Waited for these shoes with anticipation. However they are not as pretty in real life. Very deep and wide requiring a "meatier" foot. Lengthwise feel true to size. Sending mine back.

The arch support is totally misaligned with my foot. There is a ridge running down the center all the way to the ball of the foot. Feels like a rock in my shoe. Awful. I have several pairs of Vionics and love them. Not these.

I like the feel of the orthotic in the shoe, but felt shoe looked kind of cheap (and it wasn't). Didn't care for the cut of the shoe, and maybe too big, but the lining (beige) showed along the edges. Back it went.

This is a perfect size 9, and runs slightly wide -- I normally wear a 9W, but fit perfectly into this show. HOWEVER, instead of building the Orthaheel technology into the shoe, this is a shoe with an insert. The insert means the shoe no longer fits a size 9 foot. Without the insert, the shoe is incredibly uncomfortable, no arch support, etc. With the insert, the shoe doesn't fit properly. Bad design.

While I loved the look of these, the toe box was downright painful. I know this is a common complain, I wish they could fix it I would buy them again!

There's some odd stitching in the back of these shoes that is super painful if you wear them without socks. The backs of my feet were completely scraped up after walking a few blocks. Moleskin didn't help. Really regretting I didn't return them before wearing them outside.

These shoes arrived and were very disappointing. Basically, they were clearly used, the suede was scuffed in multiple places, the inside tag was worn off, and the shoes were dirty overall. I have ordered in the past from Zappos without a problem and was surprised by the condition of these shoes.
Zappos, please do not recycle shoes.

I so wanted this shoe to work. I have a pair of Vionic sneakers and Vionic flip flops that I love. I have mild bunions and arches that go flat when I walk and cause back pain. The Vionic sneakers and flip flops both really support my arches and help me avoid misalignment. I've had issues finding heels that look professional and fit well so I thought Vionic heels may be the answer. These shoes are not my answer! Soon as I stood up in them, my foot slid forward and jammed to the toe of the shoe, crowding my toes -- Ouch! Then when I tried to walk, my heels lifted up out of the shoe. Very uncomfortable. I felt like the shoe looked matronly too, and it arrived with several scratches on both shoes. Very disappointing, especially at this high price. My search for stylish, comfortable heels continues.

I own and enjoy two other Vionic shoes. I tried this shoe in three different sizes, including a half size larger than I usually wear. The toe box is much too small. Disappointing. I hope Vionic works on this issue or develops a dress shoe like this with a bit more room in the toes. (I don't have toe problems. My foot problem is plantar fasciitis.)
