I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that are both comfortable and not awful looking, and I love these shoes! I have an Achilles tendon and bunions, so the search is never easy. I bought these in black, pewter and taupe. For the first time in years I can walk all over the city in something other than sneakers!

I have plantar fasciitis that is much better after 9 months of wearing my running shoes. Most all my shoes were painful to wear. This brand was recommended to me and I bought their sandals. They are so comfortable and my feet are pain-free. I also bought these loafers because I needed a closed-toe shoe for cooler weather. Not only do they feel good on my feet, they are very fashionable and not chunky looking like many orthopedic shoes. They cannot be worn with thick socks, but perhaps the larger width will accommodate them.

Love the style and feel of the shoe. Looks super cute but I have a situation. I have wide feet that are flat and have bunions on both feet. So That's why I like vionic (previously orthaheel) shoes for arch support. This shoe came in wide width which is perfect for me. I ordered a 8W which is my usual size. The only thing is that because of my bunion, the part where the metal piece falls, is pinching and hurting me. So I am returning the shoe. The metal piece is super cute and I wish it was a little to the front. I have a lot of restrictions as far as footwear; otherwise this is a perfect fall/spring shoe to wear with Jeggings.

I work in a school and get at least 10K steps a day in. When my shoes arrived in one day I was so excited to be able to wear a nice looking, stylish shoe and this cute Vionic flat fit the bill! I will be returning them, however, due to the fact that they are too wide for my feet. Please Vionic...start making these great shoes in narrows! Love Zappos ordering and return policies, thank you!

This is a beautiful shoe, and quite comfortable, but I have to agree with some of the other reviewers in that the sides buckle out and don't lie smoothly against the sides of the foot. It looks as if they've been stretched out. They have to go back. What a shame.

These shoes are so stylish and supportive. However, they run a little big and the next size smaller was too small. I need wide shoes, and although the toe box is wide enough, the shoes were too tight on my foot where the chain attaches. Heartbreak, these shoes are beautiful.

I loved the look of this shoe. First I had the wide width and it was too wide. The medium width fit much better but it gapped at the sides when I walked which I couldn't tolerate.

I ordered these in a size 9, which I usually wear in other Vionic shoes, but it seemed too small. I ordered a 9.5, but that pair came "used" (a strange mistake by Zappos b/c I have never had that happen before). While the 9.5 fit better, you could see a lot of the black lizard skin was already rubbed off, and the shoes, while not really worn on the bottom/sole, looked really worn out on top. That made me think these shoes will not look good for very long, so I returned them.

Perfect! Nice finish on the shoe. This is my 3rd pair of Vionic loafers. They make my feet very happy!

I began wearing Orthaheel shoes three years ago, and now I can't wear anything else. One thing "Vionic" has done is make every shoe style different in size and width across the board. In other words, a 7.5 in one style is DEFINITELY NOT a 7.5 in the next style. This shoe runs wider in the toes and heel and shorter than Vionic's LENGTH but probably closer to a size 7, 7.5, 8, etc. in any other shoe style. (THANK YOU VIONIC for the extra width and yes, most of us with foot problems need a little wiggle room).

I really like these shoes, just wish they would have been available in 8.5 wide width. The size 8 fits my left foot fine but is slightly tight on my right which causes heel blisters. I have a shoe stretcher in it to see if I can make it a little bigger. I don't blame any of my disappointments on the shoe itself since I am the one who decided to buy the 8 any way

I loved these shoes but they are too tight in the toes and too short in the length so must go back. I am giving 5 stars for comfort because I can see that if they had fit me properly they would feel great. My toes are straight and square across so I usually wear an 8.5 medium to wide. I ordered the 39.5 size knowing that some of the VIONICs run a little large but this one did not. Also, for those of you who say this shoe is dorky let me tell you, looking down on the shoe on your own foot, it does seem unchic and corrective, but viewed on someone else across the room looks good.

I have been having problems with plantar fasciitis and these were awesome right out of the box. As soon as I tried them on I could feel the difference. The price is more than I usually would spend, but as many hours as I am on my feet and the relief they offer are worth it.

These are really great shoes. I wear an orthotic insert so I normally size up so that it will fit. These already have that space built in so you can go with your true size. These flats have enough detail to look nice with a suit. Normally if you have a shoe like this and an insert in it they flip on your heals like a flip flop because there just isn't enough shoe there. The arch support feel as good as my orthotic inserts that cost over $200 on their own. I will be sending my first pair back but only to purchase them again in my true size.

I discovered Vionic last November. The support has been wonderful in eliminating my plantar fasciitis pain. I have several pairs of sandals and bought these to travel through the airport. They were comfortable right out of the box! I do not own a pair of flats because they are uncomfortable and do not have any support. These are just as cute and a little classy to boot. I had to size down 1/2 size compared to other brands. However, these are true to Vioinic sizing.

I love these out of the box they are so comfortable. I can be on my feet up and down stairs to meeting across campus with ease. They are super cute I love the pewter color.

Very comfortable. I ordered a size 7 at first but they were too big. I ordered a 6.5 and they were perfect.

Six months ago I had a bunion removed from my left foot and have pronation on both feet. These shoes fit perfectly on initial fit and wear and did not need to break in.

Style and comfort all in one. The silver loafer is perfect for the office and has the great arch support that Vionic is known for. I swear by this brand as I've bought several of their shoes and have not been disappointed!

This is a great shoe to wear to the office or for casual outings. Very comfortable and easy to wear. I usually wear it without socks. It has gold embellishment which dresses it up a bit. I got it in my usual size and it fit perfectly (similar to Clarks in fit). Unlike other flats, it has excellent support and cushioning. I got it in "Saddle Lizard" and I like this muted neutral that goes with almost anything. I wear it with jeans as well as dressier clothes. The "lizard" pattern is varied throughout the shoes, so it is not a uniform pattern. That actually bugs me a little, but it seems to be part of the design. I wear this almost every day. One of my smarter shoe purchases, for sure.

This a great shoe. If you need really high arch support, it may not work. I think the silver is fun. I like doing business with Zappos as their customer service is fabulous.

I love this shoe! It's very comfortable. My dr. told me I'd have to wear running shoes to work every day, but my wardrobe just won't bear it. These are very attractive with dress pants or possibly even a skirt, and I could wear them most of the day with no pain in my heals (I haven't found shoes yet that let me go from morning to night without switching out.) I would highly recommend giving them a try. Might try another color when I can afford it.

This is a nice looking loafer. If the right shoe didn't feel too short, I would have kept them. Otherwise they were comfortable and appeared versatile and could be worn with most any outfit.

This shoe would have been perfect if it would give a little across the top. The decorative chain does not allow for much give or stretch.

LOVE these shoes. I think they were custom made for my foot. I have Plantar fascitis and have to be so careful to get shoes with the right support. These are really cute and they support in all the right spots.
