to the point of pain or discomfort. Would recommend.

Beautifully made boot, love the lace up. It's easy to put on but still gives you a nice fit. Really durable rubber sole with great traction. I ordered a size up, like many of the reviews recommended, and it gave me a lot of room in the toe, but as the boots are super narrow, I can't imagine my normal size fitting. So I too recommend sizing up. All that said, I'm returning my pair as they gave my ankle on a blister. I definitely think this problem is particular to the way these boots fit my feet - there's a spot where the stitching hits my ankle bone and it's only on one foot that it's an issue. Alas, can't comfortably wear them, but only for that reason. Would still recommend them to others.

If you have really high insteps, beware. I liked these, but they were uncomfortable on my right foot across the instep (I have a high instep). It's right across the bottom of where it laces. I ordered both 7.5 and 8, and the 8 fit pretty well lengthwise for me (I'm in between sizes). I didn't actually try on the 7.5 as I couldn't even get that one on the high instep foot at all. My feet are on the wider side but I didn't notice any width issues on my other foot at all. The laces tighten easily, I'm not sure how well they will stay knotted. The boots felt lightweight but sturdy. If it was a little roomier where I need it, I would have kept them.

These shoes are so cool looking and keep your feet super warm. Having worn them a few times, I would like to have them a 1/2 size bigger. My toes are a little squished.

I needed a pair of shoes when I walk the dog in the rain or snow. I loved the look of them and they are indeed very cute. I did listen to some previous reviews about the fact that they run small and that is very true. I normally wear a size 10 and I order a 10 1/2, I could have even ordered a 11 and they would have fit even better. They are also very narrow, since I have a narrow foot they work for me. I have another pair of Sorel and they are much wider and also did not run so small. They keep my feet warm and dry, but if you are planning on wearing thicker socks in them I would recommend going up a whole size. Otherwise I really like theym.

These were awesome. I am SO sad they don't make them in 11.5 or 12. They were just too short. Everything else about them was perfect.

I love the look of these boots and they are really soft on the interior. They are somewhat smaller and certainly more narrow than I expected, even from other reviews I read saying they tended to fit a bit small. I have medium width feet and wear 7.5-8 in running shoes/boots and the size 8 in these barely fit - they fit lengthwise but felt narrow, even with thin socks. If you like to wear thick socks, consider ordering a full size larger. I think they'll be grand after breaking them in. I don't know if I would have bought these if I had seen them and tried them on in a store because of the weird fit.

Bought these a few years ago- purposely bought Sorel because my family members have had theirs for 20+ years without any issues. The inside of these boots have already started to wear down and now the plastic in the heel is now exposed and pokes/scraps me every time I wear them

Run very small compared to the exact same brand/same size but different style. I ordered 3 different Sorel boots - going skiing - and needed Apres water proof boots. Tall boots are true to size but these ran very small. Didn't realize how small and uncomfortable until I wore them all day. Now too late to return - and the half size larger is sold out. UGH!

Am I the only person who has experienced the terrible discomfort from feet sweating and freezing in this boot? I own several pairs of uggs and have never experienced this. However, the sorel tivoli is the worst for this. It's unfortunate since they are so cute and stylish. I would not recommend this boot until Sorel use natural fibers to keep feet warm and toasty without locking in feet sweat.

Purchased this a year ago from another shoe store for alot more $. This boots runs very small and it's a little on the heavy size. I usually wear a size 7 but I had to get an 8.5. On the bright side it's cute.

Loved the style and comfort of these boots, but couldn't find a pair that fit right. I gave up, sadly. In a store, the 8.5 fit great. The pair I ordered from Zappos was much shorter and toes pressed against the front. These are definitely on the narrow side. Order a half size up. At least. And if you have wide feet like me, know that you might not be able to wear these with thick socks. That said, I liked the style enough that I'll keep an eye on it for sales and next winter. For a lace boot, they were very easy to put on and take off.

Runs WAY too small for me. Normally wear a 7, ordered a 7.5 and I can't even straighten my toes out with a thin sock. I probably need an 8.5 in this boot.

Cute shoe but the fit is weird. Ordered a full size up but my toes still nudge the tip of the shoe. The construction of the shoe seems to push my foot forward...there's still room in back behind my heel. I'm returning.

