These shoes came highly recommended from friends who are teachers and nurses. I returned some Sanita clogs to get these and I am so pleased. I thought they would look clunky, but they don't. I can wear them all day and still be comfy. And Zappos was a pleasure to deal with in my return process. The first pair was a gift and I didn't have a receipt. No problem!

Danskos are my favorite shoes of all times. But they are not for uneven ground, I have twisted my ankle twice for hiking in them. That is my fault completely.

You can't go wrong with Dansko clogs, especially if you have problems with your feet or stand a lot at your job. The fit is great and the comfort is wonderful.

I love these shoes! I used to only love my tennis shoes. I have them in 2 colors now and they are comfortable and durable. I also wanted to give a wonderful shout out to Zappos. The 1st pair I ordered had a defective right shoe and I was afraid that if I ordered the same pair in the same size I would end up getting the same pair back. She sent me a different pair over night with no extra charge to make sure I didn't. These fit perfect! Thank you.

This has to be one of the world's most comfortable shoes, especially for those that are on their feet a lot. If you have never tried them, you must! They are not all squishy and soft and wear out in a short while. They are firm and well made and last forever. When I put my feet in mine, I can almost hear my arches say "Ahhh.." Fantastic shoe!

By far the best pair of shoes I've worn at work. Working in the ED on my feet for 12+ Hours a day has caused back pain and other issues. I used to wear other shoes to work but since wearing these Danskos my back pain is no more. I would recommend anyone to try these. Great shoes. Had to wear them in a little bit (maybe a week of so) to stretch the piece over my foot a little but now they are great. I wish Dansko made more color varieties in narrow sizes.

I purchased these for my daughter, who has worn this shoe for her hotel (on her feet most of day) position. Wanted to make sure she's taking care of her feet. Her rating was: "the Danskos are great! I can't thank you enough. They fit like a glove, and my feet don't hurt at all during work." She loves the color. (different than brown or black she's previously purchased.) She rec'd a 39 Wide and loves the fit (has wider feet, but esp. has a high instep).

I chose these because they are one of the few clogs that come in narrow. I wear a 37, but they were tight the first few months. If you wear narrow you might want to go a size up. They did get more comfortable eventually, though. My favorite thing about these is how they improve my back and legs aching after a full day at work. I work as a florist, so I need shoes good for standing but with non-slip soles. The only thing that I do not like (and it is not often an issue) is that if the sun hits these shoes, my feet get hot. I have the Espresso Oiled Leather so maybe it is only an issue with that type of leather? I am not sure. In any case they are my best work shoes once I got them broken in.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She is absolutely in love with them. She said they are the most comfortable shoes she has ever worn. Got to get myself a pair asap!

Gorgeous brown, but sadly, not a prayer of getting my fat foot into the 6W. Rats.

I have been wearing this Dansko style for a very long time because they fit like a dream, last for years of daily wear and the support is spot on worth every dime! My saddest day will be when they no longer make them!

I love these shoes. I have back problems and they are the only shoes that allow me to stand for hours without pain. I would recommend them to anyone!

These fit like most other Danskos I've had. You need to remember that European sizes are a half size off. A size 39 is equivalent to a U.S. size 8.5, not a 9. This is not just for Danskos, this is also for Mephisto, Naot and many others. Danskos are sometimes a bit loose or wide for my slightly narrow, medium foot, so I put in a Dr. Scholl pad and wear socks and the arch support is great. One think I wish is that Dansko would offer more cool real clog boots in the brushed, distressed or oiled leather like these, rather than all the shiny weird patterns.They used to have them and discontinued them, but I think there would be a huge market for those.

After hearing about these shoes for a very long time, I decided to give in and try them. I am really hard to fit when it comes to shoes, I have narrow feet and heel as well as fallen arches. I was at the breaking point. I am on my feet pretty much all day. My knees and lower back were hurting so badly that I would avoid doing anything in the evenings because of the pain. After wearing these shoes everyday, I noticed a huge difference. My knees and back do not hurt anymore. I have definitely sacrificed on style, but I will take no pain over style (most days of the week). I highly recommend these shoes. They have changed my life.

I have a very high arch and instep and in the past this Dansko style did not quite fit right but this time around it does right out of the box. They are very comfortable and look great, I have the Oiled Leather color, it has a beautiful brown color that looks great with jeans.

I LOVE these clogs! They're comfortable, durable, give great support, and they're wide enough for my foot, which doesn't always happen. They look great without any fuss or constant need for polish like some of my other leather shoes. Oh, and did I mention that I can walk a very long way in them without any discomfort? I'm buying a pair for my mom next!

To give you an idea of how long these shoes last, I bought my last pair of these clogs in 1996 - Around 17 years ago! The old pair still looks brand new except but the facing crumbled on the outside heel of one of the shoes. :( This clog is comfortable and have such great support and I was so happy to find they still made the same color and style. My new pair fit more snugly but am hoping they loosen up just a bit. I have wide feet and a high instep. As always Zappos reigns superior in service! As a VIP customer, I love their overnight service!

I love these clogs/shoes. I've always had a pair like this but with these the back on them make it better. I've had many compliments already!

I love Dansko shoes, however these seem to run tight across my instep, I have to return them and exchange for a wide. Hopefully this will do the trick.

These are beautiful clogs but they run large. The Zappos agent was most helpful and sent a size smaller immediately. I kept the size 38 and returned the 39.

Love Dansko. I have a high instep so most don't allow enough room across the top of my foot and it would start to tingle. Yea wide sizes which allows more wiggle room across the top of my foot. No more tingles These fit well and the arch support is awesome. Zappos customer service rocks.

It is very hard to revert back to wearing ordinary shoes after owning a pair of these. I have had mine for a few weeks and they are amazing! I stand differently when I wear these, they feel very good for posture. Great quality. I definitely recommend them.
