I bought this boot for a November trip to New York City. They were perfect! They were warm and comfortable. I did a lot of walking in them!

I love these boots. I am in between a size 9.5 and a 10 so I got the 10 to be safe. It fits perfectly - I can walk miles in these boots and have no problem afterwards, they are the best boots in the world!

These boots were an instant relief for my heel pain, which is getting better all the time since I started wearing Vionic shoes. They're very comfortable overall, and work with almost all of my fall/winter clothes. And no awkward tightness in the ankles like some ankle boots have. Can't recommend them highly enough. Wish I could afford to buy a whole closet-full of Vionics.

Great bootie, quality workmanship, very comfortable w great arch support. Wore all day the first day, lots of walking, no issues. Nice style, goes well w jeans or leggings. True to size in 11.

These provide excellent support! I wore these all day the first time and they were so comfortable. I highly recommend this brand for all styles of shoes.

I love these shoes. They look great with jeans, and I'm sure they'll be great with leggings and a skirt. The fit is a bit loose in the ankle, as someone else mentioned, but tightening the buckle around the ankle worked for me. I've worn them for hours at a time, and they still feel great.

A little narrow compared with other Vionic shoes. Nice feel, but try one size up. I think they will be great for the mild winters here in southern California. Easy on and off.

These are stunning. I am in my 40s with a ptt disorder and the arch on this is amazing plus they are really smart expensive looking boots. I wear a 7 ordered the 6 1/2 and they fit perfect. They appear to run a little large so maybe size down a half size. They were comfortable from the day I got them no break in time. Got the black, may go back for the brown.

I LOVE this boot! First, Orthaheel knows how to make a very good, study, stable tread. There's no extra motion. The insole is very supportive. It isn't squishy, but firm and structured. Very necessary for people who can use alignment help. I wish all shoes were made with this kind of support actually. And FINALLY, they've begun making good uppers... leather with great feeling and good looking shape. This boot is casual and would be great for walking around town. The leather on the upper is very soft and polished. I would only wear this style of boot with thicker opaque tights, leggings, and skinny jeans/pants. I don't think the boot will look good with a pant that goes over the exterior of the boot and I will only wear it with outfits where the entire boot shows. People have said that the ankle is too loose, but I actually really like that and feel it's part of the design. My ankle is 8" around and the size 7 boot is about 9.5" around the ankle (measuring the interior of the opening). If the opening were any smaller, I don't think it would feel good or look right with the type of casual outfits I want it for. Even with the larger opening, it stays on well. I tried it with some socks and the socks didn't show, but it felt great. Overall, I think it's a super boot and I'm so happy about it.

I have them in black and brown and like them a lot. They are not the cutest, but the arch support is good and there is a lot of room in the toe. I cut off the back loop so it would not always stick out. I bought another black pair this year afraid they might not make it next year, but it was a lot bigger around the ankle so much so I will probably return them.

I ordered these in taupe and they are very nice looking ankle boots. I ordered them a half size larger to allow for a little more space. But upon wearing them around the house I notice my ankle slips. Perhaps I will wear a sock with them and that will help. If that doesn't work I will need to return them for my regular size. They are very comfortable otherwise. Love Zappos!

I have very narrow and skinny foot, I wear 7.5 and I had to go down to a 6.5! Best arch support on boot but ankle was being rubbed the wrong way. With socks not as bad but be careful!

I have 2 pair of Vionic sandals and one pair of their flip flops. Lifesavers for anyone with chronic plantar fasciitis. I had high hopes for these boots but the toe box didn't have enough height for me. My big toe curves up a bit and in the 7.5 (my usual Vionic size) my toe bumped the top of the boot to the point where it would be uncomfortable. I then ordered the 8, but it was too big overall.

Not quite as stylish as I hoped (but stylish enough) and a tad larger than expected (but fine with thick socks). BUT they are the most comfortable non-sneaker shoes I've ever worn. I walk 1.5 miles to/from work 6 days a week, and these will no doubt be my go to shoes for the foreseeable future. I recommend without reservation.

These boots do not seem very comfortable and ideal for heavy walking. They are flexible but not too soft and they have great arch support. However I will be returning them because they are not very cute. Even my husband who usually has zero interest in fashion said he did not like how they looked on me. They are just a bit clunky looking. I would buy these for my grandma.

I really do love the Vionic shoes and own a few pairs. These boots are one of my go-to shoes in the winter. I am a teacher and I am on my feet all day. The only complaint that I have - and this is with all the Vionic shoes - is that sometimes it hurts my arch because they have such a strong support. It does not happen often, but it does happen. I think it might take a little getting used to because it does not bother me as much anymore.

Love the fit of the boot. However, the zipper rubs against the ankle bone. I think you'd have to wear pretty thick socks.

I have had plantar fasciitis for 4 years. I still have a touch of it, but my feet don't hurt when I walk because I only wear shoes by Orthaheel, now called Vionic with Orthaheel technology. I own 5 pairs of sandals, 2 pairs of loafers, a pair of sneakers, and now these boots. They have changed my life. These boots are not gorgeous, but they look good enough and the fit for someone who needs the arch support is just perfect. I need to go down 1/2 size in their sandals, and up 1/2 size in sneakers, but these boots run true to size. If arch support and comfort are your priorities, these boots are for you.

These boots felt pretty good, but I would only wear them with bootcut pants. They were a bit clunky on my short frame, so I sent them back. They felt a bit wider than most of my Vionics.

These Vionics were too long and wide, even with a heavier sock. I ordered a 2nd style Vionic (same size) in this same shipment, and the 2nd pair was too small by far. What is happening to the quality control of this previously excellent shoe? I could tell that in the correct length the arch support and heel stability would be above average, and the quality of the leather and construction was good. But the fit was just awful, so disappointing!

I love how Vionic shoes ease my knee and leg pain, so was excited to get these boots. They are snug, but are working fine. I would prefer more toe room, so may not wear them quite as much as I'd planned on but pretty much so far, so good.

These are a nice lightweight ankle boot that fit comfortably and aren't too heavy. Great for days you want to wear a boot but don't want something too heavy and clunky. I love them. Shoe fit slightly loose for me but I appreciate that I can wear heavier socks with them.

Loved this boot but runs small. I wear a 6 in sandals and ordered a 7 for extra room. They were too short so need an 8!

Good arch and foot bed if you have foot issues such as plantar fasciitis. However, they are a bit loose around the ankle. I'm still keeping them since they look great with leggings and I can't find this kind of support in any other boot without using extra liners. You can add holes to the strap to buckle them tighter.
