Ordered a pair for my job interview, I had faith from all the hype and had it sent internationally to Australia, sadly they came in already with defects, the heel stitching is popping out. After wearing it only once for my job interview, more stitching is busted, the leather lining inside the shoe is peeling out, the leather sole looks like its been used as footy boots for 3 months. Seriously has me questioning the supposed quality that this brand represents, maybe they ship lower quality products to overseas, knowing we are less likely to ask for a refund but otherwise it fits great and feels great while wearing it. Shame

The first pair I bought were similar in brown and in just 18 months I have had to replace a sole 2x! The last pair arrived last month and when I looked closer there was a gouge out of the toe that has now turned white instead of black. The Black pair is super narrow and not breaking in well.

These came with a chunk missing from the sole edge on one shoe and poor stitch quality on the other. Before the quality department releases these shoes they should ask themselves if they would be happy presenting them to the president of the company I returned these shoes this morning. Customer service was very nice and even offered to honor the sale price once I have been credited with the return. I'm just not sure I want to play "shoe ping pong" with this company
