Hi, I wear a 8 wide and have a very high in-step (high arch). It's impossible to buy shoes and not have my feet hurt. In sneakers and boots I buy a 8.5 wide. I orig bought the Propet Ingrid in a 8 1/2 wide, but my big toe almost touched the tip of the boot and it was HARD, not give and to walk, you would have to march, so I Returned them and wanted to re-order a 9, but not available. I switched snow boots and bought the Columbia in a 9 wide. They fit good, comfy. I would say a tiny bit too long for me, but I am keeping them, they don't cause a problem walking or tripping, and right now, I do feel a tiny bit of slipping in the heal, so will walk around at home, before I make a decision. I am a fluffy chick with wide calves. These are not tall, so I can wear them. They are really cute! Look good on.

Shoes fit perfectly. My only complaint is that they could be a little more cushioned in the foot bed.

It does not support my arch as I had hoped but they keep my feet warm!

Sadly, these are being returned. Even with thin socks, these boots were entirely too tight across the foot.

I got these boots because I wanted a boot without a pronounced heel for greater stability when I'm hauling wood ground or doing other chores over over uneven. As a 70+ person with arthritis and Raynaud's Syndrome, stability is important to me. These boots provide that that. But unlike my Bean boots of the same size (6.5 W), the toe box is less roomy. And because it is restricted by a hard, waterproof end-piece, I doubt it will stretch much with wear. That means that if I wear these boots with the same heavy socks I sometimes wear with my Bean boots when it gets really cold, my toes get squished. This really hurts. But then again, the Columbia boots didn't cost as much, they are comfortable with thinner socks, and they do have that less pronounced heel.

I absolutely love these! I did do a half size up. And they fit perfect. Super happy with them! Can't wait to use them in winter

Overall these boots are made well and I love the look! I have bunions so these aren't wide enough. Had to send them back. A very good price! So i do recommend these!

I am giving 4 stars because I like the boot and it looks great. It was comfortable from the beginning so no breaking in period. My disappointment is it isn't warm in negative degree weather and snow. They are advertised to be warm to -25 degrees. I wore these in Alaska and needed toe warmers most of the time when outside. Positive point they are waterproof so no wet feet in the snow. We live in the mid-Atlantic so these boots will work well, but not recommended for colder states.

These are great quality boots. Quality materials, lace up easily, are comfortable, and seem very warm (from what I can tell by wearing around the house). The footbed is very comfortable. The only reason I returned these is the width was a little narrow for me. I wear a 7.5 so ordered an 8 to allow for room in the width. Unfortunately they were a tad too long. The 7.5 fit perfectly but width was still a bit narrow. If you have an average width foot you should be very happy with them!

I purchased these boots for a winter trip to Quebec and Montreal, to go skiing, do some snow activity and experience a true cold season. I am from Puerto Rico, a Caribbean island with warm weather all year long, which means that I am not used to cold weather. These boots performed as expected.

These boots are true to size, very comfortable, warm and waterproof. I suffer from extremely cold feet and need boots for the winter snow which is present for at least 3 months where I stay. These are very warm - my only issue is that on ice they do not have any grip at all - and I mean NO grip. If it's snow or rain your fine. I wear these with snowshoes in the ice because of the lack of grip.

I was looking for something warm and to keep my feet dry when out in the winter weather. I haven't had the need to wear them but the instant I put them on I could tell they were what I was looking for.

I did return these because they were too big and bulky. I can see the warmth people rave about and how awesome they’d be in the snow. I was looking for something more stylish and they were big and bulky on me. I bought my normal size and my feet were very loose inside the boot and I couldn’t lace them up tight enough. Just not what I wanted. The color was a tad off from the picture too. I bought the tan and they were a dirty tan (almost yellow undertone).

These are stylish, super comfortable shoes. I did not have to size up as it fits true to size (for me). The shipping takes two business days and it arrived on time and in new condition. The shoes have good traction compared to many othes and they are warm. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend these shoes to others.

