It's terrible, sheds like no other and losses it's feel right away

Love this jacket. It's warm, but not too warm. It's also super soft. It fits very nicely, though I would love it to be just a bit longer. Overall, I'm really happy.

Upset that the only way to get my tire size is to go through a whole two week process of returning and re buying instead of exchanging it . Not a good look Northface .

I don't like the material on the jacket, it keep shedding off, I don t recommend this particular jacket to anybody!

This jacket was a gift to me by my daughter for Christmas 2014. It's nice to look at but, it rubs fuzz on everything. It's all over my strap on my handbag and all over my seatbelt! I asked for this jacket (black) so, guess I will have to keep it. I don't have the heart to tell my daughter that I hate it!

I purchased this jacket in Fall 2014. The primary reason I selected this jacket of this brand is because on this site I read it is zip-in compatible with other The North Face jackets, so it could be worn under a rain jacket. It is NOT zip-in compatible.

I was so excited to get jacket, but so disappointed when pink fuzz was everywhere. I washed it to see if that would help, but no.......I've picked and combed it, but still no better. Anyone else have this problem or is mine just a defect?

I bought this Osito 2 jacket thinking that, like all Osito jackets of the past it was zip-in compatible. It is not! Now here I am ready to buy my shell and I have a worthless fleece jacket that cannot be worn under it.

The shirt is real nice I like the color and I will buy another one soon

I received this jacket as a gift. This jacket feels and looks great, but it ripped on the shoulder on one of the seams. It's very unsightly and I don't know what to do about it because I love this jacket but it is ruined. I had one of the previous versions of this jacket and never had this issue. I hope that the warranty covers this. A jacket this expensive should not rip this easily!

I cannot stress what I am about to say enough. Do not buy this jacket. It sheds everywhere and I mean everywhere. It shed all over my car and my seat belt, so then when I wore another coat and put my seat belt on, that coat was full of green fuzz. Did I mention everywhere? I cannot for the life of me understand how this coat got such good reviews with barely anyone even mentioning the shed factor. Is is warm? Yes. Is it comfortable? Yes. If it did not explode green fuzz everywhere would I have kept it? Yes. I washed it hoping that would change things, I owned it less than 30 days and I had to return it (I bought mine at Nordstrom) and on Zappos today looking for a replacement with different fabric. All I can say is if you never plan to wear this in a car or you never wear your seat belt (which means you have bigger problems), then you will be fine, but if you ever plan to drive anywhere it will be an issue. I have worn North Face for years, my husband does, my sons do, but I have to say this is the first time that I have been really disappointed with one of their products. How did they not test this and see the shed factor beforehand. If you want to read the other reviews on how great it is and you go ahead and buy it, just remember, I warned you.

I exchanged the first Osito 2 that I bought because, after one day of use, I discovered a huge hole in the side seam. Obviously, I was really disappointed but I foolishly decided to get a replacement. I loved my Osito 2 for a couple of weeks until I noticed that it started shedding like crazy. It has been four months since I bought it and the shedding is getting worse. It is ridiculous and unwearable. I feel like it is falling apart. Whenever I use it, I get obnoxious black fuzz all over my clothing. My Osito 2 cannot go anywhere near my bed or sofa because of all the shedding. I'm truly disappointed in this product.

I bought this jacket and love the color and style, but it sheds worse than a dog. Wore it on a recent trip, and I had sheds from the jacket on my pants and both pieces of luggage. The pants looked like I had not bothered to clean them. I am SO DISAPPOINTED in the quality of this jacket. Wish that I had never bought it and considering returning it to the NFstore. Do not want to pay for a jacket that I feel is basically unwearable.

This jacket is horrible quality and it sheds. After three washings, it continued to shed on my clothes. I was so disappointed that I returned it to the store. I have bought North Face jackets for many years and I've never had a problem before. This fabric needs to be discontinued immediately. The colors are beautiful, but the quality is poor. Come on North Face, you can do better!

Ive only had this jacket for 2 weeks and the fuzz is coming out like crazy. I dont even know how it will stay together when I wash it. A lot of money for poor quality.

The jacket is great but Rambutan Pink is as red is it gets in some websites like North Face it does look pink, like a deep raspberry pink. Not Zappos' fault - North Face doesn't just say red - it's plain old red. Nothing pink about it and the cerise pink also looks like a dark red so I'm not going to try it. Sad. I needed a deep pink which this is not. It's going back. The fit is comfortable and the jacket fits very true to size.

Bought the bright pink for my daughter. Sheds all over everything the first time she wore it. Will be returning. Such poor quality

Too Big. My daughter loved the color, but you dont have it in kids sizes.

I was so excited and happy to wear this soft, comfy and stylish jacket. I loved everything about it until I found out that it sheds more than my Shiba Inu does. It's a gift from my daughter and I like the color pink and really love to treasure it but I hate that it's all over my black pants, my hair, my t-shirt, the seatbelt in my car - anything! It was not what I expected from a reputable brand and my thought is that did the company have quality control at all and how did this jacket passed that? I had to look online to check reviews and thankful mine is not the only one that sheds. I have the tags but no gift receipt so I'm not sure if North Face will honor warranty replacement.

I ordered two jackets, one in Gray and the other in the White Breast Cancer ribbon. I normally wear XL and had to order XXL, it fits right in some places and not so much in other places. I have the HORRIBLE shedding problem with the white one, but not with the grey. Washed my gray one EXACTLY how the instructions said to and it's ruined. No more softness or fluffiness like I loved, it's absolutely stiff and matted. So I've refused to wash the white. I'm pretty upset that I have a ruined 100$ jacket. I'll never pay the outrageous TNF prices for such low quality items again. So I guess if you never wear the jacket or wash it, you'll be fine. But who wants to do that with such an expensive item? I'll admit it is extremely warm, but it only stays fuzzy for a week, the shedding is so bad I don't even wear it anymore. So my bad experience with TNF has brought me back to a cheaper, same fuzziness and warmth, Columbia jacket.

I have order many north face jackets over the past few years. This was the first time I was disappointed in one. The Lavender color is Not what it should be. Be advised it is a washed out periwinkle blue. To me that is not Lavender. Now I have to spend the $7 to return it. ;(

Had this jacket for a month. washed as instructed, the edging on the sleeve came unsewen. Had a neighbor sew it to get it back soon and not have to pay postage.

I bought the same style jacket 2 years ago with phenomenal quality and expected the same from this jacket. That was not the case. This jacket was shedding horribly I returned it. I would expect better quality from the north face.

I had worn my friend's' jacket a couple times and loved it so I wanted to buy my own. I ordered one and loved it at first, but my experience went downhill from there. The ends of the sleeves are really tight and leave red marks on my wrists, and it is uncomfortable to wear. The jacket looses it's softness and the material looses its shine and looks rough and worn down after just two washes. Overall I was very unhappy with it, and have not worn it since.
