This coat is very warm and at the same time lightweight. I'm 5'7" about 140 lbs and I got a medium. It fits me well, I can still wear bulky clothes underneath comfortably. I do wish the sleeves were about half an inch longer at least, but it's not enough of an issue for me to return it. I took the fur off bc it looks stupid.

This jacket is a worthy successor to my former North Face down jacket, which I wore for 10 years. It is light yet very warm, and roomy enough so I can wear several layers underneath. The pockets are large enough for down mittens. I also love the fuchsia lining, which cheers me up on very cold days.

Love this jacket. Fits quite nicely, is warm and water/wind proof while looking cute & stylish. It definitely is not unflattering, which a lot of "puffier" jackets are. For reference, I am about 125 lbs, athletic build but on the petite side, and the small fits great. Can definitely wear over a heavy sweater as well.

I'm 5'2, 125 lbs, got size S. Often for things like outerwear I buy petite sizing so I was worried but the fitted waist wasn't way too low or anything, the length on me looked similar to the much taller model, and the shoulders weren't too big. Warmth wise it's warm but not as warm as some. I would need layers in below 0F temperatures.

I only wear this jacket during the winter months. Get lot of compliments from friends.

This jacket is exactly what I was looking for! I got the Xl and it fit perfect. As a teacher I need warm all weather clothing for outside duties. So glad I got this and can feel cute too!

I love the jacket! Im so expected for this winter season

Love the length, shape, and the color of the jacket. The fur on the hood it's too big and it falls down into my face. The hood fits perfectly without the fur.

Good for petite frames. Keeps you warm in 30-40 degree weather without being bulky. Love the red plaid pattern. Another winner from The North Face. High quality high design. Looks good with the giant oversized fur hood but also great without it.
