I have been a loyal Ryka fan for many years - this is the first time I have been very disappointed in the quality of shoes. I bought these shoes 2/27/19 and they are already starting to come apart (4/8/19). The rubber on the bottom of the sole is starting to peel off and if I stand with these shoes on for 15 mins my feet start to hurt - I have no Medical issues with my feet and I am in my late 20s. So sad the worst pair I've ever bought DO NOT buy sky walk walking shoes

I was looking for a gray walking shoe with gray soles and subtle color accents. These fit the bill, or so I thought. They do look great. I wore them for an evening while I was shopping and they seemed ok, although I was not overly thrilled with the memory foam insole as it compressed after I wore them a while and then they didn't provide as much cushioning for the bottom of my feet. I replaced the insoles the next day with better ones. and stupidly decided to walk to the post office to mail a letter (about 3 miles round trip). That was a very bad decision. I was walking at a faster pace than when I was shopping and I noticed they were rubbing on my heels. Normally Ryka shoes fit me very well, but these seemed too big. I stopped and tightened the shoelaces as much as I could to prevent the slipping, but that only helped a little. I mailed the letter then stopped at a nearby store and bought some different socks that are more cushioned and some band-aids for my heels, but by then I already had blisters on both heels. I tried to call my husband to pick me up so I wouldn't have to walk home in these shoes, but he didn't answer his phone, so I had to make that very painful walk back home. Needless to say, it will be difficult to wear any shoes until the blisters heal. I'm very disappointed with how these shoes fit compared to other Ryka walking shoes I normally get. I wear a 6.5 and maybe a 6 would have fit better, but I don't want to pay that much to buy a different size to find out. I have both the Dash 2 and the Dash 3 and they both fit very well and are very comfortable. The Dash 2 is no longer available and the Dash 3 comes in gray, but only with a white sole and hot pink trim, which is ok or some situations, not for others. I know a lot of people love these shoes, but unfortunately, the fit didn't work for me.

I purchased this shoe online because the store did not have the size I needed. The shoe tongue digs into the muscle/tendon that connects the foot to the ankle. When I tried the shoe on at the retail store, this was not a problem. I will have to return the shoes, but will keep looking because I love the Ryka brand.

I need more lift in the heel than this shoe provides. Didn't care for the memory foam, which is quite thin and doesn't provide much cushioning or arch support. Returned the shoes.