Loved these! Super light weight, comfortable and flexible! Would be perfect for everyday but I was looking for something a little more sturdy and heavy duty for playing in the snow for long periods with the kiddos.

I go to the University of Minnesota and a lot of the time there's a lot of snow and slush around campus. I bought these boots to help with that. I wore them for about 6 hours for my morning classes (I probably walked a total of 1-2 miles in them) and they mutilated my right heel. I even wore thick socks and everything. I'm a bit traumatized to try them out again but other than that I think they're nice. Totally waterproof and warm.

I'm a size 8 in regular shoes/sneakers, and the size 9 in this boot fit perfectly with thick socks. These boots were immediately comfy and required no breaking in. I've been wearing them for the past month in zero to -40 temps in Fairbanks, Alaska, and they are fine in terms of warmth if I'm walking or hiking (ie moving constantly), but my feet were FREEZING standing around in -20 for an hour and a half at Yukon Quest over the weekend!

I ordered these first in a Size 10. Since I wear 9.5 in shoes lately I figured a 10 would be good with thick wool socks. The 10 felt really big even with the thick socks so got the 9.5. Even these feel plenty big but I'd rather have wiggle room in the cold than too tight for sure! They feel a bit more like I'm walking in shoes or hiking boots than snow boots. I liked some other styles (Boggs) but they seemed a little loosey goosey (comfortably so). I've yet to wear them in cold weather, snow, or mush so I can't say if they will be warm but I sure hope so as that's what I got them for--winter walking outside. Will be testing them out soon hopefully. They are very lightweight. Hard time choosing between these and the Kamik cute red ones (MomentumLo)! Decided these being a bit taller will keep more snow out. Hopefully they will live up to the warmth rating! I live in the midwest where winter is harsh. It was such a tough choice for me so I'm hoping it's the right one!! Some of the other Columbia's were very narrow and tight--cute but just too tight. I have a slender/avg foot and thin calves so I can't imagine who those slender ones would fit!
I'd also recommend:
Kamik, Boggs

these boots are nice and warm. They run true to size. They're a bit on the boxy side to walk in. But overall I like them

These boots are super cute, wish they had more of a cushion for your feet. I normally wear an 8 in shoes and I sized up to a 9 in these so I can wear thick socks!

I ordered 1/2 size up because I wanted to put thick socks in them. I have a medium width foot, but it is wider in the ball of the foot. I find the shoe a TINY bit snug in the ball of the foot, but it will stretch I'm sure; and if it doesn't I'll still be fine. They work great with thick hiking socks. The footbed seems very hard, but I have to use an arch insert for my very high arch, so it works out fine. (I'm not certain a whole-foot insert would work well for me in the toe, but the insert that works in this shoe does not go to the ball of my foot.) The style is adorable, and with my insert and thick socks, I am going to be a very happy camper. I downgraded one point on overall because of the incredibly hard footbed that has no arch.

I wear an 8.5-9 and ordered a 9 to accommodate thick socks and the boots fit well. Nice to walk in. At 20 degrees my feet were getting cold but not painfully so. I doubt my feet would stay warm at the temperature advertised. The water proofness of the materials has not been tested.

I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my usual size and they are perfect for wearing with my usual socks and with thicker boot socks as well. These boots are warm, comfortable and very cute! They seem well made.

I wanted boots which would keep my feet warm and dry and these deliver. I typically wear size 8 but they were a bit big in the toe area - the 7.5 fit well. Cordovan, Siberia color is a nice neutral, brown and the fur trim adds a little style. I rated Fair for cushioning because they are not as soft on the inside as I hoped and for comfort the boot construction is a little stiff, however, they seem well sewn/stiched. They are easy to slip on and off without unlacing. Overall, a great boot for wet, heavy snow which do not look clunky and have a bit of style.

I bought these boots for playing in the snow with my grandkids. They seem very warm & comfortable. There is no arch support so I kept the 8 1/2 instead of the 8 & took out their supports & put in my own. Now they feel perfect. I think they are pretty cute.
