I tried the WW877 because the toe box on my usual 990’s had been reshaped and is too narrow. These were somewhat better in the toe box but overall I just did not care for the really round toe on this style.

I must admit I didn't give these shoes much of a test. Maybe it was the silver color...but my feet looked like boats. I'm a 7 in regular shoes, usually a 7.5 in New Balance, but these seemed extra roomy and clunky. I ended up with the New Balance 840b4, which seem less enormous and are quite comfortable with my custom orthotics.

The style and cushioning were fine. It's also good that NB makes narrows since not everyone wears medium/wide width sizes. Here's the problem. I wear an 11, and this sneaker was 1/2 size too short so it went back. NB needs to make an 11.5, since the next size up currently is 12 which is too long. I do appreciate Zappos excellent two-way shipping policy, but my search continues...

This is a really nice looking sneaker. I feel sad to send it back. But the sole is not soft at all. I wore them in my house for 30 minutes and could feel my feet starting to hurt. The tongue also felt high on my ankle and even though tied fairly tightly, they slid off my heal some. Thank you Zappos for letting me try them!

This shoe was not as cute in person. Stubby design of toe box made it look really big on my feet. And tho I have always worn a size 10 in New Balance shoes, this shoe was too short. I have high arches & this shoe gave no support. I will be returning it. I ended up going to a New Balance store, getting running shoes (tho I will only use them for walking) in a size 11. Now I am happy.

I really liked the way this shoe looked and I really wanted to love it, but there is 0 arch support in this shoe. I have wide feet and plantar fasciitis. These shoes definitely had the wide fit, but the flat sole of these shoes ruined it for me. They do have a pretty square toe instead of something more elongated and narrow (like a Nike), which I wasn't sure about initially but I did decide I liked. Absolutely loved the color, they look super cute with some boot-cut blue jeans, but with shorts or capris these would be a pretty big eye sore.

These are extraordinarily comfortable walking shoes. I think this is because they run big. They have a very roomy toe box and a good flexible sole.

Looked like Medical shoe. Comfortable but didn't like the look.

My feet are narrow so I ordered the narrow, but it is too wide for my foot- this shoe seems designed for wider feet. Nice looking shoe, great sole with good support and traction.

Ordered the same size i did last time, (different style however) and they were a 1/2 size too small. Went back to order the larger size and it was no longer available. OH, and also, $15 more in price? I had to move on to another show.

They are flat and lack cushioning at the ball of the foot. I might need an insert to provide cushioning. Otherwise, they are plenty roomy and have a wide toe box.

This was my first pair of New Balance brand shoes after wearing Nike and Adidas brands. I like the color and the shoe seems true to size. Quality of construction is another issue, though. The shoe lacks metal grommets or a sturdy toe covering, and is noticeably uncomfomfortable compared to other shoes I have. Maybe ordering a more expensive New Brand offering gives a better experience, but I won't order New Balance again.

These shoes felt very comfortable upon first wearings. However, they are not built to withstand many hours of walking. The toe box is very wide, which is good for people who need an extremely wide front of shoe. But with many hours of walking, this wide toe area caused a blister to form on one of my big toes from the shoe rubbing. I kept the shoe, but will only use for short term, casual wearing.

These are great for extra wide feet. The toe box is high and wide! Runs true to size.

I wanted to like these more than I do, but I’ve worn them now so I’m committed. When I walked in them the first time (different than walking around the house), my sock slipped down inside and no matter how I tied them I couldn’t make that stop. I bought some different socks that have elastic that’s a bit tighter and they work tolerably. They kinda feel like clown shoes. I really waffled between these and another New Balance pair and I wish I would have gotten the other. I take my insoles out for my custom orthotics, so comfort is no problem.

Did not have enough support for the price. Very disappointed with New Balance.

These have a really rounded toe and not much arch support. I guess they would be comfortable if you don't care about the support for your foot.

Wrinkled across the top of the toe area. Would have tried a smaller size but then I think they would have been too short. Returned.

My perfect size is 11.5 wide, but since this shoe didn't come in this size I ordered a 12 wide. The shoe was HUGE. I returned it.

Felt cheaply made. Rough material. Toe box wider than expected. Not very supportive or comfortable. Cuter online than in person. Returned them.
