My left foot has a bunion and the front was cut too low and the bunion was exposed. I have ordered another pair of shoes from you and hope it will fit better. I need 6 wide.

Had to buy a half size larger in Black and Tan. Red was true to size. Cute shoes, but not any arch support so I wouldn’t want to wear them all day. Great for a lunch it dinner date!

There is nothing comfortable about this shoe. The only reason I kept them is because I really needed a black flat, however I regret that decision. There is no cushion or comfort at all.

These shoes are very uncomfortable. The stretchy factor which I though would make these shoes comfortable actually causes them to dig into my heels painfully. Add the no arch support to that, I would not recommend these or even wear them again.

Super cute shoes but the sides were super wide and hardly come up at all. Felt cheaply made and I had to return.

Very little padding. I could feel the hard ground with each step.

True to size and comfortable, but didnt even last 1 year before the leather started falling apart. Also not even close to water proof when it rains. Will not be buying these again.

I ordered two nearly identical pairs of shoes for my daughter. One was a 7.5 M, and the other was a 7.5 W. The 7.5 wide arrived as expected but unfortunately was too wide in the heel. However, the 7.5 M, this particular item for the review, was terrible. The shoes were packed in the wrong box, a bright yellow box for a child's shoe. The shoes enclosed seemed a little less than new. Not necessarily WORN, but they were not pristine like the other pair I ordered. And to top it off, the enclosed shoes were two different sizes! I've used Zappos for YEARS, and never have I been so surprised and disappointed with an order.

Bought this exact shoe two years ago and it was made so much better ! The quality now is flimsy and cheap.

The quality of this shoe is not acceptable, for the price paid. In just a few short months of wearing these they have be replaced, as they are literally falling apart.

Personally I feel like this shoe runs small- most notably in the toe-box area of the shoe. I ordered a half size up from what I normally order and it still was uncomfortable. I do not have any issues with my toes like bunions etc... I have normal width feet and in that regard the shoe fit fine. I ordered the gunmetal multi-fabric and it was way too sparkly and tacky looking to wear with jeans which was my intended purpose. Unfortunately, these went back.

Felt rough and flimsy. I wore them for about a second and said no way. They looked super comfy in the pic and I actually was curious if they’d be too heavy...light as air but incredibly uncomfortable.

I bought three pair of these black, nude, and navy and all three had to be returned. I wore the black pair and for two days by arches were screaming at me. I’ve ventured out and wore the navy, and ended up with cut feet and halfway through the day at work had to change into a pair of sandals because my feet were bleeding. I wasn’t going to risk it again these are very cute shoes with no arch support and are brutal for anyone who has to be on their feet as much as I do. I’m a teacher and I teach on concrete all day and so this was not meant to be

These are really cute shoes but I wore them once and ended up with cut feet they rubbed it terribly. I wanted to like them but there’s no arch support and apparently they are more ill fitting then I thought! Back they go and the search continues!

Bottom started falling off after 2 months

Terrible! I wore them for 30 minutes and immediately got a blister on both heels!

I bought two pair and returned them. I’m tried one shoe on and thought they were very cheap looking, and inferior quality for the price ; flimsy soles, looked and felt like big box store shoes.

These shoes are absolutely terrible! They fell apart within one week, hurt my toes so much I couldn’t walk for hours afterward, and quickly appeared to have been on this earth for decades and lived a long rock and roll life that finally caught up with them. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund after they fell apart, even though I had them sitting for a month. These shoes are very bad quality. For specifics: They pinched my toes The sole detached from the outer layer The leather scuffed easily Even with arch supports they were useless, hurting my flat feet I have completely flat, duck feet and my feet are sensitive; however, I’ve never had these many issues with flats, or experienced such terrible quality. Don’t buy these.

The shoes were so painful. Unfortunately, they fell apart within a month of my wearing them, and I could not walk without pain in my big toes. I am happy with Zappos’ service as they refunded me fully.

After 3 wearings, these shoes look scruffy w/ pulls in the fabric. If you're going to wear them anywhere besides the movies, be warned.

Short and narrow

Wow, how are these so popular?? These are the worst, cheapest quality shoes! For one thing, when you bend the sole of a shoe, it's supposed to bend at the ball of the foot. That's how you know it's ergonomically designed. This one bends at the arch, which is incredibly bad for your feet! The soles are cheap, the padding is nonexistent and the toe box is completely flat (even though the shoe itself is ridiculously wide).
