I'm an early 30's lady, who typically sticks to flats, but needed a pair of go-to heels for dresses in the fall/winter months. I have flat feet with bunions and therefore, heels just aren't part of my routine. These heels - whoa. Talk about as comfortable as heels could possibly be! And comfort? Yes! Highly recommend for an easy to wear, cute, go-with-everything heels.

A lovely shoe, perfect heel height, but they sadly have to go back...the toe area is too tight for my problem foot (even in the W width) so I'll have to keep searching for dress shoes. Thanks Zappos for your awesome service!

A bit stiffer than I expected for this brand. I also prefer a wider toe box than this shoe offered due to my own feet issues. Design wise, not the attractive to me.

The perfect shoe if you don't want to look matronly but prefer not to wear stiletto heels and be miserable. They look great and fit great and look fabulous with my gray pinstripe suit and several other gray outfits-- but I won't limit them to gray! My usual size fits fine in this shoe. Go for it!

I ordered these in the Black Leather/Shiny. The goes-with-everything silhouette and delicate mary jane ankle strap look great on, and the heel is high enough to be dressy without being uncomfortable. However, I have a wide toebox, and despite ordering W/C width and a half-size up, my baby toes are jammed uncomfortably against the inside of the shoe. I'd say this is one of those styles where the wide fits more like a medium. If you have normal or narrow feet, don't think twice about ordering these. If you need a true wide, however, you may need to look elsewhere.

These shoes are really cute, but I could fit two fingers between my heel and the back end of the shoe! I bought the same shoe size as my other heels and also my tight fitting flats. I really wish they fit - I might try to exchange for a smaller size, but I am not sure if I should go down a full size or half a size?

I have these in nude and in black because I love them so much. I work 11 - 12 hour days in them without any problems. I wear a size 12 women's shoes and a low heel that is comfortable was impossible to find until I found these. If they came in other colors I would buy every pair!

I got a 6 1/2 narrow and these felt comfortable right from the start. The height of the toe box is a little snug. My first toe hits the top of the shoe. I'd like a little more padding in the forefoot also but generally I am happy with this stylish, comfortable shoe.

These don't look as nice in person as they do in the picture. These are just uncomfortable in general, and the lining is the kind that makes my feet sweat.

I'm trying to find another pair of awesome black Mary Janes for work after I wore out my previous Aerosoles ones that were so darn comfortable and didn't look frumpy (they have been discontinued). I have a wide-width foot (particularly at the ball of my foot). These shoes were very narrow for a W width shoe, uncomfortable, and made my feet look much wider than they really are. On the plus side, they seemed to be made well, so I don't think it's necessarily an issue with construction, but rather the shoe box is a liar (these are not wide width shoes). These babies are going back - the search continues!

I love Mary-janes. I wear this practically every day and it is so comfortable. I would buy again if it comes in red

I loved this pair of the moment I slipped them on. It has the right amount of height for everyday wear. I felt like it needed more padding ( as I expect from a Naturalizer shoes ) in the inside front of the shoes comparing to the padding for the heel's area, but still considered it very comfortable and stylish ( I love Mary Jane's)

Very pretty shoe,exactly what I wanted, & fits well. BUT the upper edge of the toe box hits a bunion in the absolutely wrong spot, & it hurts like all get-out! No one is sorrier than me about that. C[est la vie.

I like this shoe. A lot. Unfortunately, the edge of the vamp hits a bunion & it is painful! So back to you, Zappos, & I'm not happy about this, but very happy that returns & exchanges are so simple. Thank you, Zappos, but I surely do wish I didn't have this painful problem with these attractively simple shoes. Can you hear me wah! wah! WAH!

I have narrow feet, and even narrow-width pumps will slip off my feet mid-stride, so I decided to try these cute shoes with straps. They are certainly narrow, and with the straps they fit very well. I almost needed half a size larger but kept these. I walked about a mile in them along the uneven sidewalks of London, and my feet never hurt. Very comfortable and they look cute with either a dress or slacks without looking either childish or matronly. I highly recommend these!

I have been looking for a dressier shoe that will fit my hard to fit foot. This shoe is really fashionable, comfortable, and cute on. However, the shoe is not narrow enough for my foot. Sadly, I have to return it.

These shoes are lovely and comfortable! I am so pleased.

These shoes are super cute! The first day I wore them, they kinda hurt my feet, but After breaking them in, they are fine now. Quite comfy for having a heel! They look great with a pencil skirt or skinny cut dress pants. Very pleased. If you want to avoid the first painful day, I'd suggest breaking them in with a shoe stretcher or just using your hands to loosen up the toe and heel areas.

Love this shoe! Very classy and versatile, goes with both skirts and pants. The fit is true to size, and I ordered it in both black and taupe.

Perfect heel height, nice padding at the ball of the foot. I love these shoes and most importantly they are comfortable - I'm 41 and do a lot of walking in these... Best shoe yet!

The shoe is pretty comfortable and fit well. The strap helps with my usual issue where my heel slips out of traditional pumps. The toe box is nice and roomy. The only thing I found was that the foot bed does not have much cushioning and after several hours on my feet, I felt it. I think this can be corrected with an insole.

The black and black plaid version of this shoe are lovely. They fit true to size. I'm a 7W, and both the 7W and 7M fit me. However, the taupe version is a little tricky. The first pair of taupe I received had a defect in which the color faded off; they looked dirty, and when I tried to clean them, the color from my rag transferred to them. When I received my replacement pair, the insole of the left shoe had defective leather in that it appeared dry and crinkly. However, I needed taupe shoes, and they were comfortable, so I kept them. One of the shoes had the appearance of a little dirt, but it wasn't so bad that I returned them again. Overall, great shoes.

Great shoe. I usually take an 11W, but hoping the 12 would fit as 11W was out of stock. The shoe fits true to size.

Very comfortable shoe for being a heel (I have a hard time with high heels!). I have wide feet so I ordered the 10W, and while this wasn't necessarily spacious, it didn't squeeze me nearly as bad as all the other pumps and heels I was trying on. It was the winner of 15 different shoes like it that I ordered. Feels stable to walk on and doesn't hurt too much for a heel.