These boots do the job as solid snow boots that keep your feet warm in cold weather. I thought they would be a bit cuter in person (when the laces are tied, their shape is just not as cute as I thought they'd be), but I am still satisfied with them overall. I went with my normal size, and they are a bit snug, but not snug enough for me to send them back. If you are between sizes, I would size halfway up.

I read other reviews on this boot and saw that most people recommended ordering a half size or whole size up and commented that they were pretty narrow. I am a size 8 in almost every shoe I've ever tried on so I ordered an 8.5 and a 9. The 9 was FAR too big, and the 8.5 would have been fine with thick socks; with thin/regular socks, the 8.5 are a bit on the large size for me. I have somewhat wide feet and, opposed to other reviewers, did not find these to be narrow. Pros: They are actually pretty flexible in the sole, which I did not expect and was happy about. My other Sorels are super bulky and stiff in the sole and I am not a fan of that. The material does not look cheap and I would believe that these would be sufficiently waterproof/resistant. The shorter shaft height is great, much more modern than tall boots and seem great for days when it's only snowing a bit. Cons: I hate how large the Sorel logo is across the back, it seems gigantic in real life and, though Sorel is a great company, I really don't want to be a walking billboard for them. I wish they had added one more metal loop for the laces at the top. I like my snow boots to be laced relatively tight because if my foot is slipping around in the boot, I'm more likely to slip on ice! The problem is that if you lace these up semi-tightly, the top just kind of flares outwardly since there is not loop toward the top. My biggest issue with these boots is the angle of the top-front of the boot. It is hard to describe, but it's a bit too sharply pointed upward and make me feel like I'm wearing a pair of duck bills on my feet! I actually would have let my other complaints go, if only these had a better visual profile in the front! So, overall, good quality boots with a some unfortunately awkward styling choices. Sadly they will be going back.

I wanted to love these boots. They are so cute, but they are just a little too tight for me, especially with thicker socks. They just weren't very comfortable and too tight around the toes for me. Sadly, they are going back.

The soles were very stiff as were the uppers. They also felt kind of cheaply made.

These boots are not very well insulated. I had a pair of very old Sorels and they provided proper insulation. I also had a few pairs of boots from another manufacturer, and they were properly insulated. I wore these out in 40 degree weather and walked through the snow and within minutes, I could feel the cold in my feet. Very disappointing! If I wanted a fashion boot without insulation, I would have bought that! Thought I was getting a real winter boot, but that is not the case for Sorel.

These are so narrow and seem too small overall. I wanted a less "serious" Sorel boot that I can actually walk around town in, but even up a full size (I went up a half size to account for wool socks), I think they'd be far too narrow. Too bad, as they are attractive.

Put them on and immediately knew I was going to get blisters, if not cuts, on the back of the heel (right by achilles tendon). Listen to the reviews that say they give blisters! I had them on for less than 5 minutes and they legitimately hurt my feet. Super cute though! I usually wear a 6.5 or 7 and I got these in a 6. They did feel a little snug so maybe if you get your normal shoe size and wear tons of socks they work! But with one pair of somewhat thin socks they really hurt.

This boot was a very nice looking boot but ran a size to small and was very tight fitting. My foot felt very stiff as well and didn't seem to be a comfortable boot.

Yes, they do run small. I originally ordered a 9.5, which is what I normally wear. Exchanged for a 10. Probably could go up to a 10.5 with a thick sock. I have a narrow foot so these did fit great in width. I am returning them due to being very uncomfortable for walking and the SOREL on the back of the boot is ugly! I have 3 pair of Sorel and love them. These need help...

I loved the style of these shoes and the bottom seemed perfect for walking in winter weather. However, the rubbery/stiff part of the boots rubbed against my ankles and they were just not as comfortable as I hoped they would be. Had to return.

Very nice boot, well made and attractive. However, am returning because the tongue does not allow the boot to open far enough to put my foot and a thin cotton sock in without a struggle. Boot feels comfortable once it is on except for that tight fit across the instep area. Want a boot that slips on easily and one under which I can wear a slightly heavier sock.
