I ordered 6 pairs of reefs flip flops, different styles, childrens and adults, and all were one size too small for all of us? I had to re-order all one size larger. Otherwise, love the shoes!

The last pair I had (and still do) are 14 years old. They are the best flip flops I've ever worn! Super comfy!

I have worn these reefs since I was a teenager! (over 20 years) they are the only brand of flip flop that I will ever wear! I did feel like the quality of these seemed different (the bottom seemed cheaper) but will only know with a little more time. Typically a pair lasts me a couple of years of extremely heavy use. I go from beach to mountain to tough city streets in these bad boys, they are the most comfortable things ever!!! My only complaint is the sizing, I am a 5 1/2-6 and I have to buy a 7 in order for them to fit because they run very small. If I were ordering them online for the first time I'd want to know this.

I wear these every day after work and all weekend. I live in Hawaii and they are easy on and off sandals. So comfy!

I'm on my third pair, and would not have given up the ones I had except the treads on the bottom finally wore smooth. The best part is that with time the "bed" gradually conforms to the shape of your foot, and so they become more and more comfortable as time goes on. Look no further. So glad I found them online! Wish they came in more color choices....

The tan color offered in the Sandy thong is fantastic! I wish the tan color base was offered with other color combinations. These sandals are still super comfortable and offer great cushion, but they don't seem to be made as well. After a summer of wear the bottom (floor) tread has started to separate in the toe so I have bonded them back together. My over twenty year old reefs are still doing great without any issues. Maybe the quality composition should be improved or drop the price dramatically. I hope this doesn't happen to the three pairs I bought my mother!

Long time Reef fan. BUT. Flip flops a good inch too small. Should have read the reviews. Looks like Many have had this same problem. Bummer. Returned them. Made it super easy to return. The one good thing.

Been wearing Sandy for years. Have always loved them. The pair I recently ordered however has less traction, very slippery. Also, why only tan and black? What happened to the colors and patterns?

Ordered 2 Sandy flip flops. Have worn these sandals for years! WHY DID YOU CHANGE THEM? Definitely shorter and different sole pattern , traction not as good. Very disappointing

This is my 3rd pair of this flip flop. My last pair lasted at least 6 years and finally blew out after walking all over India for 5 weeks. I always loved these shoes because they were wide, thick, durable, and super comfy. These are definitely different. Shorter and way too narrow. Still comfortable, but not at all the same. Very disappointed. Please bring back the original style.

Great design...very pretty and vibrant. Unfortunately, I should have listened to several reviews that said they were a size too short!!! And indeed they were! I love Reefs...they've worked better and fit better than any other flip flop I've had (and I've had many!!). I wear a size 11..so I cannot go up a size....so disappointing.

Beautiful contrast - colors are great - Unfortunately, I didn't want to believe many of the reviews that said these run at least a size too small - -they were RIGHT! And since I wear an 11, it kind of leaves me in the lurch so I had to return them. I'm SO disappointed because Reef is my FAVORITE flip flop - they fit the best, least long, and are very comfortable.

I am slightly disappointed with them. They are saying true to size, but they are not. When I bought the first pair back in 2011 in a store the clerk told me that the black with colored straps ran short, but they were wide. I tried them and they were great for my wide feet and I wear a 7- 7 1/2. Two years later I bought another black with color and a brown pair. The black was spot on and the browns were slightly tight and slightly shorter. Then fall of 2016 ordered two solid black and they are about 1/4 inches shorter and not as wide. Now these brown ones are even 1/4 shorter than that and not as wide. I like them a lot for once it gets warm enough I am in flip flops all the time since I can not find sandals that fit with my wide ball feet, but narrow heels. They are very comfortable, but the size keeps shrinking.

Your shoes run small. I had to return for a size 10. I have never worn a size 10 in my life. I purchased a 9 at a retail store a few years back and they were fine. I will review again after I receive ny new size.

I love these sandals! They are the most comfortable sandles I own. My current pair is starting to wear out and I came to repurchase and the brown ones are gone! What happened? Only black and really loud colors?

I had to return my sandals. I ordered size 7 which is usually 1/2 size larger than I wear. However, the Sandy style ran quite small so I returned them for a size 8. Hoping the 8 isn't too big.

Size 9 is a quarter of an inch smaller than the 2015 size 8. Colors better in person, at least the pink black blue. Was: light pink, dark pink and periwinkle. Glad the material between the toes is black now, since material isn't as cleanable as it used to be. Wish that arch support was higher,. Felt like the outside was higher than arch, which can make you collapse inward if you're not careful . Still overall better then what's out there.

I bought my first pair of Reef sandals the other day. They are the black Sandy. The only problem with these sandals is the black dye will transfer to the bottom of your feet. I've had other sandals do that before but was really hoping not these since they costed a little more than your traditional sandals. They are comfortable but wished the dye wouldn't transfer. I won't buy black anymore.

THe flip flops are very comfortble. The only bad thing about them is that they turn the bottom of my feet black. This happened right out of the box. I have never had this happen with Reef shoes before.

I have two other pairs of Reef flip flops. I use them on my boat and to do my errands and shopping on weekends. The soles are the best I have found for being non-skid. However, the soles that came on this newer pair of flips did not match the picture or that of my previous two pairs. I was disappointed to see the change. These were smoother with less ridging and felt more slippery. The upper part was as well made and supple as before. I wear a ladies 9 1/2 and bought the 10 and it fit perfectly. Please go back to your original 'tire-tread-like' soles. If I weren't around water all the time I would have kept them. I can't risk a fall. Sorry, but I returned them.

Need to return because they are too small. I already have the EXACT pair and they are both a size 8, but are completely different lengths. I am a 7.5-8 and I went with the 8 and they are still too small. I've never wore bigger than an 8 in any brand, including Reef, so their sizes have changed.

super cute flip flop but WAY to small. gave to sister in law.

Super comfortable, but the strap came out while I was driving after 4 months of use. We have owned reef sandals for years, and this seems to be unusual for our experience. But I'm disappointed for sure.

I've been wearing Reef flip flops for at least 10 years. This is my first time ordering on line and I haven't bought a new pair in 4 years. I ordered the same size and style I've been wearing and they are way too small. I'm not sure if I will return them or keep them in hopes they'll fit my daughter this coming season. I think I'll stick to buying in a store to make sure they fit properly.
