I need something comfortable and flexible when doing aerobic exercises. This pair is just great, it feels like wearing socks, it is incredible. Plus I love the design and have been given compliment by a person at the gym. I normally wear size 7, but after reading other people's reviews. I decided since the shoes are really slim, I should order half a size bigger. It turned out that I was right. That fits perfectly. So I would recommend to perhaps try to get a pair half a size bigger than your normal shoe size.

These cross-training sneaks are very lightweight, flexible, and beautifully styled. I love the colors, which go with many of my workout clothes. I will be traveling a lot the next 6 months, and these will fit nicely into my travel bag, I can walk long distances in them, and go to yoga classes with my stepdaughter, as well as help take care of our family's new granddaughter, who is only 2 months old! A thumb's up for these.

Awesome sneakers! I love Asics as running sneakers and have been using Nike for cross training and lifting, plyo etc. By chance I decided to check out Asics cross training and found this shoe. It's fabulous and very light. I love it and it fits like a comfy pair of socks. I feel a lot more agile and in control in these sneakers and I also love the color.

I absolutely love these shoes! I bought them for weights/gym workouts. Lightweight, great fit, great feel. Low tread makes for more stability when lifting. They provide adequate arch support (but I would not recommend them for high-impact cardio, etc.). They look good. too. Asics is my go-to athletic shoe and this one does not disappoint.

Love these shoes. Perfect for crosstraining. I use them for p90x. Plan to buy other colors. Super cushioning considering these are minimalist shoes. I wouldn't use them for running long distances. I like the Asics nimbus and Asics cumulus for running purposes.

I hope this helps for people who are thinking about buying these. If you have wide feet I would not buy these. If you like arch support I would not buy these. If you do not like the feel of weightless shoes do not buy these. You will end up returning them. I wear a size 8 I do not have narrow or wide feet. I do have to open the shoelaces up wide to get my foot in and use the back tab to pull them on. Once they are on I am fine. They are a little difficult even for normal feet to get into them. My guess is that narrow feet would not have this issue. Please do not waste your time on buying these if you have wide feet, need support or have feet problems or want to just want slip them on.

Great summer shoe. You don't need to wear socks with these. They feel so comfy and lightweight. I bought them for Zumba exercise class but I like to wear them on the weekends with shorts and capris too. They almost feel like a water shoe, but more cushioning and stability than those are. I just keep my strings tied all the time and pull them on with the loop in the back. Perfect for summer when you will be walking more and need comfort.

I love love love these. I bought them for a two-week trip to Europe and wore them almost every day, as many as 15 miles in a day and my feet still felt pretty good at end of each day. They are lightweight and breathable but still provide arch support. I liked the fact they slip on and off without needing to be untied/tied. Plus they look great. Win win win.

I had been searching for light weight cross-trainers high and low. I tried the Nike Free TR but they just were not very comfortable, not at all like the Nike Free Run. Plus they were really expensive and then they would need a pricy insole to make them remotely comfortable. I do not know how I missed these Asics Gel-Fit Sanas with their amazing reviews, but I am so glad that I found them. They are absolutely amazing! They are light weight and stable! For cross-trainers they have a great amount of cushioning and flexibility. They are absolutely amazing. I got the Sparkling Grape. They are cute, got a compliment on them before I even got them on my feet at the gym. I will be on the lookout for a close-out color to get a second pair. For reference, I use them for cardio/strength classes at the gym as well as weights. I have not tried running in them yet but I would give it a shot for a short warm-up run.

I ordered these shoes for working out/running/just for a nice comfy athletic shoe without looking too athletic. They are SO cute, comfy, and I hardly want to take them off. I got them in the mint and grey color and it is so vibrant and fun. Feels like walking on air and they fit perfectly in my usual size 6. Great shoe. If you're on the fence, buy them! I might even get another pair.

These are perfect for TurboFire. I was able to pivot easily, and the shoe is very light, making it easy to do kicks. I love the "sock-fit" - what a great idea. I like the close fit of barefoot style shoes but for high impact cardio, I need the support that Asics provides. It's also a cute shoe. I got my exact shoe size, and didn't size up.

These shoes feel like a hug for my feet. So comfortable from the first time I put them on. Great for tooling around, with enough support for a work out. They also look great!

My goodness! These are super light. When you wiggle your toes, you can see them through the top of the shoe - that is how light weight the fabric is. I look forward to my gym workout in these. The are not running shoes. The tongue unit is a clever construction. The laces came undone while I wore them around the house.

After trying out barefoot/ minimal sneakers for several years (merrell, vivo) I was close to giving up. My foot is narrow and most of the shoes were dangling from my feet or hurt when tightened with laces. These shoes are the comfiest, best fitting, I've ever worn. They give me stability and balance on the gym floor, still feeling "grounded". On top of it they look better in person than online. I ordered the navy/ mint color combo. Great Purchase ! Very pleased with these sneakers. Love how lite they are! I wear these for everyday running around and some cross training, great for both. I'm debating ordering a second pair to have as back-up.

This could be the first time I've written a review after only trying on the shoes. These are perfect! My custom orthotics fit perfectly inside; the shoe is snug but not too tight, and truly comfortable, right out of the box. I'm considering buying another pair right now while they're available.

I was looking for a less bulky light weight shoe,and this shoe is it. I have big feet, and this made them seem a little smaller (11). They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I even wear my prescription orthotics in them.

I want these is every color! They are super comfy, great for all my workouts. Not a lot of padding on the soles, so not a good walking shoe.

I love these shoes! They were ordered for a particular event, but I wear them often, just bopping around town. They are stylish and extremely comfortable, once I get them on. (Since the tongue is attached to the sides, they take a bit of struggle to get my foot in it. But the heel loop helps a lot!) I have a somewhat narrow foot, and I find them totally comfy. They don't have the total foot support that my New Balance walking shoes have, but for wearing with jeans and capris, they are perfect. My very fashionable grown daughter even asked what kind they were, so she could get a pair. Score!

These are perfect for my high intensity interval training workout-low on the ankles so side lunges and things like that don't rub. They are very light and very comfortable. They seemed tight at first because putting them on is hard-they sort of slip on like a sock, even though they have laces. But once you get used to putting them on, they are not tight on. They fit true to size.

In the last two months My family has ordered over 10 pair of shoes and have received nothing but the best support and assistance. Some of these were ordered in more than one size and I have had excellent return service on the pairs that didn't fit.

Very minimalist shoe. I was looking for a very lightweight shoe to wear for working out and dance style fitness classes. I workout about 4 hrs a week and needed something super comfortable. I cannot wear clunky shoes with lots of padding on the ankles. I am picky about how they fit and needed to try them on locally in order to be sure. I bought one half size up than I normally wear. These are upgrades from my Nike Flex shoes which are starting to hurt my heels. These feel wonderful and do not seem to require any breaking in. As soon as I put them on, my heel pain disappeared. They will stay on while dancing due to the snug fit and appear to be easy to pivot, etc. This is my first pair of Asics. I had been looking for the Asics Rhythmic shoe and was unable to find it in a store. Definitely go up in size if you want to wear a sock.

Great shoe that is lightweight, comfortable, breathable and supportive. I would not wear it to run, but it is good for walking or just casual wear. My forefoot is somewhat wide and my heel is narrow, so Asics almost always fit.
