The toe box is small and my toes were cramped. The Michelle's were much more comfortable and had much more cushion.

While this is a beautiful shoe, there is a seam on the insole that pressed right against the arch of my foot. Not a good feature in a shoe that I planned to wear for long hours at a time.

Stylish, elegant and comfortable. I have narrow feet & a high instep. It's difficult to find shoes that fit snug around my I step. These do. Wish they came in fun colors. I bought the black for work; getting lots of compliments!

This shoe is beautiful - I love a Mary Jane heel and the proportions on this are very nice! However, I ordered a Wide, and if that's a Wide, I would hate to see the Normal width! It was not at all what I would consider a Wide width. Way too narrow for my spread out postpartum feet. Going back...but they are beautiful!

Comfortable shoe. The strap keeper, however, is very tight; I'm concerned it will break quickly due to the tension required to wiggle the strap through it.

I purchased my normal size in Naturalizer, size 9. These are not as cushioning as my other two pairs. I found that I slid forward quite a bit, leaving a gap at the heel and smooshing my toes. These are super cute and I really want them to work! I put a non-slip pad under the ball of the foot, which helped. I wore them for a 12 hour day and my toes were sore by the end of the day, but I think they will be okay. This is not an issue I usually have, so I would maybe recommend going half a size down to prevent the slippage. Otherwise, I love the plaid - I got tons of compliments on them!

Love the style and materials. Very comfortable. Wider than expected. If it did not have the strap, I would be sending them back.

Lovely shoe. A bit large in the heel (I am a size 12) but the strap helps to hold things in place. There is no arch support in this shoe and since I need that, I have to use separate inserts.

Naturalizer for overall features and comfort is my favorite brand. This is an elegant, flattering Mary Jane. The toe box is snug but comfortable for several hours of wear. After that feels too tight. Not for walking long distances or all day standing but I love them, will keep them.

Very nice shoe! Love the style! It's about an inch higher than what I'm used to the ball of my foot was tender after the first day but I'm sure with time, I'll get used to the pull on the calf muscle. Overall, I'm glad I bought it. It's very cute, got lots of compliments and would recommend it.

The shoes fit with your regular size. I ordered 7.5 and thats my usual size. After wearing them all day my pinky toes felt a little pinch but I'm afraid the wider size would be too wide, so I'll keep these!

I love this basic black shoe with a bit of mary jane detailing, but the heel is about half an inch too high for me. thought my daughter might like it, but she thought they were "too businesslike" for a teenager.

I really wanted to like this shoe but when I put it on it just looked old lady to me.

I really wanted to love this shoe. Great color, good heel height for all day wear, comfortable enough foot bed and a must have strap for me (stops my foot from flip flopping)...but the toe box is too narrow. Based on other reviews I ordered the wide shoe for my normal foot hoping that would give me more toe box room...but sadly no.

Beautiful shoe but very uncomfortable. Way too much space at the back of the shoe which is very surprising for this brand. I usually love Naturalizer but these will have to be returned.

Sadly, I had to return these shoes. They looked great and fit well, but the heel was just a bit too high for me. My toes kept sliding down into the toe box, making them uncomfortable to wear.

Great looking shoes. I wanted to love them and wear them all he time. Unfortunately, the heel counter is way too big for my narrow heels and they slip and slide all over the place. A smaller size would have been too tight. I've had to pad the heel with Dr Scholl's heel pads, which sort of works.

I am looking to replace a black Mary Jane, Naturalizer brand. I wore my current pair out, because I loved them to death and wore them with everything. They had the cutest double strap. I could walk for miles, and did, all over Germany wearing the same pair of shoes. I figured the new version, a single strap Mary Jane, same brand would be a "shoe-in" for my next choice. I was wrong and disappointed. The strap hits in the strangest location on my foot and just looks strange. That might be because I have a small foot (size 5, but got this in a 5½). Also not as comfortable as my last pair. The search is back on!

I'm a narrow girl. Tried two sizes. The 8 1/2 was too big...the 8 didn't seem to fit the arch correctly and was too short. Really wish Naturalizer would use a combination last to snug up the heel for narrow feet. I thought the strap would do the trick, but it really doesn't. Sadly, returning both pairs.

I am really disappointed. These are super cute pumps, with a low heel, and came in a wide size, but the arch was just in the wrong spot and there was next to no padding in the sole. That killed my feet after 10 minutes of wearing, and I could almost feel a bunion developing...

I wear a 9N (and probably more of a slim) and found the 9N in this shoe much too wide and long. I thought the strap would be helpful in keeping my foot in place, but the shoe was so wide/long the strap was irrelevant. Sad to have to return as they are very cute.

The shoe fit and I loved the look of the grey plaid/black. However, the shoe squeaked whenever I walked. Very irritating. I had to send them back.

I love how these shoes look. The problem I want to point out is that, about two-thirds through the first work day that I wore them, they started making an embarrassing squeaking noise. They were not doing that when I first wore them around the house, and it is too late to return them.

The moment I took this shoe out of the box, I knew that it was not going to fit. It fit as tight if not tighter than a regular width shoe -- painfully squishing my toes. It's an adorable shoe and I'm so disappointed that it didn't fit well.

I have these in 8 1/2 black, my normal size, and they really are very comfortable. I have difficult feet from prior surgeries so I was happy to find a pair of heels I could tolerate. I bought them in neutral, same size, but they don't fit the same at all. The neutrals are going back and I may try a size up or a Wide (even though my feet are not). The toe box on this color was extremely small and hard - super uncomfortable and not sized the same as the black.
