I originally bought the Nuptse Vest to be used as a travel companion during winter trips in the Rocky Mountains and Minnesota. I have ended up using the vest more on the chilly early mornings of my morning commute, but as winter approaches I'm looking forward to bringing it back outside more for some snowshoeing, hiking, and skiing.

If you looking for a warm and stylish vest, this is the winner, solid zippers and inner pockets add a super plus, great look and color combo!

This is a really nice lightweight vest. I was very impressed with the way it fit. It's super warm. Now since I live in the Midwest, if we can stop having weather in the 80's, I'd love to wear it more!

I bought a ladies vest in black last year and love it. My husband wanted one and he had to wait till this year to find it again. It is very warm but not bulky and looks great. I might be buying more for all the family. A great vest and perfect for our type of weather with just a light sweater on most winter days. Great for bike riding and walks and certainly, I would take it skiing. It even travels to Florida for a cold night or two in the winter. I recommend it to all.

My hubby loves the vest fits him perfectly to size and roomy. Going to get him another one in a different color.

This vest lookes unbelievable and also lookes great in the red and black color combo. It fits great and feels very warm and durable. Cant wait to be able to wear it when it gets a little bit colder.

I have the thinner vest, but needed the thicker one for Michigan winters. Love it!

Not only does it feels great, its very stylish with whatever long sleeve or thin sweater you wear under the vest. It will indeed protect your chest and body from those chilly days.

So far, everything that I have bought from The North Face has been awesome and this is no different. Very warm and very comfortable vest for those cold California mornings or nights. Personally I use it as a casual vest, but I believe it would keep you warm in cold climates. Very durable and fits like a glove.

Fits better than a previous NF vest I have. I am 6' 3" and the previous vest was actually on the long side. This vest fits very well & has a more comfortable fit. I camp a lot a 11,000' in the summer & it can get very cold as soon as the sun goes down. This vest is terrific for this sort of camping! Will be an excellent fall & spring vest too. I'm quite happy with it.

North Face is a dependable, quality product that will last for a long time and provide comfort on those cold winter days.
