I tried these shoes because I wanted new flats and I wear size 11.5, which doesn't really exist anywhere. I ordered 11.5 and 12 in case they ran small. I tried on the 12 first, and had to take them off after 30 seconds because my toes were crunched at the end. I'm glad they work out for other folks, but if you have larger feet, proceed with caution.

They fit great. You get use to them very quickly. The only problem is that the sole is coming off of the shoe in the front. They are super comfortable, but falling apart.

Order a half size larger and was still tight on toes. Did not like the way they felt, like the sole was too small for the shoe.

Not as soft and flexible as other ballet style shoes. Returned these.

I liked the shoe but there really wasn't too much padding and definitely no arch support. Because of the bunion on my right foot, I had to return these.

I didn't keep these shoes. They were just too snug, particularly compared to the Born Julianne's that I'd worn in. In terms of arch support, they feel like they have about as much padding as any other ballet flat I've tried.

Shoe size not true... need to upsize

Very cute shoe, great price however, after ordering and returning 3 pair (2 pair same size different width, 1 pair size and half larger in medium width) these did not work for me. I ordered these per reviews, the wide width gapped and my usual size 8 was too short in both wide and medium. Third pair 8.5 medium, fit was fine in length BUT the heel was bothersome and would have caused blisters. I really liked this shoe, but it did not work for me.

Pretty but too small

Pretty shoe! Would be able to wear with many things, but was too small for me specifically in the toe box. Has to go back. I wear a 12 and that's the largest size unfortunately.

Went a half-size up of for the sake of my bunion since 10.5W was unavailable. Comfortable, simple flats that fit on my narrow feet. Shoes for the office not pounding the pavement or long walks. I use heel grips to keep the back of shoe from slipping. The grips also keep the back of the shoe from rubbing blisters onto my heels.

Cute shoe but did not hold up. The sole tore away from the toe after the first week.

First, be aware, these are super sparkly in gold, and not in a glittery subtle way. Personally, I am all about sparkles, so I would have kept them had they had any support whatsoever. These shoes are totally flat and paper thin, the heel pushes into the bottom of your foot there is so little insole. If you are young and want something pretty, go for it. If you are like me and close to 40 and need some form of support, these are not for you.

Ran to small. But cute

I loved the look of these shoes so much however, they just did not work for me. I have to say that Zappos has EXCELLENT customer service. I exchanged the 10 of these shoes for a 10.5 and they expedited my shipping to me and got them to my house the next day! Then, when the 10.5 didn't work, I requested an 11 and again, the Zappos team got my shoes to me the next day! Exceptional service! I only wish that the shoes had worked for me. As for the shoe, the 10.5 definitely fit better however the toe area was just a bit too narrow for my feet. The 10 was just too small and the 11 was way too big. Keep up your phenomenal customer service! Thank you!

I wanted to love this shoe because it's so cute and exactly what I was looking for. However, the back of the shoe hugged on the back of my ankle in such a way that it was uncomfortable so I sent them back.

Extremely soft leather. Flat as a pancake which may be a problem for some. Runs very small. Really nice ballet shoe but too flat for me.

No arch support at all!

Oddly this runs differently in different colors. I purchased this shoe in black from shoes.com and it fits well. I liked it and wanted it in the nude leather, and ordered the same exact size from here and it was maybe a full size too small.

I really like this shoe and have bought in other colors. However, the black pair stained my toes and toe nails black! I’ll be returning them so I don’t ruin another pedicure.

Will be sending back, not very comfortable and runs very short. Toe are is short.

Was excited to get a comfortable classic. But sad when my big toe was squished even though a normal size 12 should be roomy.

Feel a bit small, but figure once I wear them for awhile they’ll stretch. I’m giving them a chance. They are really cute and a bit comfortable, but they have no arch support and definitely not made to be walked on for a long time.

These shoe were cute, too cute for an older lady. The fit was also tight by my bunion.
