the older dansko when i was in medical o.r now i am retired,these clogs have changed not that great fit size 43 they seem smaller!

Too small

Left shoe was considerably smaller than right; both smaller than in the past. Will try Sanita again

I was a true Dansko fan, but they don't seem as comfortabled. I also have damaged tendons in one foot, which means I need to wear shoes with more give. If you have any type of post-surgery issues with your feet, I would avoid these altogether and look for a softer style clog.

These are nice shoes but not wide enough for my very wide forefeet

The shoe was very tight on my foot.

Perfect wear with everything color (Black brown). The left shoe fit and the right one was a whole size bigger. Sad. Gonna try again.

Been wearing the same shoe in 42N for over 15 years. Still have my previous 2 scratched up pairs that still fit well. The new manufacturer has completely changed the sizing where the 42N is very wide. I ordered a size down thinking this may fit but the toe length is too short to wear. Sizing is totally different now as 2 old pairs of the same size still fit well. So disappointed with Dansko changing manufacturers multiple times and decreased leather quality as well. one shoe fit perfect - the other shoe was too big - felt sloppy on foot - both same size, otherwise beautiful comfortable shoe. I wear a 5 1/2 -6 ..usually closer to a 6.

Dansko is no longer the shoe it used to be. I used to be able to order my typical size (40) and never have to try it on. I always knew they were going to fit, just like all my other size 40's. Now, every style fits differently, sizes are NOT consistent, and the overall quality has been going down over the past few years. This pair was a good example. The leather on one shoe is lighter, and "wrinkled." I have recently learned that they have outsourced a significant percentage of their manufacturing and that seems to be part of the problem They'll keep telling you that the inconsistency is due to the shoes being "handmade" but they've always been handmade, just not in China. Hope they get this turned around!

I'll start by saying I've been Team Sanita for many years. I went with Dansko this time only because Sanita no longer makes the Professional Oil style in smooth....just textured....and I didn't want that. I'm a Womens Size 10 or 10-1/2 N in most shoes and Sanita 41 N have always been a good fit. So I figured the Dansko 41 N would work. Nope. Not only does it feel a full size larger, but what Dansko considers a narrow - at least on my foot - is a generous Medium. Apart from what looks like an impossibly thin sole (much thinner than the one on my 6 year old pair of Sanitas I'm wanting to replace), it's a very lovely shoe.

One shoe felt significantly smaller (more narrow) than the other. I also did not care for the green color. It was more brown than green but too green to be brown. Odd.

I’ve own several wide width black tooled Dansko clogs. Unfortunately, I can’t wear this particular pair because the bottom is smooth, has no traction, creating a fall hazard. I’ve put them aside and am wearing other old pair of clogs until I get this matter resolved.

Sizing, quality have all changed over the past years. Have ordered the same size, style of Dansko clog for over 10 years. Been living with the lower quality recently, but can’t live with the different sizing with no notifications to order smaller or larger. Zappos of course is always awesome about delivery and returns but feel bad that Zappos and myself have to deal with issues at Dansko.

This is likely the 5th pair of the same size and style of Dansko clogs I have ordered. I was shocked that the pair I just received fits at least 1 size larger and fell off my foot. Clog is labeled with the same size I have worn for years but is a size too big. I know over the years the manufacturer has changed and the leather quality has gone down, but now the sizing is different too. Zappos is always wonderful accepting returns but so disappointed in the changes in my favorite shoe. Just hoping a different size will fit.

Dansko quality has gone way downhill. I’ve been wearing the professional clog and variations for over 20 years. They were soooooo comfortable and so supportive, and I loved how they looked. But something happened - the most recent pair actually hurts my feet to wear. I’m shocked and disappointed and so very unhappy that something I thought I could count on has now gone by the wayside. Please don’t waste your money on these shoes.

I have a very old pair of the exact same clog that I've worn for 10+ years and want to replace -- still super comfortable but the leather is pretty beat up. Apparently Dansko's Quality Control (QC) has declined. Like many others, I have one foot slightly bigger than the other. So in my case, the left shoe is always slightly tighter. However, with this pair the left shoe was loose and the right one fit perfectly. That's why I say that QC on this particular pair was not good. I also can't answer the question about size because the pair was both too large and possibly too small.

The Women's 43 is marked as a 12.5-13 in US women's sizes, but it is more of a 12 or smaller. I'm a 13 generally (technically a 12.5 with feet 11" long) and the 43 was too small before I even put my weight into the shoe. I was lucky to find a longer 44 that was narrow, but longer (was the same length as a 45 I ordered at the same time, which was the right length for me ~men's 11.5).

I really wanted to like this shoe. It seemed to help my leg fatigue, but eventhough I ordered a "Wide", the sides of my toes were pinched. If it were wider, it may have been a great shoe, but as is I couldn't wear it for any amount of time.

Unfortunately, every style of Danskos seems to fit differently. It's best to go into a store to get the right style and fit. I have had to order two different brands and several sizes to get the correct fit. I finally tried my final pair on at a store. Sanita has changed all of its sizing also. Good luck!

Beautiful shoe but my foot was up against the rounded toes and the shoe is very stiff, probably as it should be. Just wasn't right for me.

Loved the shoe except for fit. Heels slide while walking, toes a little tight.

Mismatched shoes. Both are sized as 39 regular width but the right one is visually narrower and fits tighter. Funny thing is that my left foot is larger than my right foot and that shoe fits just fine. This is a mismatched pair or poor quality check. I have more Dansko shoes than I know what to do with and have always been happy with them. While these are very attractive, they will definitely need to be returned because they are not a matched set.

The fit didn't work for me. My left toes felt squashed almost from the top. It's a nice looking clog but I returned it.

These are beautiful shoes, but they're too long and a little snug for my size 9 wide feet. I wasn't crazy about the style for me, but I could see them being great shoes for a professional who needs to be on their feet most of the day. Great cushioning and arch support.
