We purchased this coat in 'pacific rim' teal, size small for our 5 year old daughter. She is outgrowing her toddler Columbia winter coat (which she wore for 2 straight years and we love!). The coat seems warm without being too bulky and I love the liners on the cuffs/sleeves. BUT- the sleeves seem to run very long. My daughter is 5 y/o, 45 lbs and I probably should have ordered an extra small for a perfect right now fit. She will grow into this one but we will roll the sleeves.

Love the fit, style, and color of this jacket. This is the second jacket of this style l have purchased,she grew out of the first one.Durable and warm.

My daughter is happy with this coat. She likes the color, style and fur hood lining.

I initially ordered my daughter a size L but it was too small. I returned it and ordered an XL. This one fits well. There's enough room for her to layer clothes if she wants. Quality is great. I only wear Columbia coats so I knew it was time to get my daughter the same.

This is a very nice jacket for a young girl. Cozy and warm. True to size. One nice feature is that the furry hood trim detaches for washing. Because it's a longer line jacket, it could stand a two-way zipper. The bottom bunches up when she sits.

The jacket fits true to size. Very durable and lightweight. On VERY cold days, my daughter says she feels cold. Wish it were a warmer jacket with fleece lining. Overall, I am happy with this product.

It's not cold enough for this to be of use yet, so I can't speak to how practical it is - but it IS really cute. The cut is flattering, the quality seems really good, and the blue is classic Elsa - what she'd wear if the cold really did bother her anyway. Definitely keeping it.

I bought this coat for both of my girls. They are in a 6/6x right now so I got a 7. I would say it is true to the size as it will fit well come next fall and winter. They have been wearing it since early spring and have said it is really warm. They both really love that it looks just like mommys coat!

Got this jacket in black sz S (7/8) for my daughter who is now 7, it fits her perfectly with a little room to grow in the shoulders. It is slender through the mid section giving it a beautiful look, but makes it snug, not tight on my daughter(who is big for her age). Bottom line, she loves it and it is sooo pretty!

I bought this jacket for my 10 year old daughters. They wear size 10-12 usually. This jacket is warm and cozy for Nebraska winter,but there is a problem with the size under arm and the breast. The breast is a little bit tight and underarm create a space and is to low. I tried to buy a bigger size to solve the tightness in the breast but the jacket was to big.

Looks nice, let's see if it holds up to nebraska weather!

I originally purchased this coat in mint green and my daughter loved it. About a week after her wearing this coat she loved. We noticed that the seam under her are had split all the way down her arm. Obviously I was upset and called customer service and learned that they don't have an exchange policy that I would need to return it to be refunded but that I could purchase a new one now. Disturbed that I was know paying for 2 coats because they sent me faulty merchandise. After speaking with management we were able to work things out. Also now they no longer have the mint green as an option in the color anymore. After all that I did purchase the pink in a size Large although the size chart recommended a Medium. It fits great and she says she is very warm when shie outside. My daughter loves the pink as well, and even though I was upset, Columbia mgmt went over and beyond to make me happy. Would have given 5 stars but gave it a 4 because they no longer had the original color I purchased. Great coat great company.

I ordered this coat for my daughter online. I measured her, and matched her size according to the size and fit guide provided. It is very snug on her, I have to return it. The waist is very tight (and she was wearing a thin sweater when she tried it on). The sleeves were almost too short. The coat is really cute, but we're both very sad that it's so small - especially since winter came a month early where we live!

Great coat, my daughter loves it. I sized up. The fur is terrible. Accidentally got washed by my husband and it completely melted. That's a bummer, wish I could buy a replacement for it. But she likes it without too.

I hate that this coat! It is warm and cozy but the zipper has issues. My zipper will not zip! I have to step into my coat because of this faulty zipper!

Cute jacket. But its not thick at all. Daught was still cold and got her another jacket to wear with this one.

I bought this is the dolphin color. My daughter loves cyan/ light blue colors. The color I received looks more green though. I also ordered the matching snow pants. Again the color isn't the same as online.

Sleeves are plenty long, from waist down seems slim

I bought this for my daughter last fall, and it didn't quite make it a year before the zipper broke. To be fair, she's pretty hard on her clothes, but not that hard, she is 12.

Cute Coat but a little snug in the waist. Hard to even zip up on my daughter. We put a thinner shirt on her to help. It is very warm and she loves the look!

This is a darling girls puffer jacket with great style But the arms are way to long for the size range. Fits perfectly everywhere else. No way to roll up or adjust arm length. I am going to return it. Mrs. Shinn

My daughter love the hood.The jacket kept her warm and covered on really cold days but have to complaint about the zipper , not kid friendly. She had worn it for 3 weeks and zipper thread near the pocket got torn so I have to sew it by hand to keep it in place. Was disappointed.

I have mixed feeling for this coat. For quality and function, I give 5 stars. But the sleeves are longer than other brands and I wish it would be a little longer to cover a whole bottom. It covers half of it.

My daughter is 6 and I got her an XS. As some reviews have stated the sleeves are weirdly long. I was concerned about this before buying as I didn't want it to order a size too big and the sleeves be too long. Otherwise I would have bought a size small for her to last 2 seasons. The extra long sleeves and pinched in waist just had an odd look. I'm disappointed it won't last her longer. Otherwise, its cute and keeps her warm. True to size except for the extra long sleeves.
