They fit fine; size is good. Material feels good; feels warm. They're warm. I feel & protected in the snow.

Great fit and were warm even in our 0 degree weather!

O love the boots, they look well made and were exactly as described. I ordered them in a wide because I wanted to wear heavy wool socks with them and I don’t think I needed to because they were plenty big.

These fit me perfectly. I need a wider toebox and I was pleased that these meet all my expectations. They're warm and have great traction.

I ordered a size up because several reviews suggested they were a little snug. I probably should have stuck with my normal size 9, because these are a little big. But I wanted room for my orthotics and thick socks. Took them for a spin today and with my orthotics and thinnish socks, they were still a little big, but not unreasonably so, so I will probably keep them. They felt very comfortable, for the price

To take up the width, I added double innersoles because my feet are skinny and I don't wear heavy socks. They are extremely warm and comfortable as long as I'm moving. Standing in them hurts my back because of the lack of arch support. Overall a very good buy at a good price. I'll see if arch supports help.

They are snow boots, so don’t expect high fashion! I am impressed with their warmth, dryness, and traction on slippery sidewalks. Exactly what I needed in New England.

Love the feel of these. I typically wear a 9 in a sneaker or casual shoe and the 9W was a perfect fit. I wish the trim wasn't white (I got the gray), but overall these are nice looking and are comfortable walking in. Next test is the below zero temps outside! Love Zappos for their quick shipping and easy returns. I had to try a couple of sizes to get the right fit.

This boot was AMAZING! I was going on a trip where I would need some strong snow boots and these met the challenge, I would not take them off. They were warm, comfortable and gave a lot of support for my feet. I am totally in love with them. HIGHLY Recommend them.

I purchased these boots for my trip to Utah in December. I was concerned about buying a new pair of boots right before a trip because I knew we would be doing a lot of walking in the cold and possible snow. I was relieved to find that the boots were sturdy, had good support and also looked super cute. The were so comfortable, it felt like I was wearing slippers. Although it did not snow a lot, I did walk through some snowy areas and a very long walk at night in the cold weather and it was no problem, as my feet were warm and toasty. I did need to size up 1/2 size in order to wear them comfortably with heavier socks. Happy I purchased these!

I bought my regular size, but had to return it because it was too tight in the toe box even though I had the wide version. I reordered half a size up, again in the wide and it fits perfectly. I love the laces for a custom fit for wide calves. I haven't had a chance to test them outside yet, but I'm looking forward to wearing them this winter. They are much less clunky than my previous winter boots.
