Love this shoe. Perfect fit unless I put even thin socks on then it was too snug. With a regular athletic sock there’s no room to breathe. Toe box will be fine but have to rerun for a larger size. Moving from 9W to 9 1/2W because I WANT these shoes!!!

I have had these shoes before and it seemed as if there was not as much padding under the toes this time. They are very comfortable for a lightweight shoe to do errands and housework, but I will probably order a sturdier, better cushioned and more expensive shoe in the Spring for walking. I don't think they would last very long putting in regular outdoor mileage. But, for knock-around dally activity they're fine. Half-size larger is a good fit.

I typically wear a size 10 in most brands of shoes except Ryka whereby I wear a 9. This shoe is very comfortable & I am glad I purchased it. I wore it to my exercise class today & I have no complaints. I got the blue color & its nice; even has blue laces! The removable gel insert is a good feature so it can be cleaned, I suppose.

Great arch support, just used to running shoes so the overall feel of this sneaker is a little too light and not enough overall

My first Ryka walking shoe is great. It was a bit snug at first but after a few days, it became very comfortable.

I’ve been looking for a supportive, comfortable, and “fashionable” sneaker that didn’t look like something from the Seniors section. Ryka seems to have done this for me. I’ve been suffering from planter fasciitis and so far these shoes offer me good support and are comfortable. They didn’t cure my planter fasciitis but my feet definitely feel more comfortable in these than my previous pair of NB. The Ryka’s offer a bit more arch support too.

I love them, but the lining on the inside under heals is already worn out! I have only had them less then a month and don't wear every day!

Ryka shoes are just not wide enough thru the middle part of the shoe. I will never order ryka again.

Shoes ran a little small but still fit. If you usually order wide, you might want to order Xwide. After wearing a couple of days, I found them to be quite comfortable. I usually order New Balance but they didn't have what I wanted in my size/color. Will probably go back to New Balance next time.

I've worn Salomon Trail Running shoes for years and was looking to replace a few pair that are pretty worn. I ordered these Ryka Sky Walk and they fit fabulous right out of the box. Took them for a trial 2-mile walk through the neighborhood (I walk on concrete/sidewalks/paved trails) and was somewhat disappointed by the lack of support. The balls of my feet were on fire by the time I got home. Everything else was fine; I'm buying some supportive insoles to try and see if I can put these in my walking shoe rotation. They would be ok for daily errand-running around town, but aren't as supportive as I'd expected.

Sky Walk had some good features, but also lacked some important for my feet. Good width and toe box, that fit my wide forefoot well. Adjustable for narrow heels even in the wide size, with a padded collar above the heel and high cinch lacing. The tongue was also well-padded, important to prevent pinched nerves on both moderate and high insteps. I ordered up a size, to accommodate a 3/4 length orthotic, since the insoles are not removable. The lacing was wide enough that the shoe could accommodate the insert, if I skipped the highest hole for cinch lacing. Unfortunately the rest of the shoe lacked padding. The sole was fairly thin and so flexible that I could feel pebbles and bumps under my feet easily. These might be good for flat surfaces, but not varied terrain unless you have very young, strong or well-padded soles on your feet. Also the memory foam insole was unusually thin, so even on perfectly flat tile floors, my feet hurt after just 10 minutes. Even though I loved the fit of these at first, within 10 minutes my feet were aching on our hard floors. Someone with stronger or better-padded feet would likely enjoy these.

These shoes fit well. I have "high maintenance" feet and need quite a bit of cushion in my shoes. These were missing that for me. If you are lucky enough to have "regular maintenance" feet, give these a try. They have nice room in the toebox, they cradle the heel well, and they are well-priced.

I was excited to try these on because I like the look and construction but I couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe, it obviously ran small and was very narrow, so had to return it!

I was looking for a shoe that would give me some support and help with some heel pain. So far, I think these are it. I ordered some others that said they had good arch support but they did not. These actually seem to be the best ones so far but I will keep looking.

Let me first say that I have neuropathy in my toes with the typical burning/numbness. Over the last decade I have gone from wearing a 5-1/2 to a 7 med. I ordered a 7-1/2 in the Ryka Sky Walk because most athletic shoes I have tried lately still feel like they are squishing my toes, either from the top or the sides. The Ryka fits quite well, especially due to extra width in the toe box (without chosing the "wide" version, which never fits me), although I was hoping for a skosh more depth. But extra depth usually makes shoes look "orthopedic" which isn't very attractive. As long as I don't wear socks that are too thick, these fit me just fine and I love the way they look. My only disappointment is that the insole isn't as cushy as I really need it to be, so I can't wear them all day as I had hoped. Still, they are better than the New Balance, Asics, Dr. Comfort and Saucony I have tried. I'll try another style in the Ryka if I can find one that indicates there is more cushioning.

While I had to buy 1/2 size up b/c my size was unavailable in the chosen colors, I think doing so was the better choice as it allows for swelling, which my feet are prone to do. I wish the memory foam was a little thicker and the shoelaces longer. It is hard to tie a staying knot when the laces are short.

Bought this for gym use (treadmill and some strength training) as well as heavy theme park/vacation walking. I feel super supported and memory foam lining is heavenly. Also, I love the style and coloring of the blue/pink model. My only complaint is that the tongue seems a little narrow. Not sure if this is due to the design of the shoe or if I just have wide feet (I fall between a wide and medium width, feel comfortable with the medium here). Also, the mesh uppers mean I can feel wind/a breeze on my feet. I like it and hope that it keeps the shoes from getting all stanky, but this may be disconcerting to some.

Good basic athletic shoe with non-removable memory foam insole, but not for me. Too much flex in the midsole for my tendency to overpronate. Also found that the insole could not be removed.

These shoes were a replacement for the running shoes I used for walking. It took a while to figure out how to lace them with the larger toe box and smaller heel but the result is a really comfortable power walk. Hopefully these will still be available when this pair wears out!

Have another pair that I’ve worn for some time. They’ve worn well and still look good, but thought I could have another pair for variety. Very happy with both old and new.

I have worn these only once and at the gym so not much experience yet. But I felt there was good support and fit (6 W - not common). I wore Ryka from Zappos in the past and was very happy with them.

These shoes, for me, run a tiny bit smaller. I am usually a 9.5, but have to order a 10 instead, otherwise they feel way too short for my feet. They could use quite a bit more arch support, but then, as my son says, you could drive a bus under my feet. Ha ha! My last pair of Rykas, I only had for two months and the mesh part came apart at my pinky toe, you could see my sock/toe. These seem to be better both in comfort as well as quality. So far they aren't killing my feet as badly as my last pair did.

Very comfortable shoes. In fact, they're the most comfy ones I own and I've been wearing them every day since I received them. I have noticed that the right shoe is a bit shorter than the left and this is a problem I've encountered with Ryka shoes in the past. Not bad enough to return them because everything else about these shoes is great. My right toes do complain by the end of the day though.
