Bought this shoe because I had great success wearing the Ghost 6. Something, though, is different about this new version. Had issues with the fit even though I went to two specialty shoe stores and was told I wore an 8.5. Shoe I received was about a size larger. Killed my feet, and, therefore, am returning. Kudos to Zappos!

The room in the toe box is about 1/2 " wider than my other narrows, and the white part of the sole along the outside actually sticks out quite a bit, making the shoe look wider. Nicely made, but not a good fit at all.

I have two pairs of Ghost 6 and am really glad I only bought one Ghost 7. The fit is really different. The 7 would be great if you have a wide front part of your foot. I feel like I have clown shoes on when I wear them. I will not buy another pair of 7's.

I bought a 10 W. I really liked this shoe, but Brooks' wide felt more like a normal width shoe. It also felt like it ran a half size smaller than my Nikes. I had to return them.

I have been wearing my old ghost 6 for about 2 years so it was definitely time for a new pair. Unfortunately, the Ghost 7s felt in general bigger, width wise, toe box and even a half size larger than my ghost 6. Sending back and trying a 1/2 size smaller and narrow width.

I wear a 6 D. I have a small but wide foot. I ordered a 6 1/2 D but the to box is still too narrow. The outside of my big toe (bottom part) rubbed against the shoe and was uncomfortable. So bummed. I wanted to love this shoe.

I am currently on my second pair since Mother's Day. The first pair got holes in them within a month. Brooks replaced them. The tread on the second pair was gone on the balls of both feet by November. Love the shoe, but don't love the wear.

I really wanted to love this shoe. I got it as a replacement for my Ghost 6. I have pretty wide feet but saw other reviews saying this shoe was wide. I put the shoe on and it was comfortable, but tight. These shoes are not as wide as the Ghost 6. I wore them for an hour inside and my feet were hurtin'! Back they go :(

After wearing for an hour or so around the house I experienced extreme pain were my toes connect with the foot on my left foot. Tried on another day and the same think happened. Back they go darn it!

I have been running in Ghosts for the past two models. This model I have had the worst time with. I had been a size 6 in the previous models (I'm normally a size 5) and when I ordered the 6's they were far too large. I got a half size lower, and that size has contributed to/ gave me plantar fasciitis. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in this model change. I have loved running in Brooks but I think it's time to head over to some other company.

I have ordered 2 pair of these shoes in a 9 narrow, but both pair had 2 issues. number one they are wide in the toe box, even in the narrow 2A size. Secondly the manufacturing is very inconsistent. The lateral heel area was raised in the left shoe last pair, I returned and exchanged for another pair and the reverse problem was in the next pair. Raised area in the right shoe. I used to always wear the Brooks Defyance 9 narrow but since they did away with the narrow sizing in that shoe I sadly had to find a different brand. Asics Cumulus and Nimbus are both great and their narrow size is actually narrow. Fingers crossed they feel as good after a few more runs.

These are the worst running shoes ever. I get blisters all over my feet every time I try to run more than two miles in them. Yesterday, I ran 5¾ miles and then I had to stop, because I had a huge blood blister on my right foot. I do not understand! I think there is something in the cushioning of the soles that is messing my feet up. I used to have a pair of Ghost 5, then two pairs of Ghost 6 and loved them. I ordered the same size 8D in Ghost 7 and I cannot run in these. What a shame to ruin such good shoes as Ghost used to be. I am out a bunch of money and on the top of that I have to find a new kind of running shoes that do not kill my feet. No more Brooks for me.

The shoe is not true o size. The product must have changed. I have the precious shoe and it fits well.
