As a woman in her late 20's, I like to look fashionable...but that can be hard to accomplish when you have a fallen arch and an ankle that has had problems healing from a sprain. These shoes are like magic. They are COMFORTABLE. Like all high heels, there is a little time period where you need to break them in, but once you've accomplished that, you're right as rain. They are SEXY. Some high heels from other orthopedic shoe companies look awful in person. Vionics has succeeded in making a shoe that doesn't look like something your great-grandma would wear. Overall, I love these shoes and they were worth the investment.

The arch support in these babies is even better than what's in my running shoes. Supremely comfortable! I have very wide feet (EE) and was pleasantly surprised to fit into the medium width here. The beige of the snakeskin color turned out to be a bit pale and pinkish, but looks great (especially if you yourself are pale and pinkish).

Just got these today. These have really good arch support and also have a fairly significant metatarsal bar to support the arch that is behind your toes. That secondary arch support seems high to me but I think I'll get used to it. They are a bit tight in the toe box so I'm hoping they stretch as other reviewers have pointed out. They are very stylish and will be great for work.

I do almost all of my shopping online, but I hardly ever take the time write a review. But these shoes are comfortable! And stylish, too. I hope the manufacturer will start to offer more pumps and maybe also so cute flats (versus the granny flats that they offer now).

These are the best pair of wedges I've ever owned. So comfortable it doesn't give me achy feet after several hours and so so cute! After one day of wearing the snake print I bought the black pair for work! I'm a cocktail waitress so these are so perfect for me. Highly recommend!

These are fantastic heels! I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes are great for that. My heel does not hurt when I wear them and in fact I think the shoes relieve the symptoms. I have them in black and snake skin and love them. I have worn them all day standing at a funeral and walking some distance and they are stable and comfortable, but don't look dowdy and frumpy.

These shoes are both stylish and comfortable, a true rarity! I've worn them to work and out on the town. The 4 stars for comfort is only because they were a little snug around the toes the first time or two I wore them. Once broken in, they're great!

Amazing. I have a wide, but not too wide foot and high arch/narrow heel. Very hard to fit me. So much support and this looks great. Very comfortable! I'm a 7.5 and the 8 fit perfectly

These are really great shoes. I wear an orthotic insert so I normally size up so that it will fit. These already have that space built in so you can go with your true size. The arch support feel as good as my orthotic inserts that cost over $200 on their own. These pumps are really cute and have a great line. I will be sending my first pair back but only to purchase them again in my true size.

Love these! Got 'em for work and they didn't hurt my feet after walking around all day, and the arch support is great. So stylish, too! I get a million compliments every time I wear these. I have narrow feet and they didn't slip off like most shoes do.

I really like these shoes. They are cute and stylish with an arch support. Many other comments mentioned the arch support hitting in the wrong place but they were fine for me. I did have to send back for a half size smaller and I would say that they do run a little wider than most pumps would but in my opinion that is a good thing! An excellent buy, my next purchase will be the same ones in brown!

I was worried these would look a little orthopedic-y after reading the reviews. Happy I took the gamble and will order more colors. These keep your weight back on your heels rather than the balls of your feet, so they are great for being on your feet, walking... Would prefer the toe box to be cut a little lower to make them just that much better. Won't stop me from ordering another pair.

I am convinced that these are irregularly sized during production. I ordered my usual size in heels, a 10, and that swallowed my feet. I returned them for a 9, which squeezed. You would think the 9½ would be perfect, but I swear it feels smaller than the 9! I am going to go back to the 10 and just add padding because I absolutely love these shoes. They are extremely comfortable, the heel is stylish and stable, and the natural snake print is just right to be worn as nude shoes with a little extra. I just wish there had not been so much sizing drama, jeez!

These are the most comfortable dress shoes ever! I've been looking for versatile black dress shoes for years and I couldn't be more delighted with these. I've never worn a shoe that cradled my foot like these do. I love them!

Super cute shoe and great fit for someone with multiple foot issues. Just know that this is a "furry" shoe just can't two that with little kids and the weather!

These shoes are very attractive and provide excellent support. I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis so I am always looking for shoes that I can wear without changing out my custom orthotics from shoe to shoe. I get many compliments from both men and women!

When I first stepped into this shoe, I thought, "Oh, this feels a little firm where the support in arch sits and could be uncomfortable." I was wrong. These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I recommend them for anyone with knee or back pain.

I love wearing heels, but have chronic plantar fasciitis, and I'm also recovering from a severe Lisfranc injury. Finding supportive dress shoes imperative to me. These pumps did exactly that! The insoles give the same arch support as Superfeet insoles; the shoe itself is the perfect height and it's comfortableness doesn't compromise its stylishness. Only downside is that Vionic's sizing is all over the place. For this Antonia mid-wedge pump, I had to order half a size down. For their Lydia demi-wedge, I had to order a full size down.

These were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on. Size was fine but the shoe hurt & the front v cuts into your foot. Arch is also in a weird place, very uncomfortable.

I have hammer toes and pronation issues. I bought these hoping that since the footbed is removable I could use my custom orthotics with them. My orthotic does not fit (neither the full nor the half size). I'm keeping them anyway as they are ok with the addition of a pad at the ball of foot (my foot slides forward). I got blisters on my toes with trouser socks. They were ok with toe socks. I'm glad I got 1/2 size larger so I can wear my toe socks (a savior for the hammer toes BTW).

I bought this shoe in white (snake). They are very comfortable after break in for a couple days. Thank you.

Beautiful shoe. Just gorgeous. Unfortunately it doesn't fit me at all. I love Orthaheel technology so I had high hopes. The toe box is too narrow and the arch support hits too far forward in this shoe. Too bad, I really liked it.

I had very high hopes for these after reading the other reviews, but after trying two sizes, (my regular 8 1/2 and a 9) I had to give up. They really dug in across the top of my foot. Very cute, though,especially for a "comfort" shoe.

These are so great! I have worn them, brand new, for 8+ hours with no blisters or discomfort. They are so comfortable, and look very nice. When I tell people they're "Orthaheel" comfort shoes they are shocked! Great investment.
