According to Puma's website, this is an update of the Zandy flat, and I have to say it's a good upgrade though it didn't really fit me. For one, there's great cushioning at the heel area which I really like. It prevents the shoe from rubbing into your heel so that's great. The toe box is a little wider than the Zandy, which I also like. And looks-wise it's just way prettier and more modern than Zandy. Comfort-wise, the sole is thick and supportive. The thing that made it not work for me, though, is that 7.5 was too small for me, and 8 was a bit too large. It's a pity, I really like it.

The picture is very accurate. These run a tiny bit small. I own several pairs of Puma flats and these are slightly tight in the toe area compared to my other ones. I'm still happy with them though.

Cute shoe, great for errands. Can also be worn to an office on business casual or casual days. No real support or comfortable insole though, a bit surprising for Puma in my opinion.

I love my Cole Haan Nike Air technology ballet flats, but was looking for something less expensive. These do the job nicely -- comfy & supportive. They are a tiny bit roomy, which made the tops of my toes get rubbed by the mesh fabric lining after a hot humid day of walking around an outdoor museum, but that was a pretty extreme day. Otherwise, very comfy, and sharp enough for my office.

Felt true to size and width, but there is weird cushioning in the heel that caused my foot to protonate (turn inward). Given that there's no arch support, this made them super uncomfortable after wearing them in the house for a few minutes on hardwood floors. I haven't had this issue with other Puma ballet flats, so it must just be this style.

I liked the styling on the flat and there was nice cushioning on the inside around the Achilles heel area. I am usually a 5 1/2 or 6 depending on how the shoe fits and I would have been a 5 1/2 in this (I had ordered the 6). There is absolutely no support in the shoe. I actually found it uncomfortably flat, more so than other flats I own. I had assumed that since Puma is more athletic it would have been more supportive and comfortable, but that was wrong. I couldn't have worn these without inserts of some kind. I may have given that a shot of the fit was better, but since no 5 1/2 is available I'm sending them back.

I love these shoes! I am normally 8.5-9 and ordered a 9 based on the other reviews about being sized small. I did exchange for the 9.5 which was the perfect fit. Straight out of the box these are the most comfortable flats / most pre-broken in pair of shoes I've ever worn. I am looking forward to buying in multiple colors.

These are one of the more comfortable pairs of Pumas that I have owned. I love that they can be dressed up or dressed down. I always feel like I'm winning when I can feel like Sporty Spice, but not necessarily look like it.

Lovely and attractive shoe. One problem. I ordered a 6 1/2...tight. I went to re-order and exchange for a 7 and they no longer carried the shoe. Don't know if the sizing was me or the shoe. Didn't want to send it back for something else, will try having a cobbler stretch it for me.

I have three other pairs of different Puma casual style shoe, which I love. This is the only one that is slicker than silicone on the bottom heel. I almost fell crossing a concrete parking lot the first time I wore them outside. Cute design, but the sole material is not good.

Sooo cute! I ordered 1/2 size up and they are really comfortable straight out of the box. With that being said, I hope they do not stretch. I am contemplating exchanging for my regular size before deciding to wear them out or not. I got the pink ones and they are an exciting take on the shoe. Really cute and a fun shoe! The Kate Spade "flo pink" small stud earrings are an identical color match which I was gambling on. They are spot on for a great accessory match!

The asphalt color is more grey than the picture shows. In the picture, I feel like it looks mostly black, but it is indeed more grey. I believe these run small. I ordered my usual size and had to return. They were sold out the next size up in the black color so I did not try on a larger size.

Really cute, but they needed arch support.

I love these flats. I own them in several colors and wear them all year round. My foot is narrow and they fit perfectly. The first pair I bought was purple. Now I've added basic black to my collection!

Shoes are comfortable and cute!

This is my THIRD pair of these shoes. I wear them to work, with jeans on weekends, just about my favorite go to shoe. I can walk distances in them because they have enough support and they fit me perfectly. If a pair begins to be uncomfortable it is only because I have worn them out!

True to size. Comfortable... first pair of flats that Ive bought that don't rub somewhere and cause blisters and sores. They are cute... i wear them to work but could be casual wear too.

super cute, sporty flats. A bit narrow, they were hard to break in. But now that they are, I love them!

These shoes are so comfortable, I have 4 pair for myself an got two pair for my daughter to wear because she stands up all day for work and she loves them too, I'm a size 10 an she's 11 an we both agree these shoes are a must have

I hate flats and never find ones that fit right but I love these shoes! I have a wide foot, and especially wide toe bed. These fit perfectly even though they are medium width. They are comfortable, adorable and stay on my feet. (which is one issue I have with flats with no straps - they tend to not stay on my feet)

I bought these for my daughter who is away at college and needed them ASAP for a new job as a hostess in a restaurant. She is supposed to "dress up" but is constantly on her feet and a traditional athletic shoe would not be appropriate at this restaurant. These combination athletic/ballet flats are absolutely perfect as a cute comfort shoe! She usually goes for style over comfort, and she loves them!

I love these shoes! I purchased a similar pair of Puma's about four years ago and have been looking for a backup pair. These are not quite at soft as these others and did rub on a toe or two. Definitely recommend going up a half size!
