This boot is so comfortable and is very true to size They keep your keep nice and warm but after having to submerge my feet into deep snow in NYC last year some moisture did get into the boot so I have to take one star off but it was lots of deep slush and before that snow storm they held up in regular rain and kept my feet nice and warm

I put my own insoles in when I tried, so I can't comment on the arch support. I was disappointed to find that the sole is very flexible, which is less support than I like. In the pictures, I thought the 'fur' was cute, but when I tried on I realized that I would always have to tuck my pants in because the 'fur' sticks out so you can't pull your pants over w/out seeing the bump, which is a limitation. The left wasn't wide enough, but the right was reasonably comfortable.

I've been looking for a good pair of wet/cold boots for awhile now, and had to send these back. These boots look really cute, were true to size, and seemed decently warm, but they didn't give me any arch support (so if you need that you'd have to use inserts), and the shoe itself felt oddly square and rigid so didn't feel good to walk in around the house, almost like I had hard plastic boxes around my feet rather than shoes.

I really wanted to like these, but after ordering a half-size up, to accommodate heavier socks in winter, the toe space is too cramped even for lighter weight socks, while the shaft was a bit too wide for my leg.

Not very warm in cold Temps. Feet were always cold. These are not waterproof. Definitely a fashion boot Not for long term outdoor use.

Roomy and easier to walk in the snow, but my feet get very cold even with appropriate socks on.

The wide option is not the best boot for someone with a wide foot. I imagine the regular is great for someone with a narrow foot, and the wide is best for someone with regular foot width.

I returned (my first purchase ever, of Columbia) Ice Maiden™s because I'd ordered "D - Wide", but when received: the box, and the tags did not have "-W", or any indication of Wide width. Trying them on, I could feel that they were not Wide width. Box tag does not include USA size 12. [If I'd've known this was a EUR shoe, I wouldn't've purchased;—EUR Size 43 is too snug on my 12 USA size foot; (and size 44 is too large).] Low arch support.

these boots are stiff and seem to offer no real insulation. Not what i need to walk dogs in snow and cold. Back they go ASAP

Based on the positive reviews, I really thought these would work for me. But I found them too clunky and not comfortable in part because my heels slipped in the wide width.

Love the look, but way too narrow

It's very hard to find a serious winter boot with a wide enough toe box for women. This was the 5th boot I tried thru the mail. Ordered 9 wide and finally found a boot with a comfortable toe box. I liked the look and feel of the boot but the foot bed was hard and felt like it didn't have much insulation for a northern winter. I returned them because the last grommet sits directly on top of my hammer toe and immediately started irritating it. Would be a much better boot if the last row of grommets were eliminated and a softer insulated insert was available.

Super cute, comfortable but NOT waterproof. I would not recommend this product because they’re not waterproof.

I honestly don’t know why these have 5 stars. It made me sad when I put them on my feet and had absolutely no arch support.

Liked the look and seemed sturdy but didn’t fit me well. The sole wasn’t very form fitting and I don’t think an insert would change that.

I was mistaken and thought I could take the footpad to exchange for orthotics. I have very flat feet and the arch was not supportive by itself. I love the color and it looked like an otherwise fashionable snow boot.

The boots look great and I was delighted with the construction. Sadly, the toe box is not wide. Even though, I ordered a half size larger and a W width my ties were crunched. I returned them.

These were cute and I WANTED to love them, but there was no arch support and I knew my feet would hurt a lot after a couple hours of walking.

The toe box is too narrow for a boot marked "wide." I will be returning them.

I wanted to like these and tried several sizes to find a comfortable fit but it didn't work out. They are very stiff, especially around the ankle and didn't give at all making it very uncomfortable. Because they were so stiff they weren't very good for walking and felt heavy. Probably would work fine for a younger person who didn't break their ankle last year.

Tried these on before going to the upper peninsula in Michigan during the winter and hated them felt tight on the top of my foot so i put 3 pairs of my husbands socks on and wore them around the house to strech out. Thinking i am gonna have to return them. Well ..I was very wrong! These are the warmest boots i have had!! I walked around in over a foot of snow for 2 days. (Not shoveled) and never once did my toes get wet/cold. (Everyone else had freezing toes) it was 14degress for a high and below 0 at night. The streching out dis the trick they were very comfortable to my surprise. LOVEEE THESE BOOTS! to hold up to michigan winter says alot for boots. These are a great deal at $36 its a steal! If thinking about getting them just do it, you will love them. Oh, and they arent ugly either.

I bought these boots a year ago for a Dec trip to China. With an inserted arch support they were very comfortable. It was cold but there was little snow and the boots worked well. However I used them this Dec for the second time in 2-3 inches of snow in Switzerland and my feet were completely wet. It first felt the water came in through the heel and then the snow covered the toe which apparently is not water. proof. My feet were wet and cold!

The shoe fit well in length and width. The right boot was perfect. The left boot dig into my ankle. The back support piece was so stiff it pushed through the lining and caused sharp pain. I have to send them back as I can’t walk in them

Like style because it does not make foot look like your wearing a moon boot. The black color has black furry lining which is classy. However, the sole of the boot has an unusual shape that rocks your foot forward over the toe prematurely causing extra strain on ball of foot. Returning for this reason only.
