I bought 3 different pairs and size combos of this shoe ranging from 41s/42s. One set felt so small so I ordered up and it was so big it almost flew off my feet. Bought another set to see if I could make a match from same size but different orders and the sizing was so variable that didn't work, and the colors weren't consistent between. In the end, they all went back. Sad :(

These are destroying my feet and they are NOT non slip soles. Why would professional be so slippery?

I wear a 9-9.5 wide depending on the shoe. I have another pair of Dansko professional in a size 40 regular and they are too tight on top and they rub my little toe. Ive had them for years and they never “broke in” and are just uncomfortable. I decided to try the 40 wide this time and they were obnoxiously big, my foot was falling out of the shoe there was no way I could wear them and I returned them. I was disappointed because there was no in between that would fit. Everyone says how comfortable Danskos are, but mine honestly sit in my closet and when I do wear them I bring extra shoes to work so I can change them out during the day cause they hurt my feet.

I am very disappointed in the trim band around the top of the shoe. I bought these in black patent leather and the sole has held up exceptionally well, but the patent leather has come off the top band of the shoe, leaving white spots where the leather is worn. I have used paint and magic marker to cover it and it keeps wearing out. My shoes have not been work much and it is embarrassing to wear these and have these worn spots showing. Will not buy again. These are expensive and this should not happen.

This is an overall review of the Dansko Professional shoes that I have ordered through Zappos in 2019. I have worn Danskos for years, and rarely had problems with fit. I have ordered multiple pairs of Danskos in 2019 and they are either far too big, Far too small, or one shoe is too big or too small while the other fits well. WHAT IS GOING ON? If you check my history you will see how many pairs I have returned. I'm so disappointed with Dansko.

I am a size 11 W and my big toe touched the front of this shoe, which is supposedy to fit a 11.5-12 women's

I have many of these Dansko clogs and love them. Never had a problem with any of them. This one looked great, but the regular width was way too wide causing the clog to slip right off my foot. I chose the same size I always wear, but this pair felt too big. Strange? I will be exchanging them for the same size clog in a narrow width when they are in stock. Disappointed.

This was supposed to be the holy grail of shoes for people who stand on their feet every day for work and unfortunately did not work for me. Apparently I have an enormous instep, after a light walking test the shoes were cutting into the top of my feet.

Everybody claims that Dansko is the to-go brand for nurses and that they are super comfortable. I really wanted to love them, but they hurt my feet so bad. I tried to break them in for a certain period, but I gave up. It was not worth it for me.

I bought these shoe 3 years ago to wear to work as I stand on my feet a lot and had heard great things about them. Since I only work part time, they have not gotten much use these last few years. The other night when I came home from work I noticed that both heals had started to disintegrate and I am no longer able to wear them. I could understand if they had gotten a lot of use, but they sat in my closet for most of the time. I am going to try another pair and hope the same won't happen again.

Beautiful but too tight in instep and a bit narrow in toe box. . I ended up with another style that fit perfectly in the same size.

I've been wearing Dansko clogs for over 20 years, and these were positively GINORMOUS. I've worn the same size for those 20 years, and unfortunately the current design doesn't come close to fitting like my old ones. I looked inside my old pairs, which were from 2009 and 2010, both made in China, and they both fit very well and very similarly. Needless to say I was due for a new pair, but I'm sadly returning them.

I'm getting so frustrated, literally every pair of Dansko professionals fits differently and the sizes are different.I have been wearing them for 25 years in the restaurant business...I tried a Sanita 41 and it was a full size smaller.....I'm returning these and hoping the next pair fits!

Disappointed with the shoe. I had heard how comfortable this brand is. However, the price point is ridiculous to me for the quality of this shoe. The shoe did not fit well at all. It ran small for me; my toes are longer than average so they came right at the tip. Also, it fit awkwardly. My heel had space in the rear and left an ugly gap. Maybe it is this specific color which I have found to be an issue with other brands where different colors fit differently, which is also ridiculous. This is what we get for exporting nearly all of our manufacturing to other countries.

This shoe was tight across the instep. I’ve had Dansko clogs in the past and the fit was better. I agree with other reviewers who said that the sizing is inconsistent. I had to return these

The shoes smell over time.

I've worn these shoes for years, and they've always been comfortable. This time, though, I ordered the same size as all my other Dansko Professional, and they pinch my feet. They are too narrow. They are marked the same size that I ordered. I thought I'd be able to break them in, but so far, no good. I've already worn them outside so can't return them. I'm really disappointed. Next time I'll buy them in person from a shoe store rather than ordering them online.

I have a high arch. The top of my foot is pinched by the top of the shoe.

I have worn this particular shoe for many years ... When I re-ordered a replacement pair, both pairs started wearing and "chipping" away around the foot opening within less than 72 hours. I wore each pair approximately 4-6 hours per day, and approximately 5 days per week. One pair was worn 1 day, for about 5 hours, and the "piping" around the foot opening was SO chipped away, it looked like it was years old, and had seen very heavy wear!!! As much as I truly loved my first pair for about 4+years, these 2 pairs were a HUGE disappointment, and I will NEVER buy another pair of the Danskos Professional again. This truly makes me very, very sad!!!!!

The box says “most comfortable shoe you will ever own!” Or something along those lines which is an absolute joke. I am not exaggerating when I say they are the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever had on. I am a size 9.5-10 depending on the shoe but never over a size10. I got a size 40 which is an exact 9’5-10... They were so stiff I could hardly get them on, once I did the arch was so high it felt as if I would slip out of them? Which is weird because they felt like a siZe 8.5... soooo right and rock hard. Super bummed because I was really looking forward to having these as my work shoes :(

I thought I'd found a decent wide-width shoes, especially considering how many times I'd heard that these Danskos work for wide feet. But with super-wide toes/bunions and narrower heels, what felt fine in trying on was a nightmare after a day of work: my toes were crushed and my heels and ankles absolutely shredded from the sides of the shoe. I wore them once and regretted every minute.

I've been wearing Danskos for years. My old pair finally fell apart the other day (after 10+ years) and I was excited at the prospect of buying a new pair. I read the current mixed reviews and ordered my size (38, regular width). When I tried them on, I thought that the right shoe felt a bit tight across the top of my foot. I wore them for a bit and my foot was aching terribly. This wasn't a matter of needing to break in the shoes, as they were unwearable. So, I returned them (sadly, b/c I love the cordovan color) and ordered a wide width in my size, 38. Also, of note, I don't have particularly wide feet either; they're avg. width. Well, the new shoes (in black) just arrived & I just tried them on and they feel SO much better and not tight across the top of my foot (also note, I didn't have this issue with my old pair of Danskos). So, I guess my best advice to you is, order a wide width and see if that's more comfortable than a regular width. I just wish they offered more colors in the wide size!

Have been wearing these for years. The newer ones were to tight across the arch so I went up one size. :( They are just too big.

Unfortunately, this shoe was a lot larger & wider than the size i usually wear. It was large and roomy. I liked the look, have worn Dansko shoes in the past & that's why I purchased them. I returned these shoes & am hesitant to order this brand of shoe on line again because the sizing was so off.
