They fit well and look good!

This is a really pretty shoe and fairly comfortable. It is a medium width, so I wasn’t surprised that it was too wide for my narrow foot. But I can keep it on so I will keep the shoes. Zappos, please use your influence to give us “size narrow” ladies more choices. There are still a lot of us out here!

Cute. More support than most flats.

These shoes fit really weird across the top of the foot, just above the toe. The width and arch support were fine, but they were just too tight across the top.

These shoes are super cute but they didn't work for me. I really need a shoe that has arch support or that has a removable foot bed that will accommodate my insoles. Its a shame because I really liked them.

Theses are adorable and pretty comfortable for ballet flats.

It's very challenging for me to find a pair of flats that fit me well and in a style I like. I'm a size 9 or 9.5 depending on the type of shoe, but for some reason, I usually have to go up to a size to 10 M in most flats. So when my size 10 M Dexflex Comfort Claire flats (which I love!) from Payless finally needed to be replaced, I decided to give these a try. When I first put them on and walked around for a bit, I found these comfortable, there were no tight areas, and there was no slipping or gapping that I could notice or feel. I also like the quilted style. For a comparison, I also tried the Dr. Scholl's Feed Good flats in the same size, and there were excessive gaps in the inside/arch of the foot and the style was too basic. I work in an office, so I think these Bandolinos will make a great replacement. However, upon closer look, I could see the rubber sole near the toe area separating from the bottom of the shoe; it looks like the glue was not applied evenly. You can see the separation in the top shoe in the first photo below. I was concerned about this separating even further, so I contacted Zappos customer service via chat to ask about an exchange, but unfortunately, my size is now out of stock, so the rep processed a refund, saying the shoes would be back in stock later this year. The price of these shoes also went up, so the rep offered me a $10 coupon to use within 90 days. I'm disappointed I don't have a pair of black flats I can wear immediately, but I'm very pleased with the customer service that the Zappos rep provided me. I'm hoping the shoes will be back in stock within 90 days so I can use the coupon on a replacement pair, but if not, I'm certain I can find something else that I can buy on Zappos. :)

Possibility for narrow feet. Wow, I’ve had the gunmetal color since 2015! I wear them several times a month, mostly when nothing else “goes” and I want a comfy flat. No support, but great for a quick run to the store or out to lunch. True to size, but get this: I am a true narrow and these stay on my feet! One of the few mediums I can wear (Naot and Sam Edelman are others.) They've held up well.

First of all, I love these flats, and I own them in 2 colors. They are wicked comfortable and have a little bit of a sole on them so they're comfortable to walk around in all day at work compared to some lower end "store brand" type ones I've purchased previously. On top of the comfort, they are so pretty! I love the shiny pewter color (though this has more of a gold hue to it). HOWEVER, I have had to glue the sole back onto my pewter pair once already after only a couple months, I wear them a couple times a week, they are my favorite pair afterall, but it seems too soon for them to be falling apart. I noticed today that the shoe is seperating from the sole in a number of other spots around the edge as well, again, I'll go in and glue them back together, but for a shoe that I've owned less than 6 months, this seems a bit odd. That said, my navy blue pair are just fine, I wear them a little less, but I do still wear those as well and they have no quality issues.

I normally wear a 7.5 to 8 in regular shoes and these fit well in a size 7.5. They were comfortable and looked nice on, but I was just "eh" about the fabric so I sent them back. Really nothing wrong with them and the fit was good. I just didn't love the fabric. Would be willing to try a different material.

Cute little shoe. Nice and soft. The elastic collar makes it look casual. The pair I got ran very short and I had to return them.

These run really short - ordered a 10W and the width was perfect for my wider feet, but the length seemed more like a 9.

Comfortable but definitely runs small. Order 1/2 or full size up.

I like these shoes however without the texture they would be pretty plain. I too have a bunion and I didn't have a fit problem with these shoes. I will enjoy these

The exterior of the shoes is absolutely lovely! The interior is soft and supple. **However** the back top inside edge is rough and immediately creates a blister against your heel (ouch!). I won’t return these, but I will use moleskin to pad the area so I can wear the shoes comfortably.

My feet are not the easiest to fit I like the lightness (weight) of the shoe and the soft frame/band that bends and flexes with your steps. There is no uncomfortable rubbing or abrasiveness as with the typical pump. The patent leather strip adds a touch of drowsiness and the leather feels and smells great. It's a great little shoe for the money.

Too small. I almost always wear an 8 but these were just too short. Afraid an 8 1/2 may be a tad bit wide on my tad bit narrow feet. I had to return them. Too bad because they are cute!

I have yet to wear them for more than a few minutes, but the band around the top of the shoes felt like it could irritate the skin if worn for a longer period of time. I do feel that I’ll be able to adjust.

They are very nice, comfy, soft leather shoes, on the very plain side. I wear a 9D in New Balance so ordered the same, and they look about a size too big. Perhaps New Balance runs a size small, I'm sorry I don't know but it has been a long time since I've gotten a nice shoe so my sizing could be off. I was looking for a nice shoe to wear with a dress at a wedding and these were too plain for me, but would be lovely for everyday wear.

Great comfy flat, sparkly for a girls night out or for a cocktail attire event. shoe definitely runs a half size too small, particularly in the gold fabric.

I don't know what was going on, but one shoe felt great, while the other felt like something sharp was poking my Achilles heel. I don't see anything sharp when I check, so I guess it's just that on that foot, for some reason, the stitching on the back hits my hell at the wrong place. Otherwise, they're cute. The right foot fit great. The elastic helps keep the shoe on. No toe cleavage. Cute shoes.

Really cute shoes

I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 medium width - based on reviews, I ordered a 10 wide width and unfortunately, they were still too small. The heel rubbed uncomfortably and the toe box was tight despite the wide width. The styling is cute and the leather is supple, and I really wanted them to work — but the fit just wasn’t working, so back they go. It’s advertised as coming in size 10.5 (which I’ve never worn) but all colors are out of stock, so I’ll keep looking.

These feel very comfortable like slippers. I have a couple of other pairs in other colors and they have been holding up well. While they're super comfortable, they don't have a lot of cushioning so I wouldn't want to wear them where I'd be doing a lot of walking.
