After looking for a cushioned athletic slide for quite some time, I opted for this lace-up. This is my first Ryka purchase, and I'm very happy! I bought a pair of locking laces and now they function like slip-ons. I love the memory foam cushioning. As other reviewers have said, I was able to wear them right out of the box for a long day at the zoo with no problems. If you are at the age where your go-to footwear is an athletic shoe, then Sky Walk is for you. I would recommend them to anyone with feet that need pampering.

These shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. I had to try 4 pairs of shoes (thanks to Zappos wonderful free shipping!) before this pair felt like it was made for my hard to fit feet!

The most comfortable sneakers I've ever owned. Just enough arch support for my fallen arches, and the memory foam keeps my feet comfortable all day long, and I am on my feet most of the day at work.

Super-comfy with lots of support. Nice style and a great price. A word of caution: this shoe makes my feet feel extra-warm. Since my feet are cold about 9 months out of the year, I'm actually looking forward to fall and winter in these shoes.

Just as described by others, the toe box is good, very wide so there is no rubbing anywhere. The heel is more narrow, so the shoe fits snugly with no slipping when walking. Great looking, too.

So far I haven't worn them on any of my long walks, but they are very comfortable. I was hesitant about buying a medium because my heal is very narrow, and so is my arch area. This turned out to hold me in better than I thought it would. I also like the padding inside.

Loved these from the second I put them on. Fits like a second skin. The insole was so soft and comfy. I love it when a shoe fits so well you don't know you have it on, because I don't like to wear shoes, and that's how these are. I ordered a 9W. Wore these on vacation and did a lot of hiking in them. The soles had great traction when climbing on rocks and my feet were comfortable all day. I have owned other Rykas before. My favorites were the suede sport walker. Those too needed no break in period like these. I was very disappointed when Ryka quit making them after two years. So I am making sure I stock up and buy a couple of more pair of these. Wish they came in more than three colors since I only like the navy and grey.

The inner sole can't be removed. Due to needing an orthotic in my shoes, I can't remove the inner sole to replace it with my orthotic for my completely flat feet. Therefore I have to return. Love the look, wish I could wear them.

These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I wear them as work shoes (concrete floors),and can wear them all day without my feet hurting. I have a wide width, and these fit like a dream. A big "YES" for me!

I find that Rykas are the best shoe for my high arches and instep. I bought these shoes for my workouts and they are super comfy with great support. Very happy with them.

Love these shoes! Will definitely order again! I work in a hospital so on my feet all day and these shoes are cushiony and have support.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable. I wear them for exercise, or if I've had a long day on my feet, I come home, put them on and my feet are so happy. If you love yourself and your feet, you should buy these shoes!

I usually wear New Balance, walking and running shoes. Lately, New Balance's manufacturing has resulted in sub-par products that do not hold up to normal wear and tear. Ryka's are well-constructed, very comfortable, and feel good walking, running, and sprinting. Alert: The insole is a type of memory foam, and that took some adjustment for me. One Design Flaw: The shoes need more reflective piping. One Design Plus: There is no pink!

These shoe are great and I have back problems. These shoe feel great and help the pain I have in my back. I can feel the difference once I take the shoes off. I would buy these shoes again and recommend them to anyone.

This is my second pair of Rykas and I don't think I'll ever buy any other brand. How can new shoes feel SO GOOD right out of the box? Here's something I don't think I've read from anyone else. I had a hip replacement a few months ago, and now need about 3/4" of shoe inserts on one side to make up for the leg length discrepancy. With other brands, all the inserts bring my heel up so high that I'm coming out of the shoe. But the backs of these rykas are high enough that I stay inside. The back of the shoe is soft and does not rub my Achilles tendon. In short, these shoes are just the ticket. Oh yeah, the memory foam insert is heavenly. Wish I could give these shoes more stars.

I love these shoes. I broke my ankle in February and had to deal with swelling. I needed wide shoes. These shoes are wide on the toes but fit great in the heel. They are the best walking shoes that I have had.
