Too wide and not as comfortable as I thought they would be.

Sizing is Bizarre. I ended up with a size 1.5 larger than normal, and even then I'm not sure they are quite right. Otherwise I like them.

I ordered my usual New Balance 8W and if was obvious immediately upon opening the package that they were HUGE, even with my custom orthotics, so I returned them for a 7.5W. I kept the second pair because they will fit in the cold weather with heavy socks. The laces are way too long so I replaced them. The shoes are cute and I've gotten lots of compliments and they are comfortable even if my feet do slide around a bit in them. I think the catalog says they're made in the US but that's not what the shoe label states.

The New Balance insoles were so thin and flimsy that we would have had to buy after-market insoles to make the shoe comfortable. At that point, it made sense just to buy better shoes, so we are returning this pair.

Not well made and nothing to speak of in comfort or fit.

Good support, but collars too high. Made my ankles ache even after I took them off. Can't return them since I've worn them. Disappointed.

I expected better arch support from NB. Lots of space in the toe box which is good. These just didn't seem to be as high quality as my previous NB shoes.

I have been a New Balance customer for over four years on the recommendation of my orthopedic dr and my podiatrist. I ordered some walking shoes, but had to return them over two weeks ago. I still have yet to have my account credited for this purchase/return. I had bought these same shoes over the summer, and apparently they caused a problem for my feet so I returned these shoes. The shoes that have always worked for me, another style, are currently unavailable in my 10.5 wide size.

Good arch support. Great comfort for my daily walk

I had to return the shoes because they were too short. They seemed like they would be great, but next size up is not available.

These are very soft to walk in and comfortable overall. They do not feel like great support and I feel a bit like I should be wearing a baby blue velour walking suit when I wear them.

The shoes were to short so I went to order a bigger size and you didn't have it in my size. So I sent back.

I always give good reviews but I am so sad. I have been waiting, waiting for these shoes in a new size order after returning the half size too large. You received the return May 20th. Payment has been taken off my credit card but still no exchange. I bought 2 pair of shoes- one for my Mom and myself. She just loves hers. Fits perfectly. I am ready to write a beautiful review if only you could get these shoes to me!

These shoes were wide enough--I ordered an 8.5 wide width, but there is no countour or shape to them. It is like they are big rectangular boxes at the end of my legs. I am sending them back and orderimg an 880 version 10 in the double wide (the "wide" was not wide enough in the 880). It has contour, and I prefer the colors offered.

I bought this shoe to use on my daily walks. I love the rounded toe room. The shoe itself does not impress me as a walking shoe. There is not enough support in the arch and heel area for me. My feet ache after a long walk with these. In my previous New Balance shoes that did not happen. I wore them out though. These shoes are very attractive but I don't think they live up to the New Balance name.

I needed a walking shoe with some but not inflexible support. I wear my own orthotics. If you don't walk far and do not have your own insoles, this is a solid shoe. I found it too stiff and heavy.
