no support for your arches

I wear a 10.5 W, but because of orthotics I purchased an 11 W and before adding the orthotic I could barely get my foot in this shoe. It was about a half size to small and was not even remotely wide enough. I will be returning this shoe.

I really wanted to like these. I've worn other Ryka shoes before and loved them. This pair is just not good. The "memory foam" insoles just squash down flat. They have no arch support. I have high arches and narrow feet. The toe box is tight yet the heel of the shoe flaps up and down when I walk. They are so uncomfortable for walking. They've been relegated to yard work shoes.

I am extremely disappointed with these shoes. They were the most amazing feel when I first got them. Light and comfortable and felt like walking on clouds. Soon after wearing on a regular basis the gel liner started to slide out each time I would pull my foot out of the shoe. Within the last month/two the gel liner has disintegrated leaving my heel without any support so much that the liner cover has peeled back and been worn away. Had this not happened so quickly i would have rated a 5. It is not like they are years old and this is happening. It has only been a matter of 4 months

I really wanted these to work. I was hopeful when other reviews stated how wide they were. But for my feet even the wide width was too narrow. I have a fairly large bunion and the seam of the shoe seemed to flex right at the toe joint. So even if the width had fit they most likely wouldn't have lasted long in that spot. These were very cute though. Some reviews complained about the cushioned insole not coming out. I had trouble keeping them in just trying them on.

this runs so small it is confusing. I am a size 7, ordered a 7.5 because I like a roomy walking shoe, and this is very short and narrow. The inner padding is contoured in a specific way that needs to match your foot or you will feel like there are lumps in your shoe. Returning and not even going to try another size.

I am not at all happy with this shoe. Quality is not at all what I expect from Ryka, the tongue is not wide enough at the base to keep my sock from peeking out. The insole is cold and sectiioned and feels lumpy and is glued in. I have been wearing Rykas for well over 20 years and have bought several pair of the same styles in case they discontinue them. I've been wearing those Rykas day in and day out for years, these shoes are NOT the Ryka quality that I'm used to.

Was very excited to try these shoes as they were super comfy when first bought. Unfortunately, after only 3 days, the sole inserts were badly glued in the shoe and came off, moving around while i walked. Super disappointing.

I ordered a pair of the black and pink of this style and really liked them. I decided that the Chrome colored one would be a nice neutral option. I was shocked when I opened the box. I genuinely thought they sent the wrong shoe. It is a silvery/gray, not at all a white color like it looks on the screen. It's down right butt ugly actually. What looked like a pale green is really a fairly bright green stripe and the yellowish color is a bright orange. Either my laptop screen is awful (not likely since it was calibrated with a Spyder calibrator for photo processing) or Zappos has photos that are not representative of the item posted. I'm very disappointed because I wasted my 20% off coupon and have to return these ugly things. This is my first bad experience with Zappos ever.

i walk everyday and need a shoe with good support, these were NOT comfortable. I felt every twig, crack and pebble while wearing walking. My feet hurt by the time I got home.

I loved these shoes. but after a while they came apart. Still i reordered because I thought it was a fluke. So orders 2nd pair . worse than the first. 1 day around house and they are coming apart. and insole is loose. I feel bad as they are the most comfortable shoes I have owned.

When I bought these shoes I loved them. They were comfortable and supportive walking shoes. I only used them when I went out for walks but after just a few months they started fraying near the ankle. At most I had worn them for five hours once a week. Now I notice that the bottoms of the shoes are wearing out faster than usual. I am going back to New Balance.
