Too narrow for me, and they looked pretty slumpy the first time I tried them on. Disappointing.

worst shoe i've ever purchased. painful constant dig in the back of the heel. I wore them once and then put them in a donation dumpster.

I really wanted to love these shoes but the toe box is so flat I took about two steps and the front part of my feet were literally smashed flat!

I was really disappointed with these. They run a little small, so I'd go at least a half size up, if not a full size. The style was unimpressive as well. Just looked like something my 80-year-old grandma would wear. Love bandolino shoes, just not impressed with this one. Will be returning.

Cute shoe but the sole is provides very little cushion. It is not suitable for walking on hard surfaces. I purchased this same shoe in black, tried it in different situations and it was not at all what I needed so I am returning this one in gold.

Terrible! I have an older pair of these shoes which is comfortable. I have ordered 3 pairs and they all are defective, the manufacturer appears to have changed. The vertical tab of patent leather at the heel pinches my heels, but only on 1 of the 2 from each of the three pairs. The upper is also not centered on the sole on 1 of the 3 pairs. The new ones are solid black on the sole. The old ones had a pink sloping line. QC needs to improve here.

The heel hurts. Badly. There is a tab in the heel, with an intention of creating some architecture to the shoe, that digs into the back of your heel. Blisters almost immediately. I tried every trick in the book to soften the area. No go. I can't wear these, but now I cannot return them. What a waste of money.

I was very disappointed with these flats. I ordered my normal size, 8.5. They were a little too snug and also rubbed behind my ankle. I thought perhaps exchanging for the next size up would help but it did not. Within 2 steps after trying on the next size, they still rubbed and I knew I had to send them back. The style is cute as well as the color (I ordered the natural leather), but the comfort was just not there for me.

I had a pair of these shoes I bought from a department store and LOVED them!! These match to be the same, but are not. They are uncomfortable and awful. Very disappointed!!

Very comfortable shoes, but the sole separated from the shoe after wearing for one day. Poor quality, but excellent service from Zappos on the issue.

The toe box is far too low and hits painfully right around the bunion area. Cute, but completely non-functional for anyone needing a comfortable toe box.

The turquoise ones look and feel like plastic, not the patent leather that I assumed they were from the picture. Promptly returned.

I am a 9½M and ordered these shoes in navy with the tan inner lining. What I received was a 9M black with the black inner lining, in a box that is half fallen apart, with the identification stickers ripped off. I am sure that the shoes are comfortable, even with them being half a size too small I could tell that they are great shoes. I just wish that I had been sent what I ordered and I did not have to go through the process of returning them. I notice the 9½M in navy are now out of stock. It appears that someone at the warehouse, instead of just politely e-mailing me and telling me they were out of stock, just sent me these hoping that I would not notice. I noticed. They are too tight and not the color I ordered. I have usually had good experiences with Zappos in the past, I am hoping for better customer service in the future.
