Bought these for my wife and she loves them. Comfortable fit and easy to wear.

These are the most comfortable non-ballet black flats that I've tried in a while. They are fine for walking short distances but I wouldn't wear them on long walks. I would recommend them for the office.

I bought these to wear for running errands and to possibly wear to work in an office. I normally wear a 7 or 7.5 and bought the size 7 first and they were a bit tight. Tried the 7.5 and sadly they are too big, my feet step right out of them without socks (ignore the "true to size" endorsement - the Zappos app forces you to make a selection before moving on to leave a review). Too bad because the styling is quite cute and in the black on black color you can't easily tell they're basically sneakers.

Overall happy with this purchase. They look nice and are comfortable for ballerina flats. If you're looking for support, don't buy ballerina flats! They are a little snug but that isn't necessarily a bad thing since they'd slip off otherwise. I could feel some unevenness in the insole at first but it worked itself out through wear.

These we cuter in person but ran very small. Ordered my usual size and could barely get them on my feet. I would order them in a larger size but they only go to the 11 I'm returning.

I loved how these looked, and at first thought they felt really comfortable, but after two days I had blisters and couldn't wear them anymore. If I were to order again, I would definitely go a half size up.

Love these but they run really small. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 and the 8.5 fits me best. They are very comfortable, and I love to wear them at work (office, business casual).

When I first got these I was thinking they were too small/tight but I bought them for a vacation and I just went ahead and wore them anyway. These shoes will mold and stretch to fit your foot. I find them overall true to size after wearing them off and on for 2 weeks they are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own.

I love Puma flats because they are a bit classy yet sporty, but I could not wear these as I have wide feet and these flats only come in narrow, I wear a size 8, so I sent them back and tried the nines. The nines were about a half inch to long and still to tight in the toe box, had to send them back too. It would be nice if Zappos carried more shoes for wide feet.

A friend of mine wore these on a trip and I thought they were so cute for comfy schools so I decided to purchase. They are great because they're casual yet not in the tennis shoe category.

These are cute and comfortable, true to size. However, they rubbed and hurt my toes, so unfortunately I had to return them.

Really cute shoe that makes your feet look slender! The shoe is very comfortable and supports your feet well! I recommend buying them one size to one and a half sizes bigger than your normal shoe size because they run small.

I needed a comfy pair of purple flats and got these in less than 24 hours! They are just perfect to pop on and wear casually with pants, jeans, or skirts.

These shoes are so cute I kept them despite them not being the most comfortable things. Like all Puma (and most all flats anyway), there is no real support, though the rubber sole adds a little bit more cushion than the usual ballet flat. The toe is somewhat narrow and quite flat. The cloth that goes over the ball of the foot allows for a little give, but that area is still not quite deep enough, especially if you have high arches. My foot is on the wider end of the regular width spectrum, so these shoes make my small toe the the top of the ball of my foot hurt if I wear them too long or walk too much in them. All that said, I've just been using a shoe stretcher on them and wearing thin socks that match the contours of the shoe to make them work. Like so many Puma shoes, these are my cutest (but slightly funky) option for a flat right now and I just wish the brand would stop gearing their fit towards women whose feet are apparently as flat and (vertically) thin as pancakes.

These are purple. I like them but they aren't burgundy...the are purple. They are true to size and a little on the narrow side, I will continue wearing them but the color didn't match the description.

These are cute flats, but they fit really weird. They tore up my pinky toes on both feet, and offer little support (not meant for standing/walking for extended periods of time if you ask me). I wore them 3 times to work and all 3 times they tore my skin apart. The length of the shoe was fine, but the width in the toe box was off. I will be sending them back.

The shoe was very nice. It did come larger than I expected, and it is not good for a narrow foot. The bottom is not very comfortable and feels like you are walking on bumps. I recommend it for the style and those with a wider foot.

Attractive but no cushioning at all. I have medium width feet - toe box was adequate.

The heels are wide because of the comfort insert they put in it, which makes them loose and floppy on the heel so they slip as you walk.

I love the style of these shoes and they would be comfortable except for a few things: the toe box is too small and I got a pinched nerve, the fabric rubs against my small toe and hurts after long periods of time and the shoe slips off too easily. I really wish these fit better.

I have other Pumas, but this style is just okay. It does not have a lot of comfort, and maybe because the front is short, it does not feel snug. I really wanted to like these, but I will be returning them.

These are really cute shoes, and have enough padding that they could be comfortable, but the backs are just a little too high that they rubbed against my ankle and were threatening to cause a blister just from walking up and down the hallway, so they have to go back. :(

It's more sporty than casual. They fit good and are pretty cute, but the heel is weird and makes me feel off balance a little. pPus, they smell really bad. (No, it wasn't my feet!)
