Needs more color options

I am an essential worker and wear this jacket everyday. I love the look and feel of it and it keeps me nice and warm. I am 5'5 145lbs and the large was perfect

I use it in the winter and it's great!

I live in northern Minnesota where our worst winters have seen -65 wind chills. This is a fantastic jacket. The following review represents things I have noticed, they didn't really bother me. However, it may be important to others. My only suggestion would be to buy one size up if you would like room for heavier clothing like sweaters, as women's clothing tends to be much more form fitting than men's especially in the arm area. I am 5'6" / 140lbs and bought the large and it fits better than the medium size I normally would've purchased. The coat fabric is very heavy and stiff which immediately reminded me of canvas. It feels bulky when wearing it as it is not form fitted. The waist of the coat is not able to be brought in like some jackets, so it runs straight down without following body curves. If there actually was an inside cinch, trying to pull the bulky fabric would be difficult and look terrible. I noticed some people left negative reviews regarding the zippers. I found it's not really the zipper itself, but due to the bulkiness and the thickness of the outside fabric of the coat, it is hard to line up the zipper correctly when leaning over in order to zip it up. Leaning causes the front of coat to bunch up, and the thicker stiff fabric makes it harder to line up both sides and to see the zipper itself over the bunched fabric. There are buttons on the outside of the coat to help keep the cold air from going through the zipper. It has 2 large deep pockets that are secured with one large button, as well as two smaller vertical chest pockets held by smaller snaps (no zippers). There are two inside pockets: one large mesh one held by a snap, and a vertical smaller zippered one in the inside edge of the coat. Hood is lined with removable faux fur. Of note, I have noticed that the front snaps that hold the hood down in the front unsnap easier than I'd like them too, sometimes just by holding the coat by the hood. The hood itself is held in place by a zipper. It also has two snaps on the back where you can shorten your hood giving you a little better line of vision. The sleeves have an inner cuff to help keep air from travelling up the sleeve. Also, on the outside of each sleeve near the cuff is a flap of fabric that can be turned upward which has reflective fabric to make you a little easier to see if you are walking at night. On a whole it is a very nice looking warm coat . If you are someone looking for a very warm coat, and not set on having an extremely fashionable looking coat, this might be for you. I would buy again.

Jacket was a Christmas present and fit perfectly!! Indiana has cold wet nasty winters and this jacket set the standard!! Would buy again and again

I bought this coat because the print was in style and it was a casual style. I also ordered some boots to match ( different brand too small )kept coat Because of above and it is comfortable.

This coat is stylish and warm. It feels lightweight and comfortable. For a puffy coat, it flatters the figure. I like that the fur on the hood is removable.

This is the first cold weather coat I purchased. I'm so happy with this coat.

My son's girlfriend loved this coat! She loved the style, fit, colors and said it was super warm. Stated she didn't have to layer with this jacket as she had to do with her previous coat. Thumbs up all the way around!

The only thing I don't like about this jacket is the hood. It's kinda stiff which may resolve in time. It is remove able but the hood keeps my ears warm

Great for cold weather and playing in the snow. Also for daily wear.

I work in healthcare and purchased this using a generous discount from north face given to essential workers in 2020. It really says a lot about a company when they stand by what they say they value. It's been a tough year and so this was a little bright spot, and keeps me warm going to work. I put this jacket on and it was like someone was giving me a hug ...maybe the pandemic has me deprived of embraces..but it just felt cozy! I wear a medium usually and I kind of wish I had sized up however. I'm 5'8" and 155. I have worn basically every day this winter and it has kept me warm running errands and walking my dog. I live in Charlotte and haven't tested it out in super cold temps but I will say I don't get "too hot" in it even in 50-60 degree weather. Thanks so much North Face!!

I love this coat. It's light but warm. Cleans very easily. My husband spilled ketchup on me and it cleaned right off. It's so cute paired with a beanie and boots!

This coat does not feel bulky and restrictive. The only con I have is the zipper. It frequently comes undone at the bottom (which I hope won't tear up over time). The coat is very warm on cold winter days. It fits as expected. I love the pattern!

This stylish coat can be worn dressy with fur hood or casual without hood. I love the cuffs inside the sleeves-keeps me very warm during the cold South Dakota winters.
